Due to a recent unfortunate bricking of motherboard as a result of power outage during a bios flash, I have had to part ways with my beloved b450 of almost 4 years. I am now in the market for a new motherboard, and what I am looking for is:

• preferably not ASUS, poor customer experience in the past
• good-high quality
• DDR4
• supports usb-c (optional)

I am blessed to have little budget constraints, so higher-end board suggestions are welcome, although I’m not looking to blow $500 on a mobo unless absolutely necessary. Thanks!

BODS experiences like Data Migration, ETL, and Data Management.
I’m currently internal at the moment and don’t have much time with SAP due to the layoffs.
I’ve gotten an idea on the customer just signed with SAP, greenfield implementation, account team, and etc.
If you had the resources to gain insight for a customer to use to your advantage for an interview. What would be some good things to prep? Without breaching any rules.

For the past couple weeks I've been having deep, uncomfortable thoughts. The first one was "what really comes after death?" I think the way I was raised would be considered Christian, but I don't really know. My mom (who, torwards the end of her life was kind of not "there" mentally, she died when I was seven) kind of drilled into me at a young age that people who don't believe in God go to hell. It's kind of weird that she told me things like this back then. We didn't practice religion, I've never been to church, never read the bible, or anything like that, but like I said, at the time she wasn't really "there" and I wouldn't say I resent her for saying things like this to me, just more of a "what the fuck?" but as I've gotten older, and been exposed to the many religions and different variations of said religions, it's made me wonder what really comes after death? Which religion, if any, is the "correct" one? Were the Christians right, if you answer for your sins you go to heaven? Perhaps reincarnation happens, your soul transfers to a new body. Maybe nothing happens, you simply no longer exist, which is one of the ones that scares me most, even though prior to being born I also didn't exist then, my brain can't really comprehend not existing, and therefore the thought scares the shit out of me.
As an American I'm mostly exposed to our news and stuff like that, so I hear a lot about people hating others because of their religion, ethnicity, sexuality, and then trying to justify it on that person's preferences or beliefs being "against God" or whatever. I also know that a lot of Christians love everyone and don't care about their differences. I personally don't care about your race, religion, sexuality, or anything like that. If our sense of humor is similar and you're not a Nazi, a pedophile, or just in general not an asshole, we're probably friends.
To add to the first part, I also have had in the past couple months this passing fear of suddenly and inexplicably dying. In the past month I've had two people just, die. The first was my grandfather, which to be fair wasn't super sudden. He was diagnosed with cancer, then maybe two months later he's in hospice care, then a week after that, he's dead. The second one was absolutely sudden. I came home from school and my dad tells me out of the blue that my great uncle died in his sleep, and I don't know the cause of that. Now they were both old, in their seventies, whereas I'm still a teenager, but you never know.
My second thought is that my life feels really boring. It seems like I do small variations of the same shit every day. Monday-Friday, I go to school, get through my classes, go to a club on Thursdays, then come home and browse Reddit, Twitter, or Youtube. and on the weekend I wake up, have coffee, browse the internet, maybe if I feel like it I go to the store and buy my dad an energy drink and something for myself, then for the rest of the day I'm either gaming or on the internet doing whatever. I have friends but all the good ones that I'd hang out with outside of school moved away during COVID. I don't even know how much enjoyment I'd get out of doing something that I don't normally do.
On the bright side, I turn 18 in two days, then a week after that is my graduation, then I'll have to get a job and stuff, which will be a change, not one I'm really looking forward to, but a change, something vastly different to my life now.
Like the flair says, I need advice. How do I stop feeling like I'm dreading something (death) and how can I find more joy in my routine?

Have you guys done the IBM Data Science certificate on Coursera? If so, can one expect any benefit from it coming from no IT, coding, job experience in data analytics?
I come from a legal/finance background with 10 yrs work experience and I want to switch careers and start making the big bucks lol in data analysis (jk).
I just want to know what I can realistically expect from this certificate and if I will need to also do a Masters online on data science. Any other info welcomed.

I don't know what's going on but I was in testing grounds messing with my settings and when I left the training grounds the game soft crashes and locks up my windows. Then when I loaded up Infinite it hard crashes my PC and I had to do a system recovery.
After I fixed the issue I load it again through steam and it gets to the start up screen and I press a button to get main menu it corrupts my windows again.
I have no idea if it's because I am using a 34:9 aspect screen, because that's the only new thing that's been introduced to my setup, or if Infinite really just doesn't like me. (Pretty sure that's the aspect ratio, I'm borrowing a monitor and this was the only one they have.)
I can play any other game just fine, it's only Infinite. Now when I go to verify the integrity of the files it soft locks my computer. This is extremely frustrating.
Edit: Infinite has got to be a virus. I can't even uninstall it now without it crashing my computer. It's not even on my windows drive! I'm going to have to format my game drive in order to get rid of it.

I am a year 11 student. Sometimes at school I have noticed how people may ignore me. I may be trying to talk to them, and they don’t really respond to me. Some of the people who I consider friends also do this sometimes. I have noticed how they talk about random stuff with other people but when they’re with me they don’t really talk to me at all. I don’t think I’m a boring person, I enjoy talking to people, but it’s just that sometimes they don’t seem that interested in talking to me. I have also noticed how they form cliques or groups a lot and therefore it’s hard for me to join in. For example, a lot of kids form a group around the orchestras, but the orchestra is like hard to get into, I have auditioned previously and didn’t get in. Thus, they form a circle and sometimes act with slight animosity towards me. I try to talk to them sometimes, but they just don’t seem to talk back. This also happens with people who I deemed pretty good friends in the past, but don’t seem to like talking to me again. I have also noticed how when I’m with some friends they end up just going on their phone when I’m trying to chat with them. Also, my phone is virtually dry, like I get pretty much no notifications/texts from any people daily. What can i do?

So for a little context I dated this girl for like 3 months 2 years ago. I don’t entirely remember why we broke up but neither of us were really in the right place for a relationship. We hadn’t had contact since the breakup but about 2 weeks ago we started to reconnect and it’s been pure bliss.
Anyway I’ve had a crush on her for a long time. Even before we even dated the first time. Back then she was the one to ask me out though. Well she posted one of those anonymous “ask me anythin” posts on her Snapchat today and I figured I take my shot and sent her a heartfelt message about my feelings for her. She posted it to her story and said to slide up so I did. She said “you? Why didn’t you tell me?” And I told her it was because I was scared she’d say no and not wanna be friends anymore. She said “you can’t scare me off have you met me?” then asked me if I wanted to hang out.
When she came over she asked me if I had a bracelet so I said yes and gave her one of the ones I always wear. In return she gave me one of her’s and she told me the beads meant “always and forever”. And just the day before when we were hangin she got up and said “this chair has enough room for both of us” and proceeded to cuddle up next to me and say “I like cuddling. None of my other friends get that”.
Now I’m so confused. She didn’t reciprocate my feelings per se but she’s still sending signals and now idk what to do. I want to ask her out but I don’t wanna come onto her too fast and scare her away but I also don’t wanna sit back and watch someone else get with her cause Ik she has other people in her DMs. Idk what to do so I was hopin someone here could help. Do I play it cool and wait or do I just go for it and ask her out on a date or somethin?

For context me and my friend are both (16m) and we met last year in our first year of high school and are good friends. I’m gay but not out and am wondering if my friend is gay/bi. Im 50/50 on the whole thing he is very conservative and all “lets go brandon” if that matters, though throughout the now 2 years I’ve known him he’s said some weird things that are making me question his sexuality… earlier last year him and myself were at lunch with our other friend ,and somehow dick size got brought up. Ive never really had any close male friends before that year its always been girls. so I assumed that it was normal, and l answered truthfully, lunch went on and I forgot all about it until the three of us walked out of the cafeteria and he asked if he could “see it”… to be clearvoyent we have always been immature and made loads of gay jokes around each other, so I brushed him off and never thought about it until this year… for more context he left our school to play basketball at a neighboring school in our state we all still communicated. One day all three of us were on face time and exchanging photos of what we looked like since we haven’t seen each other in over 6 months. Fast forward I sent a picture of me and my family and he said “you could be really hot if you worked out more…” again I brushed him off and laughed about it. Later this year i had the realization I was gay I always liked men, but thought I could “ fix myself”. I went back on my past relationships and thought about my friend at first I convinced myself that its all just jokes and theres no hidden meaning I mean he’s had girlfriends before so he must be straight… later we found out that him and his latest girlfriend broke up and he wouldn’t tell us why. Normally were all honest with each other, I thought is it because she “found out”, though maybe something went bad he didn’t want to talk about. In my mind I had convinced myself he was straight until some of my friends whom are also part of the lgbtq+ asked if I had any “tea” I told them everything I’ve said here and again told them he was straight. Though they brought up a good point… what straight man says things like; can I see you dick or you’d be really hot… even if it was a joke. Now I’m halfway convinced I should just put it out there and ask him, but I have major confrontational issues so its sort of out of the picture until im 100% sure. What should I do?

I(f14) have a childhood best friend, let's call her Lizzie(f15). Normally before summer started, we were insuperable. We were so close, having sleepovers almost every weekend. So you could imagine how excited me and her were for summer, for the chances that we would have to hangout even more. And mind you, im going to Michigan on June 7th to visit family. From where we live, it takes atleast 1-2 days by plane just to get there. So me and Lizzie arranged to hangout aton before I leave, since she told me she was going to miss me.
Now summer has obviously started, so i would text her every once and awhile hoping to make plans. To which, resulted to most of the time, them not even noticing my messages or responding for hours and hours. I normally just accepted the fact that maybe she was just busy, or asleep. Until I noticed this happening practically every single time I tried to talk to her. I wasn't bothered much, I was mainly bothered slightly because I knew she never was doing anything busy, and if she was she would respond. So normally, i just came to the conclusion that she was most likely asleep. But now, im starting to think she is doing it for no reason. I've been trying to get into contact with her to see if im bothering too much, or if anything is going on. Because I'm not mad, im just worried Incase they are in trouble with parents and such. But they haven't replied. Now here is where I introduce someone else, let's call her star(f15). She has been online friends with Lizzie for a long while now. They video chat often, pretty sure every single day. I checked Star's story, to which it showed that 7 hours ago, Lizzie was on call with Star. I didn't think anything of it, until I realized I tried communicating to them 7 hours ago and they still haven't responded to anything. So now I don't know what to think, if they are in trouble, or if they are just ignoring me at all? Im only slightly hurt because I'm leaving to Michigan soon, and if I miss her this much for summer barely starting, then I already know how much worse it will be. And I don't want our friendship to fall out during the summer. Any advice or help?

(warning: I got a bit carried away so this is a little long.) It was a crisp early summer night.
You were walking home after a late shift at the local library. It was only job you’d managed to get so far as you’d only been in this new town for just under a month. Your boss seemed to be very insistent that you stay late to “organize”. However, there was a nervousness in her eyes a they peered at you through the thick prescription glasses she wore. But you needed the job and she wasn’t willing to budge so as hesitant as you were, you listened. You were beginning to regret that decision as you walked along the dark sidewalk. Woods on either side and only occasionally lit by a street lamp. The regret was mixed with an awful anxiety as you began hearing noises coming from the other side of the road. It sounded like a gathering of some sort. An 11 pm gathering. Maybe it was just a bunch of drunken idiots partying…on a Tuesday. You felt your stomach churn as a sense of dread grew stronger when you heard screams and cries being carried down from the direction where the sounds were coming from. As soon as your feet started moving, you ran as fast as your legs would carry you, trying to get far away from the noises. You looked behind you every so often, the screams and cries growing fainter with each time your shoe hit the cement. Unfortunately for you, that’s not where your shoes stay. Before you could even blink, you’re joiked into the air as something caught you around the middle. The impact against the pavement knocked the wind out of you as if you had been tackled by a football player. You didn’t dwell on it too long as you realized you were being carried through the air like a rabbit hunted by a large bird. You don’t dare look up at what had grabbed you, fearful that it may just stop your heart to see the being you’ve been captured by. The being that was currently bringing you deeper and deeper into the woods and closer to all the noise. You couldn’t help but let out a scream as you’re suddenly dropped to the ground. You flinched and squeezed your eyes shut, your whole body trembling like a leaf under the gaze of the now very silent group of hollering ‘people’. After a few moments one of them spoke.
“Ah, Claude. What the hell man? I told you not to pull this shit tonight.” The voice sounded human.
You cracked your eyes open to see a group of what looked to be young adults, gathered around you. Everyone was looking at you exept two.
“Yeah, yeah. I know. You’re kind doesn’t drain just anybody.” You look up to see the creature that brought you here. He was a young man, dark brown hair and gleaming blue eyes. He had a cocky smile stuck to his face. “But I’m not one of your kind-“
“Yeah, but you’re at one of our gatherings and we already have people to drain.” Your breath gets caught in your throat as your eyes land on three people laying motionless on the ground ahead of you. They don’t seem to be injured from what you can tell, but these people were most likely the source of the screams and cries you’d heard earlier. “It seems you just wanted to show off.” You hesitantly look just to your right and see a brown skinned brunette, looking annoyed.
“You’re misunderstanding me, Rin. I caught this one sneaking around just at the edge of the trees back there. And I figured, ‘What the hell? The more the merrier.’ so I figured I’d just..” He flashed sharp teeth when he smiled, picking you up, bringing your neck and head dangerously close to those sharp teeth.
“Put them down.” You were dropped. “We all heard the footsteps, Claude. They were running away. On the other side of the sidewalk.” The brunette sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. ‘Claude’ slunk closer to the exasperated ’Rin’. “Aw come on. This gathering was boring and you know it. Now we have the new townie to play with. Plus, it’s not like we can let them go now.” Your heart sank and your stomach churned, you began to panic even more that you had already. If that was even possible. “Blaire, control your brother before I make you an only child.” A pale, light haired young woman emerged from the small group and pushed Claude aside as ‘Rin’ turned to you. “As much as I hate to say this, that idiot is right. You’ve seen…a lot and I can’t trust you not to say anything..” She mutters, stepping closer to you. “You’re going to have to come with me.”
“But-“
“It’s not up for debate, Claude. This gathering is now over.”

I have a general sense of how I want some things to go, just to keep things interesting. Mysteries to uncover, evils to overcome. There is this girl I have been crushing on so godamn hard for YEARS now. She smart, pretty, nerdy, funny, cute, everything. She's my dream girl. She seemed interested in my very tame advances, so I didn't want to confess to her, and make things akward between us. (We go to the same highschool btw, which is where we always see each other.)
Today I just graduated highschool, and since we're probably never gonna see each other again I decided that I'd send her a message confessing my love. Just to get it off my chest and for her to know that she's wanted and loved, and that I think she's awesome and I wish her the best in her life. I basically opened by saying "I know I missed my shot, and I'm not asking you out, but I wanna tell you this anyway."
The title of this post is pretty relevant, because her saying no wasn't even a possibility. I already layed out that I knew that nothing was happening between us from the start. But she did something even worse. She didn't take me seriously. She responded with literally one word, "hello?", And 2 meme images throughout the conversation.
Romance is one of my genuinely very few insecurities (not flaws, but insecurities), so seeing this ruined my fucking night. Like... I'm not to be taken seriously? Is what I said to you funny? A simple "Thanks for the compliments, I wish you well too." would have made my godamn week.
I think she was mainly just really nervous and bewildered by what I said, but man it fucming hurts. I just feel so disrespected.
