Hello guys! This time I will value Kering. Over the past 5 years, they have achieved good returns with a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.67%. This surpasses the S&P500, which had a yearly return of 11% in the last 5 years, by a margin of over 2% annually.

Risks

Scandals:

• Balenciaga had two ads in a time span of few weeks that turned public opinion against them and there was social media outrageous over these two ads specially because was connected to children. Since then Kering named a new brand safety boss to manage and be more careful with these types of advertisement.

Gucci:

• The slow growth of Gucci, specially in the last year is worry. Gucci only grew by 1% with constant exchange rates and in the last 3 months of the year their sales actually declined by 14%. Gucci makes more than half of the revenue of Kering and about 2/3 of their operating income so is their cash cow and needs to be able to maintain a good growth. Gucci change their creative designer to Sabato De Sarno to fix this situation.

Competition

• Similar problem as Gucci, while Gucci as been struggling in the last year Louis Vuitton in their Fashion and Leather Goods grew about 20% with constant exchange rates.

TLDR
Kering SA currently price is undervalued according to my models. The company had a good growth these last few years but the market is not looking with good eyes their future as Gucci struggles. If Gucci comes back and can keep up the growth rate of others brands such as Louis Vuitton most likely Kering stock price will appreciate by quite some margin.
The company is a good business with great margins and growth. Although their future does not look as promising, Gucci is still a brand with a large moat and in difficult times people tend to come back more for tradition. If Gucci recovers the future of the company looks great if that does not happen there will be problems up head for Kering as they are still dependent on their biggest brand.

I also tried to study and get Masteres degree here but with being a single parent of two college going kids it's really not possible for me, specially when I have to fulfill their college fees and all other needs. They Being full time students, my boys neither help much nor can earn enough.)
In year 2009 in USA I have gotten my Cosmetology license and have about 4 years experience also. ( But this field has many requirements like being on feet all day, having moody people on your chair, losing balance and being dizzy while on floor all day, fear of getting sued by clients or get fired if any of the service goes wrong, etc etc)
I have been active part of my small family business throughout my life and have life long experience with family business. (Small businesses are often compromised for being less popular. People like to shop big franchises super stores or online so sale is tough, customers insult vendors, customers bargain with small businesses, it's hard to buy merchandise, because wholesale cenders prefers to sell to big chain stores or franchises, profit margin is very low and in order to save on cost, one have to do everything by of your own so it's one man show)
All 3 fields are different and all have their pros and cons like working hours, health related issues, hours to stand on feet etc.
Now I am trying to pick a field in which I can earn enough to support myself and my kids' living, health, and education expenses, and have some money to save for my retirement also.
But I can't make my mind that which field to go into.

Yes, this is yet again another "my views are down" thread. I'm sorry for that, but I need some help with my content.
I've started posting on Tiktok in November, and have been posting a video a day ever since about tea brewing techniques and tests, I introduce people to specialized teas in a chill way.
I own an online tea shop, specialized in traditional teas from Japan and China, so I know my niche is pretty small - except I'm the only person in France to talk about this on Tiktok, so I figured I might grow a community quickly because I'd be the only option. I sit at 11k followers at the moment, which is already amazing, and I was slowly but steadily growing by 30 to 50 followers a day - which was fine for me - but the numbers have dropped since the last algorithm change. I mostly produced long videos, about 2 to 3 minutes at that time.
My videos went from 3k views to 1K, and now I struggle to even break the 700 views. My follower count is stuck, I don't even make 5 new followers a day now. And my sales number are down as a result, obviously.
I documented myself about the new algorithm : I learnt a lot about video production and my content is objectively better in term of image and sound quality, they are faster paced too. I post 2 videos a day now, a short one (15 to 20 seconds) about quick brewing tips or theory and a longer one (50 seconds to 1:30/2minutes) at selected times (1PM and 8PM) because when I post at any other time, my videos flop even harder. My retention rate went from something like 5 to 7% when I was posting longer videos to 25 to 35% now.
Can a kind soul take some time to check out my videos ? Even if it is in French, it does not matter if you don't speak the language, I'm a bit lost, I don't know what to do, I keep posting but I feel like a disappointed robot if that makes sense to you. What is the channel missing ? Is it the topic of specialized tea that condemns me to low numbers ? What can I do better ? I am willing to listen and learn.

New one for me today. So when taking my owner on a very large shopping spree the week before last we saw a very nice men's coat that the salesmen wanted me to try and it was pretty awesome. I really liked it, but it wasn't my size and also, I wasn't there to spend money on myself. It also was not cheap by any standard. I would never spend that much on clothing for myself. As a paypig of course I have no issue if its dressing a woman I submit to. In any case, I get a delivery today and it's the coat in my size. Totally flabbergasted. She called the sales guy who we are very well acquainted with and bought it and had it shipped to me. I am incredibly grateful but also super thrown off by this gesture as it is the exact opposite of what we do. The way she puts it, we have been very close far longer than I have been her paypig and its a drop un the bucket compared to what I spend on her. I guess I should just STFU and enjoy it, but wow, what a shock.

I remember a couple of years ago I could find hella listing on ebay for the half frame Pen F. Now I can't find a reasonably priced Pen F in the States. It's all Japanese stock now.
Do you folks have any secret spots for old camera gear? I'm always trawling through Facebook marketplace and offerup. No thrift stores around me have much in old camera gear, but I do make sure to keep up on estate sales. Am I just going to have to hope to get lucky in finding a local Pen F?

Why is life so hard for me? I feel like it's giving me a curveball every single day, making it harder to be productive. I can’t stand my mind being this way, it’s so irritating to do an assignment and then fuck off to do something more engaging, like video games.
I’m here, pondering on my life, should I end it all with the consequences of putting others in grief, or should I stay alive and take the beatings from my step-parents (AKA Rene & Mike).
Every single person out there is going to say to me, “oh, have a little bit of faith in life”, but life just gives me a hard punch in the gut, laughing at me like I didn’t have the strength to withstand that blow. I feel like I’m on the brink of becoming a psychopathic person who kills people who never helped me in the first place.
I would have a full hitlist of the people who are just cunts or dickheads in their own right, most of them would’ve been family members I deemed a menace to society like Rene, Kyra, Mike, and Me. Why did you put yourself on the hit list? You would ask, well, because I can’t look at myself or at any other family members with what I’ve done.
At least I don’t have to deal with those fucking, Disgusting RATS that have ruined my life to the point of no return. If this journal thing goes public, I bet people will see me as “the next mass murderer” cause those people, up on their gold plated, money covered chairs are just gonna give the “boo hoo, I am so sad for the victims of this deadly shooting that happened and will give this big cheque of $1,000,000 to blah blah blah”.
I wish that these ideologies can be destroyed to make a new one in its place, because most ideologies are basically that car on sale from the 80s, duct taped together and painted over with spray paint from the dollar store, to look “new”.

I’m thinking to buy a Tribit stormbox blast and wanted to get some opinions from people who already have the speaker and has had it for a while on the overall reliability of the speaker and the app reliability. I can pick the speaker up on sale for around £160 which isn’t that much for what the speaker offers but I’m hoping it can last a good few years without it braking. Also how is the Tribit app ? Is it buggy or does it work ok most of the time ? And lastly the speakers connection, does it stay connected ok and doesn’t constantly disconnect? Appreciate any reply’s.
