I started watching recently (only on S2 so no spoilers) and there’s a problem because it’s just disappeared completely off of my netflix. apparently it’s because shameless is locked in certain regions so it glitches out sometimes, but it’s been almost a day so i was wondering if there’s anything specific i should do (e.g. log out and in again) to solve it on my end?

I was hosting a minecraft server and playing on it at the same time when everything started to get a bit funky, my audio started getting very crunchy and my mouse wasn’t working right, it felt like it was on ice, so I restarted and when I did that I logged in and then it instantly blue screened with CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT it got stuck at 30% on the blue screen so I shut off my pc and now my motherboard has a red light next to cpu and im not getting any display out even though all the fans are spinning. Also my ssd was almost full (5gb left) and it started to back up the minecraft server a bit before this all started not sure if that’s relevant but thought it might be.

No village, no culture, he's not the king and I have no idea where he could be. I'm not personally interested in buying NVDA at current prices, as its price seems to be close to at least somewhat re-rated to market expectations. We're early in the game here de-gens and there might be other opportunities worth exploring that are flying under the radar. It' this regard’s opinion that reading between the lines of Nvidia's new product roadmap, can uncover potential AI benefits that haven't yet been fully reflected in the stock prices of other companies.
So… Nvidia has dropped a big one with its new DGX AI platform. If you're into the tech scene, you know Nvidia is a man amongst boys in the AI space. This DGX thing? It's a beast. Imagine a supercharged AI playground, but it's not just playing around - it's working, and working damn hard.
It's gonna be huge for our cloud bros - Amazon's AWS, Microsoft's Azure, Google Cloud, IBM, all of 'em. They'll be drooling all over this DGX platform. Why? It's like an AI power-up. Whoever taps into this beast will have their AI game leveled up big time.
But here's where the fun starts. This DGX tech isn't just good for any cloud - it's perfect for the hybrid cloud approach. So I am a recent grad in environmental sciences (already deeply regretting that choice) and have been applying for jobs and internships since January. After being ghosted and never hearing back from a single company I applied to, I started hunting for good old food service work again. I started one serving job that is so slow, I average $30 on a Saturday night. I’ve been cold calling, applying online, and dropping off resumes at every other establishment within 15 miles of my house and have not gotten a single call or even email back. I have 6 years of serving/restaurant experience and I’m just flabbergasted at how difficult it is for me to find a job. I can’t afford rent and am going to be moving into my car in the next month. I feel like such a massive failure watching all my friends get relevant “big kid jobs” and I’m trying to figure out if I can afford a storage unit or sell all my furniture.

I need to finish 48 hours of community service for a traffic ticket, have not done community service in this county since I was a kid doing youth court for high school graduation! Is there any reputable places that can get me my hours?

Alright, so, I'll try to keep this succinct.
I have a Razer laptop, to be specific, a Razer Blade 15” Base (2018) RZ09-02705
Every time I turn on my laptop, it boots, fails, boots, fails, boots, fails, over and over as it slowly gets further each time. It takes 5 boots for it to finally work. It happens this exact way every single time, always 5, always progressively gets further along until it finally works.
This sucked, but I dealt with it cause nothing ever really happened. Now, it's causing two major issues:

1. my laptop now says I can't log in because my computer shut down too many times. It's supposed to be a security thing I think.
2. the internal clock gets de-synced all the time and never syncs up again until I manually go to the control panel and do it myself.

I don't know what could be causing this issue or how to solve it. Both Razer and Windows support have been useless, both suggesting a factory reset, which I already tried to no effect.

As the title says, my father is very sick. He has a laundry-list of medical issues and has developed mental health issues as well. He has all but given up on life and has even told my family that he's going to die soon. In the last year, he has rapidly deteriorated. He currently is at our family home, where he lives with my mother.
Our problem is that he refuses any medical treatment that requires him to leave the house. In fact, he has not left our home in four months. It seems like he has accepted that he's not going to get better; we're past the point of "fixing it". Our family simply has no idea what to do. Taking care of him is becoming more and more of a burden on my very healthy mother and she's becoming increasingly unable to live her own life. I He refuses in-house help and also refuses to go to a home.
I'm looking for some sort of social workecase manageend of life consultant that can just help us understand what our options are. I've looked around online and the only the I can really find is hospice care services which I'm not exactly looking for at this time. Does anyone have any advice about where to start?

I have Enduring POA for my mom and I am in the process of trying to get a handle on what it all means. I have been trying to learn what I can, but due to the stigma my mom has regarding this, I am stuck doing the forensics as well as manage her transition into a care home (from her residence). My siblings, which seems to be common, refuse to want to do anything, so I am stuck having to do everything.
My questions are:

• Are there any services out there I can hire to at least give me an idea of WTH I should be doing/contacting?
• Can I pay these or any other expenses (out of my own pocket) and then reimburse myself (with copies of receipts/clear book keeping)?
• In the case of emptying out her residence, Can I pay general laboucompany to clear out the remaining stuff from the property and charge the services back to the estate? Same goes with getting the place ready for sale (painting, repair, cleaning)?

I need to take unpaid leave from work to do most of this, so I would rather pay someone to do the work (paid from the Estate) vs. me having to do it all. Some of it is easier to outsource (cleanup/painting, etc.) but the other stuff like POA stuff, I am finding it difficult to navigate all the conversations I need to have.
Yes, part of this is I am being petty as I am sick of doing the work and they will get 1/3 of the estate for doing nothing.

Hi Reddit! I wrote two posts earlier this year about an alarming number of coworkers having psychotic breaks at or explicitly because of my workplace. I initially was here for a reality check and reassurance that this is not normal. then, this March, I wrote an update after being very explicitly targeted at work by management after speaking up about multiple safety violations. I was navigating my supervisor being one of the many who had seemingly lost it, and the stress that was leading me to break down. I had many people send me DMs to make sure I was ok, and I am appreciative. For this reason, I figured I would give you all another update.
I wanted to first provide some additional context. I was in a position where I oversaw safety protocols. I also had been at that job for a long time and knew staff at most sites. That is how I knew so many people were not okay. Thats also how I knew about staff getting sent to psych wards for emotional breakdowns at work. There were very clear correlations between staff having mental breakdowns, covid and, later, city policy changes.
I have been on leave since the day after I wrote that post. Since then, I know of at least five staff members who have been assaulted by clients - a consequence of policies which trigger clients mixed with skeletal staffing. One coworker got a concussion after a client assaulted them and management never reached out. I know of another coworker who noticed the signs of a mental breakdown and, fortunately, left before it got too bad.
I had launched a safety investigation and was subject to some pretty awful things from management during that time. I was also experiencing weekly violations of accommodations for a psychical disability- technically, I was “allowed” to say no when I did not have the support required, but then I could not complete my job. I had been speaking up and was hit with unexpected disciplinary action for “inappropriate use of email” after I started emailing HR about these violations and cancelling work events because I knew accommodations wouldn’t be met / explaining why I was canceling (my supervisor was usually unresponsive). I had an infection for the last two weeks due to yet another violation (or at least exacerbated by that) and was on a heavy course of steroid treatment. I believe that steroids might have been my breaking point - they triggered hypomania.
I was having severe panic attacks daily for a long time afterwards. I was blacking out. I don’t remember most of April. I do know that I took my pets to the ER multiple times that following week because I was terrified they were dying (they weren’t. Literally nothing was wrong). I cried a lot. I spoke to lawyers. I called the disability company. I did not my period bc of the stress. I was just generally unwell.
Things have slowly gotten better. I am working closely w my own mental health team for PTSD. I probably have a new job in the works, and I was finally able to get approval to sign up for my LCSW (a major concern was that my clinical supervisor was so clearly unwell & had retaliated after I did the whole code of ethics thing and spoke privately to him. His situation is pretty acute - I know about substance misuse due to inappropriate self disclosure, and I witnessed some alarming things that are likely related that I will not mention here. I was worried he wouldn’t sign off if any additional paperwork was needed. The state had already taken 6 months to process my application, and they had already requested additional paperwork from him. With every week I stayed, the situation got significantly worse). I am currently studying - its been hard because I am still having panic attacks and get triggered reading the code of ethics. But I am significantly more grounded.
I was really disheartened when people accused me of being the psychotic one and making things up. I do not have a psychotic disorder. But, even if i did, that would not necessarily discount my experience. I left before I snapped. Not all my coworkers are privileged enough to be able to leave without a plan in place. Its just reddit, I know. But I also hope that social workers understand that it’s possible for work conditions to really become that dangerous. I am expecting my agency to be highlighted in the news at some point for these violations, but social work is one of many pink collar industries where things are really, really bad.
I do have the option of filing lawsuits regarding ADA. But, right now, I just want to rest and move forward. The idea of taking a new social job makes me feel physically ill, but I need the insurance. I just want to be okay. I have changed so much since shit went down. I am a significantly angrier person with very little patience. I am really careful to never blow at another person, so I have been self isolating.
Thank you to everyone who provided support. To anyone reading - if you ever think your workplace is unsafe, trust your gut. These places will gaslight the hell out of you. You will have yourself thinking you are lucky for extra vacation days or whatever.

The email I am contacted by GenderGp with says I am inserting the wrong password, (which I know I'm not because I have the same one for pretty much everything) but then I'll click to reset it and get no email to do so. Then I tried to just register again with that email and it says to check my email and follow the link, but again, I don't receive anything.
