Hi I m 27 year old female I will be 28 this year and I have a degree in bachelor’s in business administration before getting business administration degree I was studying as dentistry n studied only for a year n switched my major to B.A because my plan was to study in Canada as dentistry but the requirements was very hard in Canada it’s nearly impossible to meet or get admission in Canadas university for dentistry major plus I m a average student who not into that much studies.. I was studying because I loved to work in healthcare environment.. but anyways I worked as nursery teacher long back and have stop working because I became mom .. now I m might gonna end up being a single mom so I have to start joining work force to support myself n my child who is also almost age of joining school . I don’t want to be a burden on my anyone or my family .. but I feel like studying medical diagnostic sonography program because I wanna work in healthcare but I feel if I study also what if I don’t get a job and meanwhile I have to have an source of income too support my child and me and study this ..
My question is joining sonography program got lots of requirements in Canadas school even for diploma ..so how can I get direct admissions if not Canada anywhere in u.s? That is accredited.. And can I able to get to study online this program and get to do my practicum anywhere out of u.s ?
Is diagnostic medical sonography program hard to study and to pass ? How’s the working environment for in this field ?

Welp... time to lay my work bare for the world to tear apart.
Here's a snippet of the "sample" chapter for my first NOP fanfic, "The Nature of Great Herds", TLDR, Federation wins the Arxur-Federation War, spends the next 400 years becoming even worse than they are in cannon, before coming across a humanity beefed up enough to stand a chance of fighting them. This is set at the very end of the war so it can be considered a prequel chapter.
Im fairly new to writing still so any criticism is more than welcome. This is only half of what i have down for chapter 0, being about... 3/5ths of what i have planned for the chapter as a whole, the next half i have done is the Arxur dreadnought tearing apart Slanek's fleet before its finally destroyed and i want to see what people think of my writing before i go any further. Feel free to ask questions about "The Nature of Great Herds" as well.

Memory Transcription subject: Admiral Slanek of the New Venlil Republic
Date [Standardized human time]: 12th of February 2210
“400 years… after 400 goddammed years its finally ending” I thought to myself as I weaselly breathed. I was lucky to have lived long enough to see this day, even with Kolashian age rejuvenation treatments. Even now my fur has long lost its bright grey lustre, its softness, replaced by a rough feeling, unhealthy old grey. But I had still pushed through. I had to. To See this day. The day the Arxur are finally made extinct. To see the day 400 years of pain and blood shed end.
All around me in my flagship’s CIC, I saw other Venlil. All of them younger than me by decades, all of whom were not even born before Venlil Prime was destroyed. All of them here for the same reason as i. Revenge. Revenge for Venlil Prime. Revenge for all of our people the who the Arxur had killed. Revenge for all the members of the Federation, the Great Herd, that the Arxur had killed. We were all here to cast these nightmares into the abyss they had come from.
We had spent months tracking down this fleet, their last remnants and it seems that they finally had a brief moment of partial sanity. If they were fully sane they would have killed themselves like the Humans, but no. They still had that typical predatory derangement. They wanted to fight. To make a last stand. To drag as many of us with them as they could, in a last bout of predatory bloodlust.
Already the battle was in full swing but it seems we would be the last to arrive. The Arxur were not fighting to kill as many of us as possible for some unknowable reason. They were trying to drag the last battle out for as long as possible. Why? I don’t know. I was certainly not complaining however. It would give us all the chance to play our part in the Arxur’s final stand.
“Admiral!”
It was the CIC’s subspace technician. I nodded towards him and he continued on with his report.
“Were about to come out of subspace, right behind the Gojid fleet! In 60 seconds!”
A wave of excitement filled the room. It was our turn now.
Once a minute had passed, in a wave of multicoloured light, we arrived, 250 ships total with 5 artillery ships with one of them being my flagship, exiting subspace right behind a battered Gojid fleet. They were down to half their numbers. I could not help but grimace. The Gojid… the race we were the closest with, who had taken in our sick our wounded… our whole race when Venlil prime and their own homeworld of Cradle was destroyed as well in the Arxur Blitz, seeing them so badly mauled lit up a spark of rage in me.
“Were being hailed by the Kolashian Flagship!”
“Connect it to my communication suite”
Static greeted my ear as a connection was made to the Kolashian flag ship, but soon the Static disappeared, replaced by the familiar voice of Grand Admiral Thran.
“Slanek, I am glad to see you have arrived. We are getting battered by their last dreadnought, that dammed thing is the anchor to their battle line, every attack we send towards it is warded off or completely destroyed. As long as it’s still standing we can’t hope to win this battle decisively or without horrific losses. You’re the only formation left within 100 lights years that has the firepower to bring that thing down, so do whatever it takes, ram yourself down its throat if you have to, you’ll have the support of every ship and federation fleet around you. I wish I could say more but they’re hitting my part of the line with everything they have, good luck”
The connection cut and I grimaced.
The last of the dreadnoughts… that ship. A shiver went up my spine.
The Arxur dreadnoughts were the culmination of the Arxur’s Behemoth class vessels. Massive bricks covered in armor and guns with an engine at the end, that could, with an escort, singlehandedly destroy entire Federation fleets. Vessels that the artillery ships were created to counter.
Then the Arxur deployed their dreadnoughts as we pushed on to Wriss. A desperate last gamble to slow us down. They were larger, faster, with more weapons and armor than even the largest of their behemoths. It took 5 artillery ships to even have a chance of destroying a dreadnought. And the word, ‘Dreadnought’, it means ‘fear nothing’. Even as we pushed onwards towards their homeworld, they did not fear us. Even as we destroyed every world that held their taint they did not fear us… even now they do not fear us.
Thankfully there were only 10 in existence, the rest having been destroyed. 3 by the Kolashians… and 3 by the Venlil.
The destruction of Venlil Prime at the hands of their behemoths had taught us well and we had come to specialize in their destruction.
If anyone was suited to the task of destroying their last dreadnought, it was us.
My confidence restored, I opened a channel to my fleet.
“This is Admiral Slanek, to all of the members of the New Venlil Republic Navy present with us at this moment. Today… 400 years of pain and bloodshed will end. 400 years of pain and bloodshed the Arxur have visited upon us. Together with our fellow members of the Great Herd, we shall burn away the last of the Arxur as they make their final stand. Our part to play is simple, the last Arxur dreadnought batters our forces, and its our job to remove it. We shall destroy that demon ship and its escorts, opening up the way for our allies to destroy the last of the Arxur. This is the most important day and duty of our lives, so fight hard and fight well. FOR VENLIL PRIME, FOR THE GREAT HERD”
The Venlil across the fleet heard me, giving a brief cheer, “FOR VENLIL PRIME, FOR THE GREAT HERD” before they returned to their duties.
All at once, the engines of 250 ships lit up, pushing us forward towards our hated fore with the Gojid fleet parting, allowing for us to slot ourselves into their battle line.
Whilst distant, if I zoomed in on the feed being provided to me by the many sensors present on this ship I could see them silhouetted against the bright red dwarf that made up most of this star systems mass. The Arxur, with their black, angular ships which had burned themselves into the consciousness of every member of the Federation. The Arxur ships present here was all they had left and what a meagre amount. 400 ships total.
But in the center of their meagre formation was IT. That dammed dreadnought which had claimed over a thousand of our own ships over the last year. Bright white letters in the Arxur alphabet were painted on its side, the Liberator Isif.
Named after some Arxur chieftain. 800 meters of black angular metal with a dagger shaped prow and boxy middle section topped off by its engines and short stubby missile spewing wings. It was easily larger than any ship the Federation could produce, even the bulk super freighters that sustained the undamaged core. Well… undamaged until the raid in [2170] that destroyed the Farsul’s archives. In front of it was a field of debris made up of over 300 vessels at least, the graves of ships this beast had felled, amongst them 8 other artillery ships. Its armament had done that. Its hull was dotted with massive amounts of kinetics and plasma railguns, enough to wipe out dozens of vessels in a single volley and its missile spewing wings could finish off any stragglers with a massive barrage of 100 missiles.
By comparison, the artillery ships of the Federation, including my flagship, were tooth picks. 500 meters long and rather thin by comparison to the hunk of metal that was the Liberator Isif. Our only armament was the 2 plasma beam cannons that ran the ships length. Both were needed to burn through a behemoth shields and then their armor, destroying the ship in one shot… most of the time. A perfect match against an Arxur behemoth. Against a dreadnought with its stronger shields, thicker armor and dagger shaped prow which could deflect most of a plasma beams energy at the right angle, it was near impossible to destroy a behemoth from the front with anything less than 5 artillery ships. Thankfully with the few artillery ships the Gojid had left and the 5 that belonged to my fleet I had enough firepower to take that dreadnought head on. And one of them was my flagship. The Tavra.
Whereas the Arxur flagship was named after some random Arxur chieftain they seemed to revere for some reason, the Tavra was named after a true hero who still lived on through her. 5 behemoths, and a dreadnought she has claimed for the Federation, for the Venlil. Now its time to add another kill to that list.
The dreadnought was preoccupied tearing apart another push from a federation fleet when we moved into position.
Almost immediately it broke off its savage attack, letting a wave of Arxur reserves move up to destroy what was left, letting the dreadnought go after the bigger threat, namely the 8 artillery ships that had just pulled up.
Arxur behemoths and dreadnoughts sacrificed range for sheer, raw firepower, as a result it would have to come to us, or we could just sit back and pour fire onto it once we moved a little closer. Whichever abomination was in command of the Liberator Isif knew this since they immediately began a burning towards us, with 60 escorts in tow. All at once, roared across every channel by the Arxur ships was a bestial warcry “FOR WRISS!” then at once, the entirety of the Arxur’s battle line charged ahead. Their bloodlust had finally caught up with them it seems.
“Have all of our plasma beam cannons begin charging now! and move our escorts forward and give us a screen.” An audible hum drowned out the ambience of distant machinery as the Tavra began to charge its main weapons. For the next 2 minutes we would be helpless as all of our reactors power went into the capacitor banks that seemed to fill every nook, crevice and seam inside the Tavra. Thankfully the dreadnought will take 3 to reach us. Once we hit it, if we don’t outright destroy it, then the shields will at least be drained to the point that our escorts can finish it off.
It was a suicide run, but it was their only option unless they wanted to die without being able to fight back. Dammed predator insanity.
For the next minute we tensely waited, as our capacitors charged and our firing solutions were calculated. Ammo was loaded and final checks made.
I gripped the handrail in front of me firmly… waiting for the last few seconds to tick down… waiting to give the order.
If we missed… we were in for a world of hurt.

The front doors of the boarding craft popped open with a snap. They were designed, after all, so that boarders could race out without having to leave one at a time, and they took advantage of it here, running out immediately.
The flint—the Second—started off ahead, most of them moving at a smooth, even pace while some raced off to scout ahead. The bone—the Third—followed, ready to provide more force if the vanguard should strike, and the rest followed, with Mogan's unit in the rear.
At least the unit he was in. Command was given to another officer, and Mogan didn't see any reason to take over from another's job. That didn't mean that he didn't want to instead of basically leaving his life in trust to someone else, but if he wouldn't follow his own chain of command then he couldn't expect others to.
The rear group left at a slow jog with the others, and when the Vishtali tired, as they did very quickly, grav-sled stretchers were brought out to keep pulling them along. Those wouldn't work any better in the mines than any other device, but at least by the time they reached the mines the others would be able to walk.
Hours passed, as the Vishtali watched in amusement, then amazement, and then a touch of fear. They approached the mines, and the slightly-breathy shouts of Sylfa guards announced that at least some of the San had made contact.
The guards could always threaten to simply blow the tunnel, leaving the Vishtali trapped. It was a fate worse than death, but probably just as dangerous for the guards. This wasn't a legal operation, after all, or run by good people—and when working for an illegal operation run by bad people, making astronomically costly mistakes was either a more elaborate or spiteful form of suicide, or else it was the worst kind of luck.
Since they couldn't simply collapse the mouth of the tunnel, their options for enforcement were more limited. A small fortress of sorts guarded the tunnel mouth. The rest of the area, for miles around, was covered by scrubby, twisted trees with oddly thick leaves, but they had been cleared away in front of the mine. Anybody going from the mine to the fortification had to cross two hundred yards of bare, flat ground.
And many did. A set of parallel rails ran from the mine to the camp, through a gate,and inside, where the Vishtali pushed a steady stream of ore-rock.
The camp was more of a barracks than a fortress, however. One wall faced the mine, with fixed guns pointing at the mouth, and the other sides had no defenses at all. Nor were there nearly enough positions on that wall, or even room on it, for the number of barracks. Clearly the majority of the forces were either in the scrub—where the San were now, and had seen no one—or in the mine itself.
Logog had planned well, and the fortress was under attack by two units while a third rushed into the mine. Out here, pistol and rifle would have worked just as well, but then they would have had to leave them behind to enter the mine.
Rushing dogs and flying spears did their own work well enough, however. Fast-running targets were hard to hit for the Sylfa and Shawing marksmen, and the armor they wore saved the few that were hit. Men and dogs fell to the ground, but most got up and limped away to the side. Soon the guards went down beneath the weight of snarling, throat-seeking dogs, with razor-edged spears sailing over them to strike the unfortunates behind.
Mogan's unit ran to the camp once it was declared clear. There had been no quarter asked or given here; the guards knew that surrender would only mean trading death in battle for death by execution. Their employers would not handle the loss lightly, after all.
They fought like cornered rats, but the San had killed rats before; the guards were outnumbered and outclassed. By the time Mogan walked among the poorly-paved streets of the camp, none were left. The officers set guards, and then assigned others to looting and gathering information.
Mogan started to speak to someone, then paused and found the officer. He certainly had the authority to order any of them, but bypassing their officers would indicate a lack of confidence. He found Higa, and suggested the man post a few warriors on the guns, watching the skies.
Inside the mine they could hear nothing of use. Nobody could bring in a radio, but the San could still attack at range, while the guards only had their shoshir. Sounds came up, but whatever was happening echoed back and forth on the stone walls until it just sounded like general noise. Soon, however, they could see Kyokin coming out of the tunnel, along with half a dozen others, some limping.
Mogan went with Higa to meet him. “Any news?”
“It's going beautifully,” said Kyokin, and grimaced.
“Are you wounded?”
“Only by my own carelessness.” Kyokin held up his left hand, which wriggled and writhed in a thoroughly disturbing manner.
Kyokin was a chieftain of the Supay, a tribe that had been variously ally and rival to the San as circumstances dictated, and his cheek still bore the cross-piece tattoo of the forest tribe. Years before the tribe had reached the stars, his tribe had been broken by the roving Animal People of the plains, and the Supay had fled into the mountains of the San. Many were against taking them in, but they knew well that the Supay had served as a buffer between them and the marauding cannibal peoples, and they knew that they would need every hand that could cast a spear.
Back then, Kyokin only had one—hand, that is, not spear. An earlier attack, when the pressure had begun to ramp, had also taken his left hand. For six years he had simply had to learn to make do with one, until the tribe had been taken up off the planet.
His replacement was obviously malfunctioning now, and Mogan shook his head. “The magnetic field. I should have thought of that.”
Higa shook his own head. “We all should have, but we can fix them on the ship.”
One man was being helped by two others, as his foot spasmed and twitched, and some of the others were looking at their hands or arms in fascination and disgust.
“They figured out quick that just lining up across the tunnel does them little good,” said Kyokin. “So they're trying to ambush us in the side-tunnels. Same kind of thing we worked up for the ships, really. We've lost about twenty dogs, and half-again as many wounded, but we're sweeping through. A few of them tried to use the Vishtali as shields. Others we caught cutting them down. Trying to destroy the evidence, I suppose.”
Higa snarled, and Mogan wasn't short of it himself. “Keep that quiet, for now. We don't want anybody leaving where they're at to rush in.”
Higa looked like he might himself, but he nodded in agreement and went back to the camp.
It was an hour later before Logog came up the mouth of the tunnel, and nodded. “Send them in—it's secured. They'll be up slow, but they're...” He sighed. “They're beaten, broken. I'm pretty sure they just think they have new owners.”
Mogan waved the three Vishtali forward. Clach seemed to be the most confident of them, and he addressed her. “They've been through hell, and the best thing now is to keep them calm and get them onto the ship. If they run off, they'll starve to death unless we run them down, and if that happens I don't think they'll ever forget it or recover from it.”
She nodded. The male—Atank, he thought the name was—almost hid behind her. For all Mogan's worries, they had turned out to be surprisingly efficient.
Warriors came out first, looking around and spreading out a little in case of ambush... it was likely a complete coincidence that this meant they were surrounding the area, and Mogan could hear the boarding craft coming.
Behind them came the Vishtali, and there were enough growls among the humans to confuse the dogs. A few of them were scarred, a few of them were bruised, and Mogan knew a few of them were down there dead. But all of them were filthy, all wore clothing that was little more than rags, and as Logog had said from the first, all were beaten and broken. They shuffled carefully, looking at the feet of the humans around them despite their greater height, and made not a sound.
Mogan nodded to Clach and Atank, who walked among them, speaking softly. He could see that many of the plasma bolters were pointed at the air, and he didn't know whether the gunners were showing the Vishtali they weren't under threat, or whether they were praying for some reinforcements to shoot down.
Nonetheless, he gave the Vishtali crew time to talk. He had already seen that telling someone they were free when the entire concept was foreign was... difficult.
When the boarding craft landed, Mogan had half the warriors load up, and then walked himself over to the Vishtali.
He struggled to keep his face smooth, knowing well how emotion could feed on emotion. Last time, when they had first discovered that secret sapients—other than humanity itself—existed, the fear of the Vishtali fed the fury of their rescuers, which in turn fed the fear of the rescued. It seemed every cringe created two snarls, and every snarl two cringes. He couldn't afford that here.
They ducked away, some hiding behind each other, some hiding behind his three. Mogan paused a moment, then sat cross-legged on the ground.
It shocked them for a moment, but Clach spoke to them in their own tongue. Mogan slowly prepared what he would say, and sighed in relief as they sat down with him.

In typical nerd fashion, I'm spending way more time figuring out the answer to this question than I would have if I had simply modified my new PCs settings manually.
TL;DR, does Microsoft save windows settings to the cloud, and if so, how do I load them onto a new, fresh install without my old device? I logged into my MS account on the new PC, my avatar updated itself and is displaying correctly (it's my Microsoft account avatar), but nothing else changed (desktop, taskbar, etc).
The long version:
If you've ever migrated to a new android phone, you'd know that pretty much all your settings can migrate from the cloud without having your old phone. I think that only the apps and app settings don't migrate if you aren't able to connect to your old phone. But other than that, all the settings are pretty much the same. The new phone looks and feels the same as your old one.
Why can't I get that to happen to my windows PC? It actually crapped out for an unknown reason, and I didn't have any backups. I couldn't restore from the OS because once the boot sequence started, the keyboard and mouse stopped working. So, I had to create a Windows boot drive from scratch using my laptop (a Chromebook), load it into my PC by setting my USB to the primary boot device. It worked flawlessly (except the wireless driver didn't work at first, I had to pull out an old AP to get it to connect to the network). I loaded the drivers to get the Wi-Fi to work properly, logged into my Microsoft account, and after a few reboots, everything seemed fine, except my settings hadn't loaded yet. The background is still default, the taskbar and theme are still default. Does windows not save these settings to the cloud?

TLDR; Loved this game. Dylan is babygirl. We accidentally manifested a final girl ending. Pls comment I’d love to chat about the game/story/characters/ships
Yoooo I love games like this and had been dying to play this one after playing Until Dawn last year. My sister and I just finished our first play. I just wanna share my experience :)
First off, while most characters seemed annoying or rude at the beginning, I honestly ended up liking all of them for the most part. I especially developed a huge soft spot for Dylan! Also did anyone else see some connection between Abbi and Emma? At first we thought there was romantic potential (mainly bc it looked like Abbi was drawin her in her notebook when we first see them and their dialogue) but I didn’t see anything about that. Anywhooo
The story was so interesting but I did feel like some of the cut scenes with (tbh filler) dialogue went on too long for no reason. I wanted more action! Also the camera angles were awkward when walking sometimes.
My sister and I had the goal of saving everyone! But ultimately… we fucked up a lot.
We lost our first counselor when we decided not to shoot Nick as Abbi. We really overthought this decision (we paused to discuss) and we just didn’t want Nick to die. Also we didn’t think this decision would kill her but obviously we proceeded to see her literal head get ripped off!!! That death was a punch to the gut. Not only because it was our first, but bc it was so violent. I really liked Abbi and she felt so harmless and also Nick (infected nick) was being so creepy to her. It felt like just a sad time for her to go. Also her death really felt like we let the whole gang down…
Moving on, I can’t recall if this happened before or after Abbi’s death, but we had Ryan cut off Dylan’s hand after he got bit. I was impressed with his decision to have Ryan do this bc that’s so brave! I was upset but I’m glad bc he was spared then thankfully. But this scene was fucking hard to watch, just sitting with the decision and knowing how serious it felt to the characters. Props to the actors!
Emma was pretty easy to keep alive. Her treehouse scene was fun and I really liked her. We kept saying she gave final girl more than Kaitlyn did. I liked her vlogging.
Jacob’s journey felt so random. (We also didn’t like him and Emma together) He was protected bc Bobby poured blood on his face and he ultimately was captured by the Hacketts (is this inevitable?). Then when Ryan and Laura found him, we failed to unlock the cage which SUCKED bc I think that basically fucked him later when Laura hit the switch and opened all the cages. RIP but I didn’t really care.
Ryan had us acting crazyyyy. He got stabbed, then we had him stab Bobby but then we saved him by having Laura bite him? I LOVED that whole chapter and storyline, really cool way to go. However… we fucked up and Laura smashes his face in. Honestly I couldn’t track what decision or action led to this. He was probably my 2nd least favorite character ahead of Jacob but it was sad to see him go bc he had been through so much and he grew on me a lot.
At this point it felt like we were fucking up BAD. 3 killed. Well technically 4 but we didn’t realize Laura also died in this scene until the end credits LOL.
Speaking of her. Laura was badassssss. I loved her and Max’s story. Unfortunately we got spoiled that Laura and Max didn’t die in the prologue and were still alive, I bet that reveal would have been so good. But I love Skyler and was excited to play him in this game, so I was happy to expect more of him later.
Ok so now cut to Dylan and Kaitlyn at the junkyard. Tbh I had to suspend my disbelief at Dylan walking around with a freshly amputated hand but it made me love him more LMAO. Both of them survived the junkyard 👍🏼
With Ryan dead it felt like a lot of the story was over which was sucky. Then we really did ourselves in and we missed the the shot as Kaitlyn in the lodge and… DYLAN DIES??? He really caught that stray, I was so mad! It felt similar to Abbis death where it was so abrupt and random! So sad bc he was brave with his hand and hopeful the whole time :(
Kaitlyn!!! Yeah you guessed it, she died too. We hid instead of running and fucked up the don’t breathe! Her character felt kinda flat to me but we love Brenda.
So at the end we literally manifested our final girl Emma… and we didn’t ever get to play as MAX!
Overall it was so fun but I still feel like we have half the game left to play! Guess we’ll need to replay with the death rewinds and hope our aim is better LOL.
I do wish the epilogue was better but I’ve seen that’s a common complaint. Also is there any flowchart or document that has all the endings? Id love to know which decisions lead to what and how to get to the different endings bc 186 seems like SO many. I’m so interested.

The home distribution rights for Across the Spider-Verse are in a rather interesting place. In April 2021, it was reported that Sony Studios had signed a multiyear deal with both Netflix and Disney for shared streaming rights to Sony films coming out between 2022 and 2026. This deal includes Across the Spider-Verse as well as the third film in the series, Beyond the Spider-Verse, due out in March 2024.

As for releases like Across the Spider-Verse, the film will be available on Netflix with "first-pay-window-rights" for the first 18 months of its home media release. While it will not be streaming concurrently with its theatrical release, it will be available on Netflix following its theatrical run.

I just wanted to put a few of my thoughts down here on reddit, I don't mind if others dont agree but i just want to share my point of view and what ive learned from God...
God is almighty. He loves us all no matter what sins we've done in the past. Sins are acts that go against the ten commandments in the Bible.
I feel that love and understanding of others should be our top priority in life, we should never judge others because we haven't lived their life, we don't understand the complexity of their minds, their experiences, their feelings, their fears and why they do the things they do. Remember that we are not our thoughts we are higher than our thoughts. Just because we think something, does not make it so. We can choose to accept or reject it. We should respect one another and not pull others down we do not agree with, we're all human no one is better than anyone else. People do things we don't agree with, all we can do is live our life and trust God's plan for ourselves. We should never compare ourselves to others, we're all special. We all have something to give to others, we're all good at something. Some are smarter in some ways than others, but we all have a speciality we should use for good and God.
Don't assume things about others, always find out facts before jumping to conclusions as sometimes, (I don't know if this happens to anyone else by the way), but I feel God tests others I meet through me... im very quiet and sometimes people, I feel,mistake my quietness for ignorance or that I'm hiding something sinister. I'm quiet because im shy, respectful to others and I value others opinion, I like listening to others, im humble and sometimes silence speaks more than words.
I want to help others and the first step is understanding their problems. We all have unique battles to face both in the world and within ourselves, and God helps us along the way. I feel a good first step is to remember your thoughts arnt always facts, just because a lot of people hold the same opinion they feel it adds more weight to something, however sometimes everyone is wrong...only God is right.
Things happen in our lives that we don't like. Life is grossly unfair sometimes...we have some living their best life and we have a lot of poor people suffering in silence and in poverty. God can't control our actions or the actions of others and sometimes things happen without warning. I know God watches over all of us. We're not all robots under Gods command...we wouldnt be free. He gave us all free will, he guides us all if we love one another and him, he shows us things to test us sometimes and he tries to help us become more like his son Jesus. If everything was perfect in our lives and if we lived forever here on Earth we wouldn't need to go to heaven, we'd already be there.
Life is a test of our faith, those who push themselves to the top at the expense of others will be judged unfavourably, if you love others and put God first, its like a guarantee that your life has meaning and purpose. By sinning your whole life and not listening to what God trys to tell you, its a risk, a very big risk. Its a risk we shouldn't take, no one is sure about what happens when we die, wouldn't it be wiser to inherit a place in heaven through Jesus Christ then to cast it all away and not listen to God's message of love and peace. Jesus loves us all so much that he died for our sins in the most brutal and painful way possible, he was blameless and he made the ultimate sacrifice for us all, not because of greed or selfishness but because he loves us all! And then he rose again! no man can do this only God can do this!
God forgives all sins you just have to realise this and stop sinning when you are introduced to God, if you know full well what you are doing is wrong, why do it? No one is beyond redemption...no one. Everyone has the power to be strong in faith even if your body is weak. You can accomplish anything with God...if you are pure hearted and your motives are true to God. Let God strengthen you, no harm can come to your soul with God at your side, your body will wither away and die but your soul will live forever with God, you don't have to be afraid of anything. Suffering is temporary, you dont have to be scared once God is in your life, it may not seem like it, but the reward at the end is worth it, we have no idea how much love and warmth and belonging you have with God, all are welcome...he knows everything about each and every one of us, he created us all, after all, he knows our pasts, our futures, our feelings, what we choose and why... everything. He wants us all to be by his side, but he knows many will reject him but those that join him in the kingdom of heaven he will cherish forever, he knows the outcome of everything, God planned it all from the start of existence, God is perfect, God is love. Praise the almighty God and his Son Jesus Christ Hallelujah!
The devil influences people on Earth but with God nothing can harm you. Gods armour is impenetrable. Innocents suffer, why? how can God let this happen? it is not God it is the sin we let into the world. Why do we sin? to impress others? to fit in? selfishness? Its not worth it in the end, make a stand and be unlike what is in 'fashion' at this time and dont pay attention to what others are doing. These days a lot of people generally do whatever they want regardless of whether they should... life without God is chaos. People influence others. People can justify anything in their minds on issues regarding what's morally right and wrong. Remember, God is perfect, no man or woman can compare. God is always right. He should always come first in everything we do. He made us all and he's very real, not just in our minds, trust me! What is seen on Earth comes from the transient world we let sin into, what is unseen is eternal. We could never conclusively prove God exists or doesn't exist through science, God has thought of everything he is perfect.
Never harm others...physically, emotionally in anyway. Put yourself in others shoes not because God tells you to in the Bible but because you could have been the other person in that position, how would you feel if roles were reversed? When you sin it affects not only youself but the other person on the recieving end...revenge, hate and anger may be on the minds of the victim this is the aftermath of sin. Learn to forgive and forget, understand when you're in that position on the recieving end of sin to turn the other cheek...God is forgiving and we should be too.
That thing you've been thriving for your whole life, that one thing that slips through your fingers everytime...you don't need it, all you need is God's love. In heaven, that thing you wanted here on Earth can't even compare. Life is hard, it would be nice with that thing you wanted, but do you really need it? try to think that if situations were different the thing might never have been there to recieve in the first place, so dont worry that you dont get what you want on Earth. Others have lived before you without it, what makes you more privileged than them...we are all children of God.
When you are feeble you are strong, when you have nothing and life has taken everything from you...God is at his closest to you. When you see no hope of a better future, God protects you...hes always there he won't let you take a burden alone. He loves us so much...we are his children, he'll NEVER leave us. Your relationship with God should be that he's the Father and we are the child, he knows better than us...he sees what we do not see, we know it is to protect us, he should be respected and feared to prevent us from sinning becuase he doesnt want us to fail and make mistakes.
I've made mistakes, anger at others has sometimes overwhelmed me, and im far too hard on myself, i havn't been well in the last few weeks but with God at the core of my life now I have great understanding and peace. My love for my wife and our daugther and all my family members shines through, I never want to stray from God and I know I dont have to worry about anything because God is watching over me and my family at all times.
God is perfect you can't deny him, with his help I'm becoming wiser everyday, God never changes and neither should we once we've found him in our lives. I feel the world overcomplicates things, i just want to put my opinion accross to share what ive been through and shown by God in my life. He has given me so much wisdom everything I've said here God has shown me in some way or another, hes shown me some amazing things, I'm just spreading his word....I dont want wealth or fame, i dont want anything in return, I just want to help God save his children in these dark times. I hope this helps someone and makes them realise there's more than what we see here on Earth.
I just get these sort of like visions gifted to me. I don't know who I am or if I'm special to other Christians, I know im a man and I know I love God and everyone he has made regardeless of their actions, hate the sin itself not the one who did it, I pray for all who are suffering in the world at the moment and I wish everyone the best.

Here I have compiled a list of methods for transferring photos in bulk from account to account in Lightroom CC that I found online, with some thoughts and the one that I eventually had to use. I hope it saves others time for specific use cases. Please search (ctrl f) the names of the people mentioned in the forum links I added to see their instructions.
I use the Windows 11 desktop Lightroom cc. Methods are only numbered for easy reference not to indicate the best solution.

1. Lightroom Downloader provided by Adobe. Downloads all files to local storage for reupload in the new account. I had read differing accounts of success with this tool, including not being able to select albums for download (it downloads entire library), duplicates of images and other things. I had not tested it due to available hard drive space and only wanting to transfer certain albums but John Beardsworth in adobe forums says "the download folder contains xmp files with the adjustments, titles and captions, ratings and keywords, it doesn't contain the album or LRCC's so-called "folder" structure." Please note, however, that you can apply keywords to photos in each album which can act as unique identifiers for arrangement on the other side in the new account.
2. Rzaza (2018) Lightroom Classic/CC Sync Method. Could be useful in some cases as seems to retain all metadata, edits and album structure with no work needed with keywords and arranging in new account. So maybe good if you have 10s of thousands of photos in many albums. Requires download of library during migration stage. Did not test but others in the linked forum reported success.
3. Jim Wilde (2021), Shared Album Invite Method. Keeps everything in the cloud and you invite the old account to share its photos into an album you make in the new account. It worked for me until I faced sync issues on almost all photos I transferred using this method, but this could have been due to unplanned VPN dropout during sync (should have left it off). Others reported to have had success. You can use keywords to organise by album, or share loads of albums back to the old account instead.
4. Bens40340197 Library Clone Method. Requires download of library to local storage. Albums and edits should stay intact. Untested, check forum for success and questions.
5. Petersonmark (2019) Simple Download and Upload Method. With some added steps, this is the method I used. This is simply exporting your selected images to local storage as "originals + edits" from Lightroom. Original file format and edits are preserved, but you have to export each album one by one or tag each album by keyword and arrange into albums in the new account.

Solution to issues exporting large numbers of original RAWs/DNGs/PSDs/vids from Lightroom cc: I had serious issues with exporting folders of over 200 photos, with Lightroom seemingly struggling to download the large files from cloud to keep up with the export. When this happened task manager showed Lightroom download speed cutting sharply from 100+mbps to 0mbps and then hanging, indicating some sort of time out to me. Adobe support failed to solve with ~8 hours worth of remote assistance over 5 or 6 advisors. If this happens to you use u/Lightroom_help's solution which involves first adding photos to 'local storage' before exporting your originals+edits.

Summary:
20th: In the first immunity challenge Gallura tribe loses and sends Kelly to Exile Island where the promise of an advantage that could change the game lurked around every corner. At the Gallura tribal council, everyone agreed that Abdul Bobi was the weakest link, and voted him out unanimously.
19th: Gallura finished last once again at the immunity challenge and chose to send Austin to Exile Island. At tribal, everyone decided again to vote out their next biggest perceived liability. Unfortunately, that was Harry Baskins and he became the next boot.
18th: A twist resulted in the four tribes dissolving down to two. The new Sardus tribe resulted in three OG Sardus; Austin, Whitworth, and Charya three OG Nurra; Ezzie, Nari, and Yhondra 2 OG Corsica; Gigi and Kelly and one OG Gallura; Lance. On the new Gallura tribe are the OG Gallura; Clint and Bob two OG Nurra; Ida and Anais two OG Sardus; Tommy and Liam and three Corsica; Lilith, Sienna and Ro. The new Sardus tribe won immunity and elected to send Ro to exile island where she will be immune from the first tribal council. At Gallura tribal council even though there were 4 pairs of 2 from each original tribe, everyone was in agreement that Tommy Yamashita was a big liability in the game and would also weaken the young male tribe. Tommy Yamashita was voted out unanimously.
17th: At the reward challenge, Sardus tribe won and sent Anais to exile island. While on exile island, she found the hidden immunity idol! This immunity idol can be played after the votes are read. At the immunity challenge, Sardus won again, and Gallura was forced to go to yet another tribal council. At tribal council, everyone saw how big of a threat the three Corsica girls were. Sienna and Ro brought Anais into their alliance, and the power looked like it was about to shift. Lillith realized she was 4th in the alliance and flipped over to the other side of the tribe. Sienna was frustrated that Lillith would flip that easily and argued the tribe should just vote her out as she couldn’t be trusted. On the other side Lillith argued that taking out a big threat in Sienna now was the perfect time before she gained too much power. In the end Sienna Marinelli was voted out 6-3.
16th:>! Gallura lost another immunity challenge and Anais and Ro were feeling the heat as tribal council approached. Anais and Ro still gunned for Lillith as she seemed the most likely person they could flip the vote onto. So they approached Clint and Bob from the older mens tribe to try and work together. While Clint seemed on board, Bob seemed less sure which lead to Clint getting noticeably upset while at camp. At tribal council the tribe started wondering if they could trust Clint to be a cool head and work with them, so in the end Clint Moonshine was voted out 4-3. Ro and Anais scraped by yet another vote, but were still precariously balanced.!<
15th: The twist in this episode was that both tribes would go to the tribal council. Sardus won immunity so they were up first. The two young girls Kelly and Gigi had formed a strong relationship with Whitworth and Charya which really worried Nari, Yhondra, and Ezzie. Lance was relentlessly pushing Charya as he viewed him as the biggest threat. At Tribal, The three older girls convinced Austin of the threat of the relationship forming between Gigi, Whitworth, Charya, and Kelly. Austin was unwilling to vote out one of his original tribe mates though, so he pitched Gigi. In the vote, it was a 4-4 split between Gigi and Yhondra with Lance being the tiebreaker having voted for Charya. In the end Lance viewed his relationship with Ezzie and Nari as stronger and voted with them to send Gigi Jimenez home.
14th: Sardus tribe kidnaps Liam to keep him safe from the tribal, leaving only Ro, Anais, Bob, Ida, and Lillith. Ro and Anais finally broke through to the tribe and kept their flames alive for yet another vote as the tribe unanimously voted to eliminate Lillith Sanchez.
13th:>! Sardus tribe finally won an immunity challenge sending Gallura to tribal council. Everyone on the tribe seemed committed to completely eliminating the showmance that started with Gigi by voting for Whitworth. This cemented itself when Austin, Charya, Lance, Kelly, and Yhondra formed a new majority alliance. Whitworth was voted out unanimously.!<
12th: At the next challenge an opportunity to mutiny over to the other tribe was presented to the two tribes. Charya and Ezzie from Sardus mutinied over to the Gallura tribe. Charya left to try and form more relationships with players and consolidate his power with his closest ally Liam. Ezzie left her previous tribe after accurately sensing she was on the outs, and wanted to survive as long as she could. Despite a stronger Gallura tribe after gaining two new tribemates they lost another immunity challenge. This time, Ro and Anais feeling no other way to survive realized that it was going to be one of them and their streak of luck had finally run out. At tribal council, the vote was 5-2 on Anais, but she played her immunity idol making Ro Pierce the 12th person voted out of the game. I was sad to see Ro go here. I was rooting for her and she managed to survive on the bottom for a good amount of time. I could see her time in Ceph’s Survivor not being done quite yet.
11th:>! Sardus Tribe lost the immunity challenge and received a message in the bottle to be opened after tribal council. Lance had slowly taken control of his tribe and manufactured relationships with everyone in the tribe. Austin saw this and was desperately trying to put pressure on Lance. However, Lance had approached Kelly and Austin and told them the plan was to vote for Nari. Austin didn’t believe him and tried to convince everyone to go for Lance. At tribal council, Lance, Nari, and Yhondra voted for Austin, while Austin had voted for Lance and Kelly for Nari. Austin Perez was voted out here, and I was honestly sad! He had a reasonably good position through pre-merge and could make some bigger moves in his limited time in the game. I could see him coming back in the right circumstances.!<
10th: After voting out Austin, the tribe was immediately told to vote out another tribemate. With no time for scrambling the majority, Lance, Yhondra, and Nari went for an easy vote and voted Kelly Wilson out 3-1. Kelly did well to become the last member of the Corsica tribe, but unfortunately, her game after the tribe swap was left in shambles. Her allies were put on the other tribe and quickly voted out. Kelly would have had a lot to work to do at the merge.
9th: Merge time! Three of the original tribes were represented headed into the merge. For the young men's tribe, Sardus had Charya Kong and Liam McCurrah. For the Older men's tribe, Gallura had Lance Vance and Bob Hillen. Finally, all five original Nurra Tribe members, Nari Higashikata, Yhondra Willions, Ida Cohen, Anais Haddad, and Ezzie Rackhelm, had made it to the merge. At the first immunity challenge, Ezzie won, guaranteeing herself a 1 in 8 shot at becoming the Sole Survivor. Lance had introduced a plan to his allies to vote out Anais. His reasoning was her story was getting better every day she managed to survive, and she had no allies which made her a big threat. Liam who had until this point had played a very quiet game. Liam linked up with other players who had played under-the-radar games and formed an alliance with Bob and Ida. His thought process was looking at the 5 original Nurra members as a huge potential threat so they needed to eliminate someone from that tribe while also weakening the opposing alliance. Ultimately, Bob, Ida, and Liam settled on Yhondra as a potential threat. Proving Liam’s fears to be true, Nari and Yhondra wanted to work with their original Nurra tribe members and vote out Bob. At the Tribal Council, the atmosphere was tense, and everyone was on edge knowing the vote could go either way. In the end, it was a 4-3-2 sending Yhondra Willions home as the first juror after the merge. Bob, Liam, and Ida had brought Anais in from the bottom and won the first battle at the merge.
8th: Ida wins the next immunity challenge giving her a 1 in 8 shot at winning the title of Sole Survivor. At camp after the challenge, everyone was looking at the newly minted alliance of Bob, Liam, Ida, and Anais in fear worrying that if they gave way for another vote, they would run away with control of the game. With this fear in mind, Lance, Nari, Charya, and Ezzie banded together in their own mini-alliance. Liam worked on Charya to remind him of the relationship they had formed and tried convincing him to work with him. Lance recognized Charya as a potential flip, and feeling the heat tried to reinforce their relationship together too. At tribal council both alliances seemed locked in with very little wiggle room. At the vote it was split 4-4 between Lance and Bob. After a little discussion Lance bargained with the other alliance saying whoever voted for Bob on the revote would not be a target the next time they went to tribal. Anais decided to trust Lance’s word and flipped on the revote making Bob Hillen the next eliminate in a 4-2 vote.
7th: Charya wins the next immunity challenge giving him a 1 in 7 shot of winning this game. At the next tribal, and true to his word, it seemed likely that Ida or Liam would be voted out. After bonding super closely with Lance, the target seemed set on Ida. Ida Cohen was voted out 5-2 with Nari not wanting to vote out a close ally and keeping her inside the game.
6th: Ezzie wins her second immunity challenge. At camp before tribal, Nari approached Liam and Ezzie to form an endgame alliance. Nari convinced them by pointing out how big of a threat level Lance was building. Liam agreed with Nari and agreed with the points, but was unwilling to move now. Everyone agreed that Charya had played a really good social game to this point, and needed to be voted out before going further in the game. Charya Khong was voted out 5-1.
Finale Summary!>! Five players remained in one of the most explosive seasons to date. Anais Haddad started the game on the bottom with no clear alliances. Since then she saved herself with an immunity idol and has survived countless votes where she could have been the target. Can Anais scrape past 2 more votes to make it to the end as the ultimate underdog? Liam McCurrah started off struggling in this game. With his friends mostly eliminated prior to the merge and on his own, Liam assembled a team of outcasts to make a huge move in the beginning of the merge. Since then, Liam has relied on his social game and his quick thinking to make it this far into the merge. Can Liam continue strategizing his way into final tribal council? Ezzie Rackhelm has been a dominant physical player in this game. Backing up her strategy, she has worked hand in hand with Lance as the strategic counterpart to his social game. Looking to distance herself from Lance she formed an alliance with Liam and Nari to go to the final 3 together, but has she done enough to separate her gameplay from Lance’s? Nari Higashikata has played a very under-the-radar strategic game. Surviving with her strategic gameplay, Nari has never really been in danger while keeping louder more boisterous players around to hide her game. Can Nari make the moves required to finish her game and win Sole Survivor? Lance Vance has handled this game with a masterful mix of social and strategic gameplay. Starting in a tenuous position in the pre-merge, since then Lance has formed multiple alliances that have helped him get to the end of the game. Can his social game get him to the final tribal? !<
5th: Ezzie wins her third straight immunity challenge giving her a 1 in 4 shot to win this game. Everyone agreed that one person had survived too many votes to risk taking them to the end. That person was Anais Haddad, and despite her efforts to flip it to Lance, her luck finally ran out, and she became the 16th person voted out of the game. I was sad to see Anais go here. She had a great run and found the first playable immunity idol. She was able to survive many votes I frankly thought impossible, and overall she was a fabulous player to have played this season. Definitely a game-changer.
4th: In the last twist of the season, at the immunity challenge it was announced that this season will feature the very first FINAL THREE. This meant that this was the last challenge before Final Tribal Council. Everyone gave it their all, but in the end Ezzie edged it out to win her fourth immunity and guaranteed herself a spot in the final tribal council. Lance, feeling the pressure, desperately appealed to Nari and Ezzie to hold true to their alliance and vote out Liam as a big threat in the game. While Ezzie seemed good with it, Nari was convinced she had a better shot against Liam then Lance in FTC. At the tribal council, the vote was tied 2-2 and then 1-1 against Lance and Liam. Both of them were forced to compete in a fire making challenge where the loser would be sent home. In the end Liam burned through his rope faster then Lance and made Lance Vance the 9th and final member of the jury. Lance was such a fun character to have throughout the season. Lance had a great social game similar to past legends like Bridge, Ernie, and maybe even Izel. I was definitely rooting for him throughout the season and was sad to see him go.
Final Tribal speeches: Ezzie, Nari, and Liam made it to the final tribal council where they addressed the jury and tried to give examples of the games they had played. Ezzie flaunted her physicality and dominance in challenges while also doing a great job of staying on the right side of the votes. Liam made a show of his big move to start the merge, his social game to keep himself alive after losing his allies, and ended it by eliminating one of the biggest threats in Lance. Nari talked about how she managed to get her whole tribe to the merge, and while she was always clearly a strategic threat, never came up in the votes to be voted out. In the end the vote was 4-3-2 with everyone having strong reasons for voting for each of the finalists.
3rd: In third place came Ezzie Rackhelm. The jury valued her physical game and placements among the majority alliances. In the end they couldnt separate her game as much from the game that Lance had played and wanted to see more individuality in her gameplay. She becomes the second runner up recieiving 2 votes. Overall, i loved having Ezzie in this season. When I first simmed it, I honestly thought she was going to win. I think she has more she can give to survivor and would love to see her come back for redemption.
2nd: With three votes in second came Liam McCurrah. The jury applauded Liam’s big moves in the game at the beginning and end of merge, but wished that he hadn’t disappeared in between those moves. They also dinged him for immediately losing all of his allies after making the move. While Liam came close, in the end his answers didn’t adequately satisfy the jury.
1st: That means that Nari Higashikata becomes our newest sole survivor! Nari played a wonderful under-the-radar game where she was always a threat, but never the biggest one. She played a very consistent game and worked her way through the post-merge wonderfully. Overall, while sometimes its hard to write the story of an lowkey player like Nari, hopefully her gameplay came through and you can see why she was our winner. Congratulations to u/somewell for having your very first winner in my seasons!
Overall Summary: I LOVED THIS SEASON!!! I don’t know what it was about it, but everyone was so much fun to have around. I thought Lance was a highlight of the season, and we had big moves spread throughout the season. Anais was fun to see survive so many different votes after being on the bottom so long. Nari was a good winner in a great season and so many people I feel like have the potential to come back!

TL/DR: Over the past 6 months, after taking a temporary cut in pay, I have racked up $12k in credit card debt that my husband doesn’t know about. I feel bad about it, but think I can get it paid off without bringing him in the loop. What would you do?
Details: This past October I started a new career. I am compensated with a base salary + commission and bonuses, but it takes a while to build a client base. I am almost to the point now (after 7-8 months) where I am making what I was making in my previous job, and comp should just be up from here. Based on my performance so far this year, I am also expecting about a $20k bonus (if not more) in October. However, the past several months of my compensation being in flux has put a huge financial strain on me and I’ve made decisions that I now regret.
Before I started the new gig, my husband and I discussed that I would be taking a significant, albeit temporary, cut in pay (about $2,000 less per month take home). I worked from home the first few months while watching our infant so that we wouldn’t have to pay for daycare. Other than that, I honestly did very little to try and cut back on expenses. When I couldn’t make ends meet, I just started putting things on my credit card. A lot of it was stuff like groceries. There was also a surprise birthday dinner for my husband that I didn’t have the cash to pay for. But there was also quite a bit of “unnecessary” spending. Things like work attire for my new job, stuff to decorate my office with, Christmas gifts that went above our budget, etc. This is all stuff that I am used to being able to pay for as it comes up, because I’ve always had a decent cushion in “my” bank account after the bills were paid. But that cushion was gone when I took the cut in pay. A couple of months ago I finally told my husband I was struggling with the pay cut and stressed about finances, so he started transferring me $500 per month to help with household expenses. He guilts me about this every month.
For some context here, DH and I have semi-separate finances. We have two joint checking accounts - his paycheck goes into one, mine goes into the other. All of our household expenses come out of “my”checking account (mortgage, utilities, groceries, car payment, insurance, cell phones, etc. and anything related to the kids). My husband puts about 75% of his paycheck into savings and lives on the rest (gas for his car, occasionally eating out for lunch - although he typically takes leftovers - and misc. things for home maintenance). DH is really frugal and basically never spend unnecessarily. He also handles our monthly church tithe (dagger in the heart here because he sounds like a saint as I write that part).
The thing is, we have a pretty decent savings account, but my husband acts like it is untouchable and gets annoyed if I tell him I need to dip into our savings for things like the Christmas gifts. He says I need to plan better and be less frivolous with my spending. I can’t say he is totally wrong, either.
Then all of the sudden in the last two months my DH got a bit of a wild hair. He wanted to to take a small family trip in May and then he was adamant we needed to book a somewhat extravagant family vacation to Florida in July. I pushed back on some of it, telling him I didn’t think we could really afford to do all of that right now, but I eventually capitulated. Then some things came up with our family car, which he would typically take care of - but it was kind of expensive to fix so he had to pull money from our savings. I just checked and we have now taken $12k out of our savings in the past few weeks to pay for these things.
The thing is, I feel like his reasons for taking money from our savings is always justified, but my reasons are not. When I bring this up he says things like “If it wasn’t for me we would have no savings” (remember, he puts most of his check in savings every month because I pay all of our household expenses).
On top of all of this, my husband has basically no federal withholdings taken out of his check. Instead, I withhold extra from mine to cover taxes we owe on his wages. (I currently earn about 1.5X his pay and within a year I think I will be at 2-2.5X his pay.) When I filed our taxes, I figured out we would be getting about $8k back (because of the job change and cut in pay I ended up paying too much in). I diverted our refund to my secret bank account that he doesn’t even know about - which only has a few hundred dollars in it right now - so that I could use the tax refund to pay down about 2/3s of the credit card debt. I justified this on my mind since most of taxes came out of my paycheck anyway.
This is effed up, right? I don’t think I am intentionally being deceptive (I mean, sort of) but I’ve kind of reached the point where I don’t feel like DH is going to help me if I need it, financially speaking. It’s on me to figure it out. And if he doesn’t agree with my decision he shames me and tells me I am selfishly overspending. But truly I think my expenses are basically normal - I don’t get my nails done (not that there is anything wrong with that), I buy a lot of my clothing secondhand, I purchase generic groceries, I don’t eat out at lunch, and I don’t really have a habit of shopping on the weekends or buying expensive shoes or purses. I think I live about the same or more cheaply than most women who make my salary. But even then I feel like I have to hide things from him. If he notices I bought something he says “Quit spending money!” even if it’s a $30 pillow from Target.
Please be brutally honest with me. What would you do in my situation? Would come clean and own up to the debt? Or just get it paid off and never speak of it. The credit card is just in my name, by the way. I know I’m not 100% right in my actions, but I also just feel a little resentful and backed into a corner. I have half a mind to start diverting a big chunk of my compensation into my secret bank account once I’m making a lot more just so I don’t have to share that money with him and I can do what I want with it without him getting to automatically control it. I don’t feel like this is healthy.

I decided since I couldn't get the ER at a hospital to give me anything for pain reduction, and a local "dental school that never returned my calls" to examine and treat me, I will pay a dentist to extract my tooth.
I've been treated horribly by the nonprofit dental schools. They had nothing to offer me. Not returning calls, booked out until October. I can't believe anyone here suggested "just go to a dental school."
They don't care. They just want any warm body to show up in line without an appointment. What if there was pain post appointment and you can't even reach them? He'll no.
In NVA they aren't a viable resource at all for emergency dental help. Not at all.
I'll worry about saving up for an implant and crown later.
The pain is unbearable and risking a root canal and crown isn't worth it.
I have never had a tooth pulled, not one that is cracked (lower molar with an amalgam filling).
Does the dentist insert a needle to numb the area?
When its removed (will I feel it)?
Recover process, what does that entail and will I have a big hole or do they suture it up?
Do they remove the nerves too and is that what is causing the pain?
Its the left lower molar, 2nd from the back.
Approximately what should I budget since dental schools aren't reliable, not available, and don't have anyone to answer calls or return voice messages to me.

Idk if someone made this list na. A quick search in this sub did not yield the results I was looking for.
To preface this: Yes, we can study in our dorms / houses. Minsan talaga, we need that change of scenery when studying, especially during the height of exams season. Plus, hindi lahat may rooms na always conducive for studying. I am of the opinion na okay lang twice or thrice in a semester mag-study outside (arbitrary numbers).
Some of the cons that keep me from studying out are:

• SAFETY. I lived in Cebu since college (2015), so di na ako new sa environment. Pero with news about gun shootings sa cafe (to be fair, I'm only aware of one during college, pero schoolmate ko kasi ang victim so it hit closer to home), I have my reservations. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SAFETY DIN, can't stress this enough. It's a scary world.
• My chair sa room is so comfortable, my desk is wide and tama ang height. Well-lit din because lamp.
• Sadly, since the pandemic, parang shiny rare Pokemon na ang 24-hour places :(((
• Mas mahirap umuwi at night because less na ang jeeps that ply the road. Truly missing the pre-pandemic time vis-a-vis studying out and 24-hr places.

• For USC students, okay mag study sa library. They adjust their operating hours depende sa demand. Bring jacket!!! The library has a small retail corner (library and bar ops) where u can buy instant sachets ng kape, biscuits, candies, ordinary medicine like biogesic na you don't need prescription for, papers, pens, highlighters, drinks, may water dispenser for hot and cold water, may 7/11 across the street. If you prefer, be friends sa blockmates mo, order kayo sa Grab for food and coffee, share sa delivery fee. There's wifi but mahina sa library. You can mobile hotspot pero parang mahina ang Globe din there. Stay safe and vigilant pauwi at night.
• Library in your school / university if meron and conducive for studying. Take advantage sa binabayaran mong tuition. Plus, if you need to more references, chances are may books available kasi nga library: this dawned on me a little too late.
• IT Park has a lot of study places.
  • My favorite in undergrad was Krispy Kreme (coz hello donuts and relatively cheaper coffee) and Bo's Coffee yung near sa Jollibee/Chowking. Closed na ni nga branch sa Bo's, I think? No wifi na yata ang KK and di na 24 hours. I forgot when siya mag-close. Baka open pa ang Bo's Coffee branch in the same bloc where Krispy Kreme is.
  • Recently, may Dunkin Donuts na but they close mga 8 PM yata? For sure walang wifi. Idk okay lang mag-aral there. Takeout ka na lang ng kape.
  • Starbucks near the louvre triangle thingy na closed na today and near Sugbo Mercado. Closes like 2 AM as far a I know. Madaling mapuno. Don't finish 2 venti espresso-based coffee in a span of 4 hours before your big exam. I think no outlets? I haven't seen any. There's a Starbucks near Krispy Kreme/Jollibee/KFC din, pero I haven't tried.
  • Civet Coffee, pre-pandemic hanging 4 AM yata sila. Small tables, small chairs. Idk, my friends liked it there.
• MangoSix. Salinas Drive. Parang gusto ka na nilang paalisin sa lamig ng AC nila. I don't think you know what is cold before you experienced MangoSix cold. Bring jacket. Maybe may times na it won't be as cold. They have wifi. Contrary to (my) expectation, they don't just serve mango stuff, hehe. Limited outlets.
• Idk if Cafe Talk in Escario St. is still open for studying. Poor cell reception inside. Last time I was there was in undergrad, they have a box-like set up: you're inside a cubicle na sa sides ang opening so may ceiling ka, you squat inside like a Japanese would for meals. They had outlets per cubicle back then. Idk now.
• Bo's Coffee near Cebu Doc. I haven't tried, but I always see med students study here.
• Dunkin Donut, Fuente Circle. I think 24 hours sila, pero when I was there, they had to close at like 2 AM kasi they have to clean up, mag-open again in a few hours. For sure open na sila by 6 AM kasi I used to get my coffee there before I go to work. No outlet. No wifi. Love their coffee. Cheap, strong, good taste.
• Tom N Toms. Idk their operating hours sa new na location nila at 88th Avenue. Con is tuyoon kayo siya murag di for students and convenient lang if naay kay car? FOR ME. Back in undergrad, I studied sa branches nila in front of SM City Cebu (APM mall) and yung near sa Greenery. Okay study atmosphere. These 2 branches are already closed na today, sayang.
• Bo's Coffee sa Ramos, I haven't tried studying here. Saba daw here based sa naka-try. I think maraming med students here since near siya to medical schools. Maka-order ko sa foodpanda at dawn so I think 24 hours ni.
• Starbucks Colon, closes by 8 PM I think, small area. Madaling mapuno. May outlets daw but limited. The baristas are kind.
• *Dunkin Donuts, Colon - under construction pa I think, but may tarpaulin sila showing Dunkin, Idk when mag-open, high hopes for this place.
• Starbucks - BPI Ayala. I love it here sa morning kasi wala masyadong tao. Jazzy, quiet, chill vibe. Mapuno late in the afternoon, becomes noisy, closes at 12 AM I think. Their staff is accommodating and approachable. Poor cell reception sa Globe. Wifi is gosurfwifi.

If possible and you're lucky enough na you can have them in your space, get a comfortable chair with back support, a wide desk na appropriate say ang height, and a good lamp. This saves you the trouble of going out. SAFETY FIRST. Pa-deliver ka na lang ng kape.

I want to know what people think about Arc 8 until now, haven't seen any posts about it as a whole. Tbh i haven't actually read anything about Arc 8, I dropped Re:ZERO on Arc 7 chapter 100 i think, i just thought the series's writing had dropped considerably, the teleportations having no explanation other than plot convenience, the ending feeling very rushed after a very slow paced arc, the massive fake out that were the deaths of everyone in the gladiator island only for Subaru to get his powers back right after, Tanza not dying (I like her, but come on, atleast give us a reasonable explanation), Emilia having massive plot armor, the thing with Beattrice pulling Shamak again out of nowhere to protect them from an attack that also came out of nowhere with no build up, Subaru being nerfed again, the whole cross-dressing and infantilization thing that went on for too long imo, although i started liking how the infantilization was affecting Subaru's personality.
My biggest problem though is definitely the plot armor and fake outs, it's the one thing i hate the most in pretty much all of fiction (from well-written shows), there were never really any deaths on ReZERO, atleast that i could remember of, but the reason was very obvious, Return by Death, and even though he would always save everyone, something would happen that would change his character or a big twist happened in the story, something that was missing in Arc 7(atleast till where i read). There were no twists, no character development (Subaru's infantilization changing his personality doesn't count), no major character death or event to make up for it, nothing!
Though, from what i've read, Arc 7 actually continues in Arc 8 instead of it being a finished arc, that lighted a spark of hope that atleast some of those problems could be solved, especially since that means the twists or whatever can still happen, that's why i wanted to know what do you guys think about Arc 8, especially it's writing, did anything change from Arc 7? Are there new things or themes being explored? Do you think there will be a big twist or character development that will be explored?

In April 2021, it was reported that Sony Studios had signed a multiyear deal with both Netflix and Disney for shared streaming rights to Sony films coming out between 2022 and 2026. This deal includes Across the Spider-Verse as well as the third film in the series, Beyond the Spider-Verse, due out in March 2024.

As for releases like Across the Spider-Verse, the film will be available on Netflix with "first-pay-window-rights" for the first 18 months of its home media release. I blinked at the human. “What do you mean history? Its just a train? I mean, I miss being on them a ton and think it's kinda speh how they took them all away, but they were old.” I pointed out as I watched the steam train run into a tunnel.
“Well. One thing you learn when building models of historical things is that each country- uhm- that is groups on Earth, have different styles and things they want their trains to do. America used to prefer the most elegant, rugged, and mass-producible of all back in the day while Japan in the 20’th century valued speed, reliability, and as smooth a ride as possible. Each time period also had their own trains.” He pointed to one of the big ones. “This is a 20th century American train called the EMD SD70ACe.” He rattled off a bunch of letters and more that meant almost nothing to me. “It was made to be far more durable than most others while focusing far more on efficiency.”
He then motioned to the train finally coming out of the huge tunnel. “This is an American classic. The 4-4-0. It's based on the Roy O. Disney No. 4. Its not set up the same as its real counterpart, but after a… discussion.” He Glanced at Sally who shrugged. “It was decided we would make it a luxury liner to still be able to showcase it.”
I blinked and rubbed my head a bit. “Wait… is that a human name? Was it named after someone famous?” I asked, watching its beautiful red and green snake through the mountains. “Well. It is actually running at a park on Earth right now to take people around.” Jack explained as he watched it move about. “And in fact it's a great example! It was named after one of the founders of the American mega-corp disney. It was bought and made to look beautiful to transport people around a big park. Really though it was there to look beautiful and be a big tourist attraction. It was very outdated for the time, but that was the point.”
What? “Wait, if it was outdated then why use it?” I asked, finally looking up to my human partner. “Simple: People liked how it looked and it reminded them of a very important time in America when we were growing into the superpower we are today. For some people, like me, America would not have existed without the 4-4-0, so we honor it whenever we can. For others, many MANY cool stories happen on or around 4-4-0 trains, so they keep coming up in movies. And some pay a TON of money to ride on them through mountains and stuff. Sure the cars are mostly more modern for safety and comfort, but people want to experience what it was like to live in those old days so they pay to ride in the outdated cars.”
He then pulled up photos on his pad of an American tour company operating in the mountains. I snatched the tablet the moment I saw the first few photos and started looking at them one by one. It…. it was my trains! I could see that ornate red carpet, the sleeper cars, the tiny bathrooms, the small chair I sat on for HOURS reading whatever speh I could get my paws on. It was all there! The price was… high, but you could ride it NOW! And the humans were FTL level!
I handed his tablet back to him and watched the train chug along. “Then… why did we have to get rid of ours? I mean. I never thought of what I worked on being important. Sure it was one of the heights of our tech pre-uplift, but I never thought about it being important to history.”
“The fact it was the last thing you all made should make it even more important. I don’t know why the feds did it-” Jack’s strong hand patted my shoulder. “-but maybe we could do something?” He looked over to Sally.
“I know what you are going to propose, and I am ALLLL for it!” She said as she held a thumb up. “But we gotta ask Leon too. I mean, I love kitbashing and all but you and Leon are the ones that are best at it. I just get the interior sparky shit to work.” She laughed a little before the door opened up again.
“Hey everybo-” A human with shoulder length blond hair walked in with a female Dossur head poking up out of his lab coat. The moment the Dossur saw Sally she hopped out and skittered up to her. What I had to guess was leon froze seeing the tilfish who stared back. He took a deep breath and I covered my ears expecting another scream. It seems humans were sca-

I jumped and looked at the human with my fur standing up. One: That was a very happy yell. Two: That was a very happy word. I looked at the other two humans and they looked at each other for a moment before moving their heads side to side.
“Yesyesyes an insectoid species! I was worried that all the aliens would be soft, cute mammalians! Nothingwrongwiththat but this is farrrrr more cool inmyhonestopinion!” His words were coming out fast and blending together in the translator as he walked up to poor, poor Xelo. She was rubbing her antenna before Sally passed her back the coins with a sigh before getting in Leon’s way.
“Alright alright. I knew you liked freaky things but this is a bit of a surprise.” She said trying not to step on the Dossur. “Give the girl her space and let her warm up to you. You know the drill by now. Poor thing was shocked when Freddie squealed at it.” My human let out a deep breath of air and crossed his arms. It was clear he didn’t like being reminded of what he had done.
“FIIINE!” Leon said lifting up his arms. “I will talk to her later.” He then looked over at me, waved, then stepped back from poor Xelo who was looking between us all.
“Hey! Tall lady! I’m Fige! Fee-d-je~!” The dossier called out from her feet. “Mind picking me up? Bit small!” Sally nodded and picked her up, lifting her up to her chest height in one hand. While Sally was looking down at Fige, the dossur was looking right ahead. What was she-ohhhh. Really?
“Heya Fige! I am sally! I read your kind were small but didn’t expect THIS small!” She said with a laugh. “Man. I just want to put you in my po-”
“If you are offering your chest pocket PLEASE!” The small female called up to the huge human. “I mean, it-” She rubbed one of her ears then shook her head. “Ah brahk it. I wanna ride against that comfy looking chest. I have never SEEN mammaries that big before!” She squeaked out motioning to the human’s chest. “I have dated lotsa females from lotsa species, but good grief! My fear left the moment I saw those things!”I thought I was a bit open. What the speh!?We all looked to Sally who laughed long and hard. “Oi! Freddie! Seems like we BOTH lucked out!” She said before moving the dossier towards her coat pocket, only to put her right on top of the “pair!” The dossur squeaked in surprise before squeaking in pure joy. “Ohhh yeah! Humans are just fine in my book!” She called out while Sally was laughing hard.
“Oh damn, this feels…. Weird. Still. Not gunna pass up a chance to connect with an alien species lesbian! Hell I like my women short but this is a new level for me!”Both Freddie and Leon shook their heads side to side while looking down. “And she fussed at me!” I heard Leon mutter while poor Xelo just looked around practically tugging her antennae off in confusion at the chaos in front of her.“Wait. what is this?” Fige asked before hopping down onto the table. While Xelo let out a clatter in protest fearing the stuff was fragile. It held up though thankfully.
She skittered about looking at the trains, poking at the wires that were carefully hidden, then tapping the tracks. “Fascinating! The trains must be powered through the tracks and controlled through it leaving enough room within for all this decoration! I didn’t expect predators like yourself to be able to work on such small and fragile electronics like this!” She then watched the cargo train roll by before hopping onto one of the flatbeds to ride around.
The humans didn’t protest. At all. In fact they took out their datapads and took as many pictures as they could! Fige, to her credit, ate up the attention and even posed some as she laughed enjoying the ride. Lucky little squeaker.
Still, after a while we all just sat together at a table they cleared off. Drinks and snacks scattered over what had been a workstation. “Alright. So now you all know what scale models are.” Freddie said with a smile. “And nobody had a… too big of a reaction to us so far! So far so good!” he laughed a bit as he sipped his soda.

These last 20 minutes are game of thrones level of bad. I was hoping it was an illusion they had to refuse to save the world. What is the meaning ? Every growth you had from hardship should just disappear and the life they had wasn't worth living? I'm so mad we lost eden, Olivia, we lost everyone because the people we got at the end will never be the one we left as they won't face the same hardships. Also Cal is going to die, even if saanvi got the cure she won't be able to produce it in 6 weeks that's not how novel treatments work ans since cal only had 6 weeks to live he is going to meet again with Angelina. So many things didn't make sense that I could write an essay but my biggest gripes are, about Beverly at one moment she seemed like she had some powers too I thought it would lead up to something, the fact that the whole methead story, wich birthed the demon Angelina, was to teach them that if one passenger is bad he will kill all the other good ones but that didn't happen and why ???? Because of the TALK NO JUTSU like even heagan survived and he is one of the worst person ever who would cut the hand of the guy preventing him from falling off the cliff just because he betrays everyone for no reason each 10 minutes. What was the point of all these calling if the lives they saved didn't even exist? The morale feels so cheap like "do x number of good deeds so u can flex with them against god and you wont go to hell". What was the point of Fiona and Daly coming back ? The apocalypse was always going to be there so I don't get that plotpoint. So only the bad people from the plane got punished but all the people that have been monsters outside of passengers (like the taggers) don't get no repercussions whatsoever. I just can't, the last season felt so dumb especially how Angelina who is know to be crazy could brainwash multiple smart people like she had some mind controlling magic. I loved the show but that ending made a joke of all the complex storyline the show brought. And it makes no sense also if Noah (ark) and all the others lived the same experience, there should be no record since they should have resetted the world. Also I hope grace due date hasn't changed 🙏🏿🤰🏽 💀🔪🩸
