Hi folks,
Me and the girlfriend's first time in Croatia June 11th and we are doing 2 days Split>2 days Hvar>2.5 days in Dubrovnik. We just need to nail down what we are doing in the final 2 and a half days in Dubrovnik. Things we definitely want to include are walking the walls; cable car Mt Surd (sunset?); lokrum island; explore old town; Lovrijencac Fortress. Also GoT fans so would want to see all filming locations, this would be easy enough without Tour?. Lastly would be interested in doing Kayaking as that seems to be popular.
Day 1: 12pm Arrive at Port from Hvar - Explore City/Old Town - Get Dinner / Drinks
Day 2 : 8am Walk walls - Lokrum Island - Cable Car? (sunset?)
Day 3: Unsure this day, Loverijencac Fortress ? - Only have until 12pm this day as need to leave for aiport.
Leaving walking walls until second day atleast to beat crowds, also unsure what the best time is to do lokrum island, kayaking and the fortress.

I am looking for some emotional support here, I hope it’s okay, I (26F) have lost over 60kg is the past two years and am very fit, I have visible abs and work hard in the gym and with my eating, and truly feel the best mentally and physically that I ever have, the past three days I binge ate which was directly related to stress and emotions, something I haven’t done in a long time. I do have a therapist I work on with these issues but I’m very bloated and I’m worried I may have just reversed a lot of progress I made. I have made a plan to get back on track tomorrow morning and planned out my meals but if anyone has any words of wisdom or has been in a similar position I would really appreciate it, I’m feeling really down on myself

This is my first ever post here and I am not even sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes something. I want some opinions or even second opinions since I feel lost and I don't have many people I can talk with about this.
So my current position at an elementary school is ending due to them not having enough budget so, I have been trying to find a new job since my job ends after this month. Luckily I have found a summer job for the month so I have some time to find something. I have tried to have opinions with my brother and he just kept telling me to go down the teacher route and get my certification. I am in this program (that doesn't pay me) where I am studying for the tests and having to be in 3hr teams meetings two days a week and soon its going to be in-person once and virtual once each week, and it is just so draining. It is difficult to be interested in knowing that most of what I am leaning will not be used in the classroom since I know what it is like to be a teacher after being in the classroom for almost a year.
I feel like I am stuck in a corner I graduated college a year ago and my brother keeps reinforcing that I should have a professional job already however, I honestly don't even know where to start. My parents cannot help me, my brother thinks I should be so far in life even though I am barley 23. I just feel there are other routes I can take but everything I have done keeps pushing me to be a teacher since most jobs I have applied to on indeed are just scams. I am going to speak with some recruiters and hope for the best.
Funny enough I love working and it is something that gives me so much purpose in life. I love all of what I do when working with these kids and making sure they are prepared for the future. I just do not want to go through these certification tests, my brother says I am just trying to take the easy road and because of it I will have a low paying job rather than a professional job that will promote me like him. I know what I should probably do. I should continue this program, but I feel I will just be so miserable in the position even though it will pay much more than other jobs I will apply for.
I know my route should be what makes me happy, and all that makes me happy is working, I just want a job that will last more than six months. I feel like I keep walking into walls with no way to escape. However, there is still that open door of becoming a teacher, but after seeing everything in the school I have been and the program where if I don't pass the test I am screwed. I need to find something now and work for this program in the background or hope to find a professional position with my set of skills. I feel this is too much ranting at this point.
I feel so lost that I cannot find a profession that work for me without forcing myself to get my teacher certification and I do not want to make my brother look down on me as a failure. Sigh... hopefully I can get some insight. Thank you all for reading, I have a few phone calls to make now.

Ich stehe noch ziemlich am Anfang meines (Berufs)lebens und überlege (gemeinsam mit meiner Partnerin) welcher finanzielle "Weg" der beste für uns ist. Wir verdienen beide ganz gut und können gemeinsam bestimmt 25k im Jahr bei Seite legen (ohne Kaltmiete gerechnet, das wären zZ ca 8.5k im Jahr). Ich habe noch nicht allzu viel finanzielle Bildung, bin da aber gerade dabei nachzubessern. Gerade dieser Sub hilft da viel weiter ;)
Eine allgemeine Überlegung von uns ist es, innerhalb der nächsten 2 Jahre einen Kredit über ca. 10 Jahre aufzunehmen und eine Wohnung zu kaufen, Größenordnung 200k.
Die Alternative dazu wäre, in unserer Mietwohnung zu bleiben und (zb) ETFs zu besparen, um dann vielleicht in 10 Jahren mit dem Geld eine Wohnung zu kaufen.
Es gäbe vermutlich auch noch den Mittelweg, über 20 Jahre oder so eine Wohnung zu finanzieren und zeitgleich etwas zu besparen.
(vielleicht auch relevant: wir sind beide Mitte 20, haben also noch Zeit mit Familienplanung und es gibt ne gute Chance, dass wir keine Kinder wollen)
Die Vorteile die ich am Wohnungskauf sehe sind:

• man spart sich die Miete
• man kann die Wohnung später weitervermieten und ua damit eine eventuelle Vergrößerung mit finanzieren (Haus / größere Wohnung) -evtl mehr Sicherheit? -> falls der Euro abschmiert oder so kann man immer noch wo leben

Vorteile am ETFs besparen:
-mehr Flexibilität für Planänderungen (Familie etc), das Geld ist ja noch nicht ausgegeben -keine "unerwarteten" Ausgaben, die Wohnung könnte ja zb irgendwann renovierungsbedürftig sein -naturlich viel einfacher, sollten sich die Wege Mal trennen
Gedanken dazu? Was seht ihr noch für VoNachteile? Warum sprechen so viele (hier) vom Hauskauf, aber so wenig vom Wohnungskauf? Ist irgendwas daran (finanziell) nicht attraktiv?
