Sims 4 best cas packs

I want to start soloing dungeons though not gotd . I have several questions to start:
It seems like there are several builds that are best suited for this. Would they currently be solar warlock, solar titan and arc hunter? Please don't say you can do anything. I started playing 3 or 4 months ago and am probably not as good as you.
Any weapons or exotics required or suggested?
Any dungeons you would recommend starting with?
Finally, what is currently the best way to get ascendant shards? I think my titan and warlock builds are relatively good to go, but I definitely could use a lot of shards. I tried to watch YouTube videos on this but it'd really hard to sift through the info.

Obviously the finale isn't the best, but what other changes would you make to the show as a whole?
As cool as the misdirect of Zoom being Jay is (Teddy Sears kills the role of Zoom), I'd actually have it be Barry's dad as the doppleganger to really mess with Barry's head. How can he be expected to beat up his old man? Would also mean he could get closer to Barry by pretending to be Earth 1 Henry Allen without ever raising any suspicions.
In Season 3 I'd have an episode dedicated to showing the time remenant version of Barry becoming Savitar - what was his full journey to be pushed so far? Having this be the reveal of who the character is would be pretty awesome and would mean less exposition of how he became Savitar, and more showing it.
Iris dying to Savitar at the end of Season 3 is something I think they should have done, but don't crucify me just yet! I'd have her stay dead until about half way through Season 4, so that way there's some actual weight behind it (how she comes back idk). Also means we can see that our version of Barry is strong enough to learn from his future self and not shut down because of it and learn to keep moving forward while keeping her in his heart.
They're my main ones, but would love to hear what other ideas you guys have!

I know it’s a long list, but I would really appreciate the help.

I saw a GI specialist. She was very short with me, so I didn’t get to tell her about all my symptoms, specifically about the side pain that’s been effecting my daily life. I kind of mentioned it and I think she just ran with that. Scheduled a colonoscopy/endoscopy duo procedure that I am getting done in July (lucky me called when they had a cancellation).
She also told to take omeprazole once a day. I had only taken that when I had h. Pylori, so I didn’t know you could have it OTC. I got a big pack, but it’s a pack of three 14 day treatments, with instructions to space them out over 3 month intervals unless a doctor says otherwise. Now I don’t know how to interpret the doctors words. Do I follow the packaging rules, or do I keep taking the medicine?
The omeprazole absolutely has been decreasing the pain in my side and helping my stools (IBS-D). I used to not be able to walk up stairs or sleep on my left side, and it was getting worse to where I was in pain sitting down and the pain was starting to spread to my belly button region. I’m fairly confident by now that it might be a stomach ulcer or something akin to that, because the pain interacts with foods. I’m also not going 4-6 times a day anymore and I’m going about 1-3. So a huge improvement really. I just don’t know if it’s safe to keep taking it steadily.

I got interrupted while packing for a trip to the park by my husband asking me to do something and ended up forgetting something. I was upset at myself for forgetting because I had it in my hand, but set it down to help him. My husband got frustrated thinking I blamed him and asked how the hell I forgot. I don’t know how… I wish I did. I have so many lists, alarms, etc and still am not great. I will repeat the same phrase or number in my head trying to remember it.
I told him it’s like being a Sims character everyday and someone keeps x’ing out tasks before you can do them, then the task/thought is just gone and you’re throwing your hands up in the air because you no longer know why the hell you’re even in that room or what you’re doing.
Probably doesn’t help that there was some woohooing and we have 5 walking distractions around our house 😂
I have no idea if that makes sense to anyone else’s brain. My brain feels like mush most days. Anyone else?

I just read an article about chronic disease or illness fakers. I am thoroughly disgusted that even more people are more ignorant than I thought possible beyond my immediate family.
Right before the age of 40 I passed out waiting for a table at a nice restaurant, slowly drinking a beer. Luckily I had not been a heavy, medium, or even light drinker for almost 10 years. All I really had physically wrong with me at that time was testosterone therapy, come shoulder surgeries, and chronic,sometimes horrible pain. Oh, I was also told I had a great, really great bronze California tan.
After that incident right before age 40 I had every test I could have done to explain what happened. Witnesses said, im 6'3 195+ lbs, I just turned white, became instantly soaking wet, and fell straight backwards like a 2x4.
After all the tests were completed I discovered my Iron(its really called ferratin) was at a level of 3,900 (normal safe levels are 50 to 200 roughly. I was given a genetic test for hemachromatosis, which is pretty common, and not a super big deal when treated early. In fact, anyone with hemachromatosis cam firmly state that we people,all people, black, while, whatever are related. Black people have a genetic disease called sickle cell disease. If not treated and allowed to run rampart sickle cell turns into hemachromatosis. Nuff said.
The main treatment for hemachromatosis is bloodletting, the amount of blood you need to get out of your body and how much at a time and how often is usually dictated by the level of your ferritin in your blood at time of diagnosis. Most people, fortunately, get detected and treated by 700 to 1500 level of Ferratin. The body is basically killing itself, "rusting away" to say at levels if 1,000 plus of ferritin.
Now five leads later, testosterone implants every 3 months or so, bloodletting (phlebotomy) treatment 4 times a year now ( I started giving over 550 grams of blood 2 times a week for 4 months, and then once a week 4 or 5 months, and so on and on. I have had a pretty extensive cervical neck surgery, cages, holes drilled in arthritic areas and nerve openings opened up, both hips totally replaced, a knee replacement on left knee coming up soon, always a pain in my ass,, literally,, lol. There's other things, I have to get liver biopsies every year, heart tests performed every year, no alcohol, low Vtamin C diet, no more liver and onions, and reduced use of cast iron and other high iron cooking and eating utensils.
Thing is,, if you see me just see me, you'll see a big, strong, agile, balanced man. But what you dont see is how hard it is for me to just get up and drink a cup of coffee some mornings, or how bad both legs ache, hurt, throb, and sometimes especially feel totally exhausted 2 hours after I wake up. Or a serious neck, nerve issue that I just keep massaging and turning my head.
I don't take opiates, except after surgeries, I can't take much Tylenol or ibuprofen and related. Mostly ice pack/machine, heat pads, hot hot bath soaks, stretching (carefully), keeping moving, and pushing myself everyday or at least 6 days a week harder than the day before.
I have half siblings, 17+ years older than me, with bone spurs, maybe knee replacement, obesity related issues, lack of movement/ exercise issues, and on and on.
I'd happily trade places with them, but keep my age, and very few people I imagine get what I'm about to say next . I decided after the first 6 months of diagnosis I was going to "break and fall apart before I rusted and rotted away".
Do you get that? Understand ? I am happy, no I get exited and thrilled inside when I see people with obvious issues, obesity, laziness, bad diet, drinking, etc struggle, not do, or unwilling to do things they should do, much less want to do to make this life more,, make this life better for themselves. I say F' u all those ignorant dumb lazy scared people that say things, think things, act differently when they interact with you, not knowing you closely and really knowing you, when they see this person that looks, moves, and does lots of physical things better than they can,, and they think your faking or putting on or playing poor pity party me,,, no screw you guys,, try, literally walking 10,000 or more steps in my shoes each day and more, yet sometimes not able to even crawl or move for 2 or 3 hours after 4 or 5 or less some days just living life.
Anyone else have similar stories ? Or experiences? I still can't get over the fact that had a been a normal,, or whatever you call a person who drinks a six pack a week, alcoholic drinker I would definitely for sure have had cirrhosis or liver cancer by now for sure and probably be dead. Anyway,, let me know thanks.

This isn't a question nitpicking the show, more of a practical question. We're trying to keep a 5 figure population alive for the foreseeable future. Given that, do we have the resources to also keep pets alive? The food angle is obvious but you also have waste (which I guess is recycled but still, that's manhours of labor), you have water, and you have medical attention. Okay, so maybe you skip the medical, I know poor people who have never taken their pets to the vet. But its hard to imagine somebody devoting their live to being a vet over the much more crucial human medicine job.
Those are some of the cons to keeping pets. (BTW, cats make more sense than dogs for obvious reasons) But there's one important pro. Morale. One of the things the people at the top seem to understand is you need to keep your populace ... if not happy ... then at least calm. Pets go a long way in that direction. That's big but is it worth the resources? That's not an easy question because think about other things that make the populace either happy or at least content.
1) Entertainment. So many forms of entertainment are risky as hell. Novels or plays can be subversive, contain hidden themes that stoke the fires of rebellion. Do you risk it? What if you're too dumb to detect the hidden themes when you okay the script or manuscript? Same with songs and poems.
2) Sports are safe in this regard, but you're risking injury to fit people and also devoting time those fit people could be more productive doing something like farming or mechanical. This feels like a non starter.
3) Religion. Ho boy. In theory this could serve the realm because you could preach what you want to the masses, but you need to really trust the preachers. And how many people do you completely trust? Wouldn't you rather have those trusted people in Judicial instead?
4) Luxuries. (Sweets, perfume, recreational drugs, spas, video games, etc) Not really an option on a mass scale is it?
That pretty much just leaves pets doesn't it? So despite their drain on resources, they seem like the best option. Or do they? What would you allow and what would you reject? I'm kinda on the fence, I can see both sides of the equation.

My girlfriend (F23) and I (F24) started dating a year ago, and it's a long distance relationship so there is not much of intimate activities we can do. We both live on the opposite sides of the world from each other so the timezone is also a problem.
She works from home and because of her mental health, she has trouble getting out of bed at times. Due to this, she had problems at her work and her bosses gave her the talk. She has her Google Echo set up with almost 50 alarms, her phone alarm and a regular alarm clock, but even then she sometimes misses her meetings.
But now I've decided to be her personal alarm clock and I absolutely love it. Her waking time is 8Am, which is 5Pm in my timezone and I make sure she wakes up. I remain on call with her while she sleeps, and wake her up with "Baby wake up" each day. If I sleep during the day, I make sure to be awake by 4:59, so I can wake her up for work a minute later. I make sure she is awake for all her meetings and let her have little naps during the day. She sleeps without worry now, knowing that I've got her.
It might not be a big deal to most people but this means the world to me. I feel like I'm right next to her and useful in her life. There's not much I can do for her from across the world, but it will change very soon when we move to a different place together.
Until then, I'm her personal alarm clock and this is the best job in the world. And as I'm writing this, she's taking an hour nap in-between her meetings. I will wake her up in exactly 13 minutes from now.
I remain the luckiest girl in the world! :)

Been playing the game since the beta of Overwatch 1, honestly this game was the reason I seriously got into PC gaming and abandoned my PS4 and Destiny.
I have an accent when I speak English, and it only gets thicker when I’m using voice comms, as I’m too concerned with making call-outs than actually trying to sound like a native speaker.
I used to play on the EU server back when I lived in the Middle East (best possible ping 4 years ago) but recently I have moved to the NA servers as I moved to North America.
Back on the EU server everyone had an accent really or most people..
but on NA I stand out way more, and as a result I’m getting called racial slurs ranging from terroist to sand ni*er ATLEAST once every 2-3 hour session I play.
I’m just tired of this bs man, I was holding out for PvE, but that’s not happening.
I seriously hope blizzard starts to punish their discriminatory players more severely whether it’s sex, race, or religion; there should be no room for such behaviour on a video game like this.
