Hi.
Newcomer to GoW series here. Playing on PC through Steam.
I just did the first mainquests (next quest is to return to the Witch place), and I am starting to look a bit into my armor and weapons.
Currently hovering around low level 3, doing the Fafnir "dwarf quest".
So to the point;
I have opted to go for "Curved grip of Restoration" as my pommel for now. It has some Luck on it, but what mainly attracts me to it is the perk "High perk activation chance to get a Health Burst on any successful precision throw."
I can't seem to get the Perk working though? I keep using the R1 ranged attack, hitting enemies in the head or legs (verified by seeing it glowing after hit), but I can not for the life of me get any Health Burst activated?
Does anyone have any experience with this? It's quite annoying, and I am wondering if the problem is between the chair and keyboard, or some bug.

Bear with me here as I'm finally trying to get back into reading. It's been almost a decade so the ones I've read and liked were YA, but I'm open to more.
I've been on a kick with disaster(survival?) movies and books lately and I'm running low on actual good content. Goodreads hasn't been very helpful with what I'm trying to find so I'm hoping to get some good suggestions here.
Looking for something in the style of 2012/Day After Tomorrow, or the Revolution television series. Preferably NOT military/government heavy. I hated One Second After.
I've read and liked Life as We Knew It, The Num8ers series, & The Monument 14 trilogy. The Rule of Three was decent, and I'm about to finish the Plague Land series. Also enjoyed In The End/In the After (similar to A Quiet Place).
May or may not need to edit this part as I've just found this sub and I'm unsure if this has to be a separate post but I would also be open to zombie-esque books. I liked the All of Us Are Dead series on Netflix, a book called Dead Stop by D. Nathan Hilliard, & Unfed/Undead by Kirsty McKay.

Be wary of anyone who contacts you by dm or chat to join a discord or subreddit giving free donuts and items from the game or charging for these services. New ones are inexperienced and can break your town and cannot fix it and do not care.
Anyone who is selling items or donuts cash etc for this game are usually New to hacking games and so are inexperienced.
They are also in a hurry because they want to make more money. This means they will sell you whatever you want and do not care if it will break your town.
There are many items in this game that will destroy your town if placed in at the wrong time or too many of them etc. Please just be careful.

my (17f) boyfriend (17m), who i’ve been going out with for two months, has a friend group and he has lots of close female friends too. this doesn’t bother me but what does kinda bother me is he used to have sex with one of the girls in the group. they stopped a few months before me and him met.
it’s just that every time they’re near each other i get some irrational anxiety, and i absolutely hate whenever he shows affection to her or they touch in any way, even though they’re just friends now, she has a boyfriend too. he even had her shirt (and wore it.) when we started dating which i asked him not to wear anymore.

Hey all,
Question for you. So I am one of the overnight shift lead at my store. I work 8 nights, from 9:30 to 7:30, and then I get 6 days off. I have been in this position since July of last year and before that I was working full time as a cashier at a different location. That's just baseline info
Anyway, so I'm on medical leave right now for majority surgery and was informed by Sedgwick that according their info from Walgreens, my average hours a week are 32. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but if I have been working in my current 8 on 6 off position for nearly a year. There's no way my average working hours should be only 32.
The person I spoke to claimed that the reason was because I was rehired for my current position so I've had to work up to 40 hours. But that is just not how averages work. Important to note, the rehire was because I was forced to leave my previous store because I was being threatened with violence by my coworker and some customers for being LGBT+ and both my HR investigations were swept under the rug.
Anyway, does anyone have some knowledge of how this whole average working hours works because I feel like I'm going crazy here. Also is there a way to fix this cause because of it I'm getting about a 1/5 of what I make in disability.

As I understand it, ChatGPT 3.0 could be run fairly efficiently on any system that has 100GB of VRAM. The amount of processing power isn't nearly as important as being able to fit the entire model in VRAM.
It seems to me that very soon models will require something on the order of a terrabyte of VRAM to inference.
It's confusing to me then why Nvidia stock has doubled as GPT3 and GPT4 have come out but Micron stock has stagnated.
The memory (Micron) is what makes a bigger model possible, not the compute (Nvidia).
Disclaimer: When I say "Micron" I mean any DRAM manufacturer (including SK hynix or Samsung). Micron is just easy to trade.

Things ended very badly, as in I (22F) caught him (22M) in a lie and demanded he leave immediately. I wouldn't even listen to what he had to say because everything he has been telling me so far has been lies. Like I couldn't even look at him.
I haven't heard from him since and it's been almost a week. I feel like I expect an apology or explanation or something but so far it hasn't come and I'm just torn right now. I know I won't reach out but I'm hoping that he does at some point to at least apologize. It seems like it's not coming though and I'm just having a hard time coping with how it ended. He hurt me. The least he could do give me a sincere apology, but it's like once I caught him he no longer cares or puts in the effort anymore. When he was still trying to convince me of his lies, he wrote letters and emails but when I finally discovered the truth, it's just radio silence. I don't get it.

Hi guys, So you could consider this post both as venting and a serious predicament that I've been in since I graduated.
Be aware.... this is a LONG post, and I want to let out part of what I've been through for these couple of years...
Every detail I'm mentioning has a role to play in this... I'm not just writing prose... I'm a non US-IMG, I've lived all my life outside my home country (Syria), and then had to move to a different country to attend medschool. In my 4th year in medschool, after a year of struggling, my family was basically forced out of the place we lived in all of our lives (as foreigners).
After that, a coup d'etat f***ed everything up in the place I'm studying in (Sudan)... well... actually... two coup d'etats. I studied there via a scholarship (international academic merit scholarship), and the scholarship covers "all" of our tuition fees through a specific agreement with the government. My amazing medschool unlike any in the region does NOT include Internship year in their program, so get an MBBS certificate without FY or PGY1. I know that this is the case for medschools in so many places around the world, but not in our sh**hole called the middle east. After these coup d'etats, the new government changed almost everything. One of the many things they've changed was the fact that Internship training became chargeable, you have to pay 6 THOUSANDS DOLLARS for ONE Internship year. Not only that... they stopped enrolling any new foreign graduates into any training program for like 9 months. The scholarship refused to pay these fees, & in the middle of all of this, I was stuck in a place where you can't get licensed to work in (you can't as a "foreigner" work in Sudan even if you get that internship year EVEN BEFORE ALL THESE coups) and can't get the prerequisites (Intern year) to do residency in our horrifyingly advanced systems with their requirements!
I'm not a "fortunate son".. I wasn't born silver spoon in hand, so I couldn't afford 6K for one year to thankfully qualify as a fit candidate to pay this same amount for residency each year (YES residency also requires you to pay for each year as a FOREIGNER in this AMAZING part of the planet).
I can't get back to Syria (for so many obvious reasons). This is something even Non-US IMGs can't understand... Syrians (and those who lived in similar circumstances) are the IMGs of the IMGs. Most of us left our home country after the war and had to study in adjacent places where even after graduation we can't practice or get licensed most of the time. For me it was even before the war. I was born a foreigner, lived two decades in a place as a foreigner and seems like I'm destined forever to be a foreigner... So this whole dilemma might not be even conceivable to people who have a home country to go back to if things go all the way down... The easy solution of: why don't you just do home-country residency is not available.
So, I have to choose a place where this Internship year is not an obstacle...and as I've mentioned early on, my family had to move out to a new place... Turkey... Fortunately, residency in Turkey doesn't... or actually I should say... didn't require an Intern year for training. Only equivalency exams (and by the way as a "foreigner" you can't practice in public hospitals even after equivalency AND training). After I moved to Turkey having finished medschool (graduation mid 2021) and after a year of learning the language (self learning) and studying for the exams; a new regulation was passed: Intern year is to be requested from each and every foreign applicant who graduated from 2020 onwards. All of my effort went into the dumpster...
I'm not mad nor am I bemoaning these "lost" opportunities. I don't regret not being able to work in such places where you are always considered an intruder... I've always (since I was a child) liked the American pop culture, the inclusivity, diversity and passion to thrive (it resembles my beloved Syria [the people of Syria not the monstrous government] despite anything you might hear on news, but war changes everything) and when I started medschool I've always wished if I had the means to pursue residency in the US, but as you can see, my hands (and my family's) were full, and the USMLE journey by itself requires so much dedication and financial support that you have to plan for, years ahead... Since late 2022 I started studying for the USMLE and I'm almost done with Step 1. I'm planing on taking Step 2 in a short period after (I've covered most of its material during my studying for the Turkish equivalency exams) but I'll not be able to get into this next cycle, due to the fact that I've no USCE nor do I have any research (couldn't study Turkish & equivalency exams and at the same time do research without even being allowed to set foot in hospitals or labs [all requires equivalency tests first]) so this year was only studying (No Internship and no obviously no Residency) and I know that it'll be considered as both professional and gap year in general, despite the fact that it wasn't something in my hands.
My only regret is had I known what I know now, and realized that I literally have no place to do my training in without paying everything I have on me... If I knew that political instabilities and coups could f*** up my whole future despite not taking any part in them... If I knew all of this and just went with the USMLE route, I would've been celebrating this year's Match just like many of 2021 grads, or even celebrated THEM as a PGY1 becoming a senior... but I can't look into the seeds of time, And say which grain will grow and which will not... whatever happened, happened.
Thankfully, recently a scholarship agreed to cover the fees for my intern year in another country. I'm gonna do it in a place where I can hopefully get the chance to get involved in research, and even if not, given the fact that I'll be in a hospital I'm gonna work my ass off in this Intern year, even more than I'm already doing now. I should've gotten my certificate only after my Intern year like any graduate here, and got thus got the fair and full chance to compete with my peers and enroll in clinical practice without having to go through all of this, but again, whatever happened, happened.
I just want to know: If I do this.. complete this intern year (starting in 2 months).. Am I still gonna be considered an "old" graduate if I apply to 2025 cycle? Are these gap years actually gap years? Or does this internship possibly "reset" this f***ed up situation?

So, a couple of weeks ago, I purchased the Ezio collection on Amazon (new discs), and started playing. No issues for a while. As I got closer to the end, I purchased the DLC packs (sequence 12-13). After downloading 13, I had a weird issue where it claimed my two game files were both damaged. I turned the system off at the time. When I came back later to start over, both files no longer said there was an issue. So I continued playing and made it up to the final sequence (14) last night before turning it off. When I came back today to try it, my first saved game had entirely vanished. I hadn't touched the game since I turned it off. Definitely did not delete the file on accident because I never went back to the menu.
Anyone experienced anything like this or have any idea how to prevent it happening again? My suspicion is it had something to do with the DLC downloads since my wifi is a little bit unreliable, and when I was downloading 13 it said something about the download being corrupted and needing to be re-downloaded, which I did - and it was immediately after that when the first save game problem happened. The only other thing I can think of is that I got the 360 used on eBay a month or so back and maybe the hard drive has some issues?
Obviously I'm not stoked to have spent all that time on it just to lose it all, but I'm mostly concerned about this being an ongoing issue. I'd like to try to prevent a repeat issue if at all possible. Can anyone help me out?

I'm (F28) looking for good roomies for the FoCo area. I currently live alone in an apartment with my two dogs and we'd all like to be in a house with a fenced yard, if possible.
I work 4 10s and my dogs usually go with me. They are both well-behaved seniors who love a good walk or hike. All three of us also like to lay around watching tv or playing Switch.
My current lease ends June 5, so I'm looking for a new place to start end of May. Ideally, I'm looking for a house with a private bedroom and bath for myself; laundry hook ups/or in unit already since I have to wash scrubs weekly; base rent (not including utilities) to be $600-800 so I can save some money each month. I'm also hoping for some storage space in addition to my own room as I have quite a bit of camping and outdoor gear, plus two bikes.
I really enjoy cooking and cleaning, I would love to share food and recipes!

I know there have been various threads on this over the years, but I figured some further insight or advice would be great to have. I've tried to provide as much details as I could think of, but feel free to let me know if anything more is needed.
I'm currently looking to replace the electric stove/range and the dishwasher in my parents' house, based in the GTA.

• The range has been there since we moved in over twenty years ago. Two of the burners no longer work + the glass stovetop is cracked, and a repair person determined that replacing it would be better money spent than repairing it. They'd want an electric glasstop one only: no gas or induction.
• The dishwasher that came with the house was always faulty and this household has been hand-washing dishes all these years (that's 1st-gen Asian households for you). My sister's young kids have added to that and I've decided that a functional one is finally needed.

My questions are not about what brands to select (I've done the research on that, and man is it depressing that most appliances aren't built to last nowadays) but to how to approach the big box and appliance stores (asides from being friendly but firm, and not being a Karen):
Questions:

• What are things to be wary about when I hit the stores? It seems like extended warranties are not worth it (and I'm waiting for a new CC to come in that would offer that anyway), and that I'll likely have to pay delivery & possibly installation/removal of old appliances with most shops unless they have a promo.
• I heard there is room for negotiation at appliance stores, and I noticed that most appliance stores are doing sales right now. Would they have less wiggle room for negotiating during sales? I also assume that I may need to play the price matching game, but how much of a discount can I reasonably expect (or is considered fair to both parties) for buying both appliances at one place, whether during sale season or normal non-sale periods?
• When scouring GTA stores so far, I came up with Home Depot, Costco (would need a membership/convince a family member with one to go with me + no negotiation IIRC), Best Buy, Lowe's, Canadian Appliance Source, Coast Appliances, The Brick, Leon's and Tasco/Goemans. Any positive/negative experiences from the ones mentioned, or are there any others in the GTA that should be considered that I missed? Would you go with a big box store or one of the specialized appliance stores/chains?
• I do intend to keep an eye out for open box/floor models, and I know most of the above would have some depending on location. Does anybody have experience with appliance outlets in the GTA?

I know everyone here is going to flame me for this, but I have a nearly 4 digit monthly car payment.
I have more than enough cash in brokerage accounts to pay off my loan ($50k). Interest rate is 3.99%.
This is our only debt, outside the mortgage. My feeling is it’s bad debt, and our highest interest rate, but no reason to feel the need to pay it off early.
Thoughts?

Sorry this is a long explanation.
I rented a moving truck and a car trailer from one of the large corporations that specializes in so to move from coast to coast. About halfway through my journey my car trailer gets a flat tire and starts shooting sparks all down the highway. I limp into the next closest town and call the company to inform them about the breakdown. Now I understand things happen, that's not the issue. Their handling of the breakdown is why I'm here asking for advice.
When I call, the roadside assistance team dispatches a local company to replace the tire, ETA 11pm. They never show up. I call back the next morning and they eventually show up about 9am, say the axle is sheared and I would need a new trailer. I call roadside assistance back and start asking for a replacement trailer. They said they'll start looking for one. I wait about 5 hours and call them back at 3pm. They said they haven't found one. I asked if at least while I'm waiting they could remove the broken trailer so I can have the option to leave with only the truck if it's taking too long. This is where all the trouble starts.
The rep says they can't just come remove the trailer. Either I have to have a replacement show up and THEN they can remove the trailer, or I have to refuse a trailer for the rest of my journey and they'll send a tow truck to remove the broken one. I explained how I am trying to beat a storm through Wyoming and if it gets too late I would eventually need to leave without it, but I really want a new trailer first and if I have to I will leave at the last minute without the car and drive the truck through so I would like the trailer off my car now. The lady says that's not an option. She says I have to wait for a new trailer to show up or I have to verbally refuse the trailer and then they'll dispatch someone to remove the old trailer within 2-4 hours. I continued to explain that doesn't work for me but they didn't budge. I said I would then just disconnect the trailer and leave it in the hotel parking lot and they could come get it. She told me back that if I abandoned the trailer I'm responsible for it and for any theft or damage. Essentially to the company, even through this breakdown is their fault, I was to be this broken trailer's babysitter. I said I'd wait for a new trailer for a little longer. I booked an additional hotel night and right after, around 4:30pm, they called me back and told me they couldn't locate a new trailer within 200 miles of me and the inventory team went home and they'd resume looking for a new trailer the next morning. I was pretty pissed but then told the rep I would then refuse the trailer and continue on with just the truck. A tow truck was dispatched and picked up the trailer and I would resume driving early the next morning. I was given access to the dispatch chat and noticed after the trailer was picked up it was fixed within 30 minutes and ready for service. I called back and asked if this trailer could be brought back to me and reattached to my truck and they said since I refused the trailer it's no longer mine, and the inventory team was the only one who could assign it back to me and they wouldn't be back until the next day. I thought this was absolutely absurd but I was left with no choice but to drop it and deal with customer service after the drive, but I took my car and parked it at the airport of that city and would have to come back and drive it separately the next week.
I got my car to Wyoming and missed beating the storm, and the roads were shut down for a couple days. I decided to drop my truck in Denver and leave it at the airport there for a couple days and fly to my new house and wait for the storm to pass. I called customer service and told them I would be holding the truck for a few more days due to the storm and they said no problem, and I also called the roadside assistance line and told them my truck is now in Denver, where they confirmed there are plenty of trailers, and would like a new trailer for my truck there since now I have the option where I would only have to drive my car from Nebraska to Denver and could then make the trip with both of them together. Initially they said they would hold a trailer for me and I could pick it up when I flew back in 3 days. But.....
I got a call back the next day and said my contract had expired because I'm now past my original drop-off date and they couldn't issue me a new trailer. They said I had to call customer service in order for the rental to be extended and only then could I get a new car trailer. I already called them before and told them I'd be holding the truck a few days longer because I couldn't get past Wyoming and they said it was okay. I called them back and they said that when I called them about that that they'd just be charging me for the additional days but it wasn't an official contract extension and they weren't able to do that. The only ones who would be able to extend my contract was the location that I picked up the truck. A very small operation in a small town on the east coast.
I called them 36 times over 3 days and no answer. I continued to call customer service and roadside and explain how it can't be possible that only one person in the entirety of the company has the capability of extending my contract, and I'm essentially stranded because they won't answer the phone. No solutions were given for 3 days as I sat with my truck and car in Denver with no way of moving both of them. Eventually I spend around $1,500-$2,000 additional in hotels, rental car for my wife at home because of our delay, hotels, extra gas for the car, and airfare for a family member to come get the car as I would not be able to return for another few weeks to drive it myself.
The company stranded me due to their faulty equipment and offered no solutions both when I was in Nebraska, trying to get a new trailer (and eventually get my old fixed one back that only took 30 minutes to repair, why didn't they just do that in the first place?), and in Denver where there was a plethora of replacements but they wouldn't give me one because my contract expired, however it expired because their broken equipment kept me stranded in the middle of the country in the first place.
Sorry for the long explanation, but I'm essentially trying to recoup my additional expenses, my lost time of 5 additional days having to move the car and truck, and maybe damages from the stress of being stranded by this company with no offers of help to replace my trailer to continue my journey without having to leave my car behind. I placed over 50 phone calls to roadside and customer service, and that's not counting the 36 unanswered calls I attempted to make to the pick-up location to extend my contract. I asked for additional phone numbers to the pick-up location, an email address, and they said those don't exist. They don't even have the option to leave a voicemail. When it rings 4 times, it forwards the call to a corporate phone chain where customer service answers, and I already got told a dozen times they can't help my situation at all. No supervisors were available at any time that I could talk to when I asked for them. I have a few hours of phone conversation recorded where they confirmed I was S.O.L. if the pick-up location wouldn't answer. I have recordings of roadside confirming I couldn't get a new trailer without customer service emailing them saying my contract got extended, and recordings of customer service saying my only option for the extension is the one or two employees in this small town to answer the phone, which they never did.
All the company is willing to compensate is the cost of the trailer and not charge me for the extra days I kept the truck, but they won't cover my additional expenses. It's absolutely their fault I got stranded and spent this extra money, and they outright refused to take responsibility for my contract and give me a new trailer where they had a bunch of them.
So is this enough to file a lawsuit against this company for expenses and damages? Thank you for any help!

The scholarship refused to pay these fees, & in the middle of all of this, I was stuck in a place where you can't get licensed to work in (you can't as a "foreigner" work in Sudan even if you get that internship year EVEN BEFORE ALL THESE coups) and can't get the prerequisites (Intern year) to do residency in our horrifyingly advanced systems with their requirements!
I'm not a "fortunate son".. I wasn't born silver spoon in hand, so I couldn't afford 6K for one year to thankfully qualify as a fit candidate to pay this same amount for residency each year (YES residency also requires you to pay for each year as a FOREIGNER in this AMAZING part of the planet).
I can't get back to Syria (for so many obvious reasons). This is something even Non-US IMGs can't understand... Syrians (and those who lived in similar circumstances) are the IMGs of the IMGs. Most of us left our home country after the war and had to study in adjacent places where even after graduation we can't practice or get licensed most of the time. For me it was even before the war. I was born a foreigner, lived two decades in a place as a foreigner and seems like I'm destined forever to be a foreigner... So this whole dilemma might not be even conceivable to people who have a home country to go back to if things go all the way down... The easy solution of: why don't you just do home-country residency is not available.
So, I have to choose a place where this Internship year is not an obstacle...and as I've mentioned early on, my family had to move out to a new place... Turkey... Fortunately, residency in Turkey doesn't... or actually I should say... didn't require an Intern year for training. Only equivalency exams (and by the way as a "foreigner" you can't practice in public hospitals even after equivalency AND training). After I moved to Turkey having finished medschool (graduation mid 2021) and after a year of learning the language (self learning) and studying for the exams; a new regulation was passed: Intern year is to be requested from each and every foreign applicant who graduated from 2020 onwards. All of my effort went into the dumpster...
I'm not mad nor am I bemoaning these "lost" opportunities. I don't regret not being able to work in such places where you are always considered an intruder... I've always (since I was a child) liked the American pop culture, the inclusivity, diversity and passion to thrive (it resembles my beloved Syria [the people of Syria not the monstrous government] despite anything you might hear on news, but war changes everything) and when I started medschool I've always wished if I had the means to pursue residency in the US, but as you can see, my hands (and my family's) were full, and the USMLE journey by itself requires so much dedication and financial support that you have to plan for, years ahead... Since late 2022 I started studying for the USMLE and I'm almost done with Step 1. I'm planing on taking Step 2 in a short period after (I've covered most of its material during my studying for the Turkish equivalency exams) but I'll not be able to get into this next cycle, due to the fact that I've no USCE nor do I have any research (couldn't study Turkish & equivalency exams and at the same time do research without even being allowed to set foot in hospitals or labs [all requires equivalency tests first]) so this year was only studying (No Internship and no obviously no Residency) and I know that it'll be considered as both professional and gap year in general, despite the fact that it wasn't something in my hands.
My only regret is had I known what I know now, and realized that I literally have no place to do my training in without paying everything I have on me... If I knew that political instabilities and coups could f*** up my whole future despite not taking any part in them... If I knew all of this and just went with the USMLE route, I would've been celebrating this year's Match just like many of 2021 grads, or even celebrated THEM as a PGY1 becoming a senior... but I can't look into the seeds of time, And say which grain will grow and which will not... whatever happened, happened.
Thankfully, recently a scholarship agreed to cover the fees for my intern year in another country. I'm gonna do it in a place where I can hopefully get the chance to get involved in research, and even if not, given the fact that I'll be in a hospital I'm gonna work my ass off in this Intern year, even more than I'm already doing now. I should've gotten my certificate only after my Intern year like any graduate here, and got thus got the fair and full chance to compete with my peers and enroll in clinical practice without having to go through all of this, but again, whatever happened, happened.
I just want to know: If I do this.. complete this intern year (starting in 2 months).. Am I still gonna be considered an "old" graduate if I apply to 2025 cycle? Are these gap years actually gap years? Or does this internship possibly "reset" this f***ed up situation?

Sam reveals the truth to Jon Snow as well as the fact that Dany killed Sam's family. Jon says he'll take care of Dany, Dany tells Jon she's pregnant, Jon asks Dany to marry him.

Second Episode: Theon Greyjoy kills Euron Greyjoy in a duel in front of all the Ironborn, The Ironborn object that Theon cannot be the lord of the islands because he cannot have heirs but Theon reveals that he has found an heir, it turns out that the girl with whom Theon had made the voyage back to the islands, the daughter of the captain, had a son, in fact the fleet with which Theon arrived to challenge Euron was partly formed by ships of Essos including his father-in-law. Theon has an heir. The Iron fleet leaves for the north , they will arrive at Winterfell by sailing up the rivers .
Preparations at Winterfell, Arya and Gendry, touching reunion between Sansa and Sandor, Sansa says she is happy that Sandor has found peace, Sandor says she gave him peace.
Melisandre marries Dany and Jon , Jon reveals the truth soon after , no problem .
Jaime - Bran reunion , Jaime offers to protect Bran during the battle .
A war horn sounds , it 's not the Others , it 's the Golden company , it has arrived in the North and is attacking the Dothraki , the elephants massacre the Dothraki , Dany wants to intervene , but everyone is interrupted by the roar of a dragon , the King of the night arrived on the battlefield .

Third Episode : Wights and White walkers attack both Dothraki and Golden Company , Jon rejects advice to let those men die outside Winterfell , Jon approaches Rhaegal and rides him , followed by Dany on Drogon , Jon defends Golden Company soldiers who return the honor not by running away but by fighting bravely, elephants against giant zombies.
Tyrion commands the defenses of Winterfell, his tricks cause many losses to the White Walkers army, but the battle goes badly, the Night King and Viseryon kill Rhaegal and Drogon, and breach the walls of Winterfell, Dany is saved from the sacrifice by Jorah Mormont. When all seems lost in the distance the Ironborn ships arrive on the river , Jon Snow orders to save the population , but all seems lost .
The Night King finds Bran , Jaime says he is the Kingslayer and engages in a duel with the Night King while Sam takes Bran away , the Night King kills Jaime .
When everyone is about to be surrounded and die Melisandre starts yelling prayers , the music ramps up ( imagine like the force music from Star Wars , with flashback images of the deaths of some characters who have had anything to do with Melisandre ) , Melisandre is lit by one in the light, it looks like the sun shining in the dark, shadows begin to come out of the light, Brienne is saved by the specter of Renly, Davos by Stannis, the army of shadows Baratheon engages in battle with the White walkers, running like this the humans retreat to the ironbron ships , Melisandre is finally killed by the Night King .

Fourth Episode : The Ironborn have saved much of the population , which is now located between the Vale and Riverlands .
Brienne and Bronn ride to King's Landing, meet Cersei, reveal Jaime's heroic death, and ask for her help.
Bran asks to be taken to God's Eye in secret, Dany is desperate at losing dragons, friends and army, Jon consoles her.
The Others arrive in the Vale.

Fifth Episode : Battle in the Vale , Robyn Arryn trips triggering a funny snowball effect that sets off a scorpion dart that pecks Viseryon in the eye , killing him .
The party does not last long , the night king was not on the back of the dragon . Our heroes on the run again make their way to King's Landing.
Cersei has agreed to open the gates and fight one last fight. Varys and Tyrion have a heated discussion about Cersei.
During a brief council at King's Landing thanks to the deciding votes of Cersei and Sansa , Tyrion is in command of the defense .
It is revealed in a flashback that Tyrion has promised Jaime to save Cersei and the child, no matter the cost, Tyrion ends the episode by saying to himself: a Lannister always pays his debts.
Episode Six: Wights and White Walkers arrive at King's Landing, but much of the city seems empty, it's Tyrion's trap, Tyrion detonates the wildfyre killing most of the wights, armed forces of Valyrian steel and dragonglass attack the army of the White Walkers.
The battle is balanced . Both Dany and Cersei appear to go into labor, being taken to the Red Keep.
Gregorstein falls under the control of the Night King and kills many people before being stopped by Sandor , however Sansa will give the final blow to Gregor , Sandor dies in Sansa 's arms .
Dany gives birth to a dead child , gets up and goes to the throne room where she asks Jon to kill her , Jon stabs her , when he pulls the sword from Dany 's chest the sword emits its own light , Lighbringer is born , Jon fights against the Night King , the Night King seems to win when Bran finally connected to the God's Eye trees confuses the mind of the night king making him crazy Jon kills the night King .
Bran suddenly sees Beric Dondarrion, who had accompanied him to the God's Eye, fall to the ground, Bran smiles and reconnects to the trees, probably forever.
Jon Snow falls to the ground , dying .
Cersei is giving birth , Tyrion is next to her , Cersei says : Promise Tyrion , promise .
Arya finds Varys body in the room where Dany gave birth , Arya heads to Cersei 's room , Arya approaches a dying Cersei , a crossbow bolt hits Arya , " things we do for love " , Tyrion kills Arya and throws the body from the window .
Almost sixteen years later , the kingdom is run by Tyrion and Sansa , adoptive parents of the heir to the throne " Son of Jon and Dany " , soon Aegon Targaryen will be of age to reign , Tyrion and Sansa watch the young Aegon train with Brienne , Aegon is very good with a sword , Sansa says " he is as good as his father " , Tyrion can not help but smile and answer : " oh yes that 's right "

A little background: I'm 23, currently working freelance doing programming and designing.
So long story short, I am about to be a Father. Me and my wife tried before but unfortunately she had a miscarriage, but this pregnancy looks healthy and might actually work out. So naturally I'm HEAVILY stressed out. But I haven't been more motivated before in my life. This year alone I have accomplished more towards my career and goals then before in my 23 YEARS OF LIFE. It actually makes me feel disappointed in a way cause I ask why couldn't I have done this earlier or before cause if I did the same things I'm doing now earlier I'd be in SUCH a better place.
But my real issue is knowing (or basic understanding that too much stress is not good for you). In the past 3 months alone, I have had more 24 hour days of non-stop working and studying to hopefully get hired as a full-time developer or designer, then I ever had in my entire life. My sleep schedule is f***ed up and I find myself waking up everyday at around 1-3PM after a long night staying up until 5-7AM, or just going through the whole next day. I do this cause I feel like if I sleep more I'll lose out on studying and working therefor putting my wife and soon-to-be child in jeopardy. I'm also finding that my work and studying is CONSUMING my life. Even writing this post is annoying me cause I feel like I need to be working and studying right now but I know that this is for the better to hopefully have some help.
If anyone has dealt with this or has any knowledge of how I can help myself stop this sort of toxic mentality I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi everyone,
I am currently foster my ex-girlfriend's two dogs. We lived together for 3 years, and broke up a year ago and she moved out. She moved in with her aunt, who refuses to let her take her dogs. For the past year, I have been taking care of the dogs. Recently I started traveling for work and now the dogs spend 12-18 hours per day in their cage. It is a miserable life and they deserve so much better than this.
She is unable to live on her own currently due to a recently disability diagnosis, but is trying to get an apartment as soon as she can.
Does anybody know of any places or people that would be able to provide a better life for her two dogs? It can be paid. They just need somewhere to live until she can live alone, and my house really is a terrible option for them nowadays.

Just to get this out of the way, I like Eden and Evan, and I can still see potential for the pairing of Jex, but it's becoming insulting at this point for the show to tell us one thing about this pairing, and then continually showing us something else. Are Joss and Dex both very hot? Yes. Do I think that they have the potential to give us Olivia/Johnny, Lulu/Johnny, Lucky/Sam, Kiki/Griffin forbidden romance hotness? Yes. Do they currently come across as anything more than two kids playing house? No. And why is that? Because of the story and the characters themselves.
From the get go, many of us said that the story of Dex and Joss should've been that of Dex and Kristina. We were told that we were crazy and that once the drama of Jex got going it would never stop. So we waited, and waited, and waited. And now we're still waiting.
First we were told to wait until Cameron found out about them. And Cameron did, and he got to speak his mind once and then we never saw him bring it up again.....with anyone. In fact he's already forgiven Joss. Then we were told to wait until Carly finds out. She did, and gave Joss her blessing with only the slightest of warnings. Then we were told to wait until Joss found out about Dex lying to her about being undercover, she'll be livid she was lied to they said. She didn't seem to care. You know who would've been pissed? KRISTINA! Then we were told to wait until Sonny found out about them. He did, and so far, he doesn't seem to care. Perhaps he's playing things close to the vest, but right now, total snooze fest.
Then they said wait until Joss finds out that Michael is Dex's true boss and Michael finds out about Dex dating his sister. Well both things happened today and neither had the slightest of impacts. Joss wasn't all that upset about Michael trying to take Sonny down. And why is that? Because she doesn't care about Sonny or what happens to him. AND WE ALREADY KNEW THIS!!! Do you know who would've been pissed? KRISTINA! As for Michael, his reaction to Dex was really nothing more than, "well I guess this is happening. Just don't get caught." The story just falls flat all the way around. And the reason for that? The characters.
Joss: I truly don't understand what the writers are looking to do with Josslyn. I've said my piece about her regarding Cameron and her flimsy reasoning where Sonny is concerned, so I'll leave that be. But then there is Britt and her siblings. I have NO IDEA why the show thinks it a good idea to have Joss continually downplay Britt's involvement in saving her life. Is that supposed to make us like her more? No doubt some will say it's because she feels guilty, but we've seen NO signs of that guilt. Guilt is going to her memorial service, even just under the guise of supporting Spencer. Guilt is showing love towards Liesl for her loss, even just as a common courtesy. Guilt is checking in with Spencer from time to time and seeing how he's dealing with losing a friend. GUILT, is not stonewalling the police to protect Dex, a gangster who CHOSE to be a gangster. Then there's Donna and Avery. The hurt they'd feel for Sonny going away has no barring in her thinking regarding Michael's plan. Her only concern is losing her boy toy. Speaking of which....
Dex: What are we doing here? Yes, he's good looking. He wants to learn to surf. He likes his dead friend's favorite football team. That's not a character profile, that's a tinder profile. He was abused by his brothers you say? The same brothers he never brings up and we know nothing about? His CO was a bad dude? What proof have we been shown of this? What we do know about Dex is that he was a mercenary. Aka, a criminal. That's fine. GH is littered with them. And we root for them anyway. But maybe stop trying to tell us he is in fact, not a criminal? Or AT LEAST acknowledge that he isn't a very good one.
He and Sonny beat up a reporter, they got caught. Sonny asked him to pressure a juror, and he then proceeds to do so in the most public place in town, and got caught. He was told to protect Diane, and was she was promptly attacked. He was told to get Anna out of jail, and he was almost immediately shot. He was likely told to go to one of Sonny's doctors if he got hurt, but instead went to the Qs, where he could've gotten caught, wrapped Joss up in mob activity, and then forced Joss to get Carly involved in mob activity. He then finally manages to actually save Sonny from headache by pushing him out of the way of a sniper.....and then immediately gets shot forcing Sonny to save him. Then of course there's the fact that he's dating Joss after being told not to by both Michael and Sonny. And yet despite all of that, he's not on anyone's bad side except Spencer, who gets chewed out anytime he tries to call Dex out for being shady.
So I ask you, where's the angst? Where is the potential drama so many spoke of? Because so far, everything we were told to be patient about has amounted to next to nothing. And can you honestly say that that'd be the case if Joss were Kristina? A women who actually cares about Sonny? A women who would actually go toe to toe with Michael over his betrayal? A women who's mother wouldn't just bless her union with a mobster? But since none of that did or will happen, and since we all know this is General(ly) Carly, can we at least subvert expectation and have Carly find out about this plan and be the one to rat Dex out to Sonny? We all know in that in time Carly will come to be the focus of the Pikeman deal as well, so why not at least make her useful? Rant over.

Hey guys, I posted a few days ago about starting a farm in my late husband's honor. Everything on the farm is going to be free for the public to come and pick, and I also plan on starting a community garden on the land if anyone is interested. There's lots to do on the farm as far as planting crops go, but I'm also looking to add a new animal at some point in the next few months.

I have plenty of land, but my fence was destroyed during the last major hurricane here. I plan to get an electric fence because we have loads of coyotes and deer in the area that I can hear hunting every night, around dusk. We also have a decent amount of large birds, including vultures, eagles, HUGE owls, hawks, and more. Also, as previously mentioned, I live in a hurricane hotspot, so whatever animal I get will need protection in the event of a bad storm.

I currently have six animals, three dogs and three cats. Two of cats are kittens who we've only had for a few month, but they love the farm and all the animals get along really well. My oldest dog, Odin, is 19 years old and completely blind, if that matters. Want to make sure whatever pet we get won't harass him, although he's old, stays inside, and mostly keeps to himself. I also have another dog, a basenji, who is my service dog. She's very well trained but is a hunting dog. I think she'd get along okay with the animals given her training, but I'll definitely have to introduce them slow and make sure they're all safe.

As far as animals go, I think it'd between getting a few ducks or getting a few rabbits. Whichever animal I get would be kept outside, but I would of course get it a coop or hutch or whatever needed, along with fencing in the area for their protection. My concern is, how do I go about making sure they're safe? If I let them roam around in a outdoor grassy area surrounded by a fence, will that be okay, or will other birds mess with them? Which animal would be more useful for the farm considering my situation? I've heard rabbits make great compost and that would be extremely useful given how much food I plan on growing. On the other hand, ducks would produce eggs and I'd love that. Even if I start with a few and add more later, having another source of food would be very useful to the community. I think I prefer ducks to chickens, although I'm open to learning the pros and cons of both.

I also plan to add a koi pond to the property in the near future, so that's another thing to consider. Right now I'm thinking it's going to be in a completely different area on the property, although I know ducks need water. I could build them a pond or get them a pool if needed.

hello!! Firstly sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, if I do please let me know and I'll delete it (This is my first post on Reddit and it confuses me haha).
I am having my first acting lesson at the beginning of April and I'm very nervous, I have never done lessons before apart from in class at school multiple years ago. I'm very shy and introverted, so obviously I'm very nervous. I am also going to be one of the youngest in the class, because the class is 16+ (I'm a minor). I have never interacted with adults unless they are in authority so this is also quite nerve wracking. The thing is I know I'll be horrible at acting and embarrass myself, and it's just gonna be scary acting with these people who have tons of experience. My friend has also warned me not to do the classes because I suck at acting and it doesn't fit me.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had the same problem and had any stories about there first acting lesson and what I can expect?
Is there any ways I can prepare for my first lesson?
How would you react if you had to act with someone who obviously had no experience and was horrible at it?
