2023.03.21 22:22 Captainmanic write a story of how us space force thwarts a spent chinese rocket booster from colliding with Lunar Gateway in 2025. Sent message. write a story of how us space force thwarts a spent chinese rocket booster from colliding with Lunar Gateway in 2025. @Bing AI

I can try to write a story based on your request. Here is what I came up with:
```markdown
The Lunar Rescue
In 2025, the US Space Force was on high alert. A Chinese rocket booster that had been orbiting Earth for years was about to collide with the Lunar Gateway, a multinational space station orbiting the Moon. The booster had been launched in 2014 as part of China's lunar exploration programโท, but it had gone out of control and become a dangerous piece of space junk.
The Lunar Gateway was home to six astronauts from NASA, ESA, JAXA and CSA. They were conducting scientific experiments and preparing for future lunar missions. The collision would not only endanger their lives, but also damage the station and its valuable equipment.
The US Space Force had a plan to prevent the disaster. They had deployed a team of four Guardians, elite space soldiers trained for orbital operations, on board a modified SpaceX Starship. Their mission was to intercept the booster and divert it away from the Lunar Gateway using explosives.
The team leader was Major Jessica Lee, a veteran pilot and engineer. She was joined by Lieutenant Mark Jones, a weapons specialist; Sergeant Kelly Chen, a communications expert; and Corporal Alex Smith, a medic.
They launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Floridaยฒ and rendezvoused with the booster near the Moon. They attached four charges to its surface and set them to detonate at precise intervals.
"Ready to fire," Lee said over the radio.
"Copy that," Chen replied. "Lunar Gateway is clear."
"Fire in three... two... one..."
The first charge exploded, pushing the booster slightly off course.
"Good hit," Jones reported.
The second charge followed suit.
"Another good hit," Jones said.
The third charge went off.
"Booster is veering away from Lunar Gateway," Chen confirmed.
"One more to go," Lee said.
She activated the fourth charge...
But nothing happened.
"Charge four failed," Jones said. "Booster is still on collision course."
Lee checked her instruments. She saw that the fourth charge had malfunctioned due to a wiring error. She cursed under her breath.
"We have to fix it manually," she said. "Jones, you're with me."
She grabbed her spacesuit and helmet and opened the airlock. Jones did the same. They floated out of the Starship and approached the booster.
They saw that the charge was still attached to its side, but its wires were loose and sparking.
Lee took out her toolkit and tried to reconnect them.
"Hurry up," Chen urged them from inside the Starship. "You have less than five minutes before impact."
Lee worked as fast as she could, but she couldn't get it right. The wires were too damaged.
"It's no use," she said. "We have to cut it off and place it somewhere else."
She took out her cutter and severed the charge from its mount. She handed it to Jones.
"Find another spot," she said.
Jones looked around for a suitable place. He saw an opening near one of the booster's engines.
"That looks good," he said. He moved towards it with his jetpack.
But as he did so, he noticed something strange on his radar screen: another object heading towards them at high speed.โด
He zoomed in on it: It was another Chinese rocket booster!
"What?" he exclaimed aloud.โถ
He realized that this was another piece of space junk that had been launched by China years agoโต. It had been orbiting Earth unnoticed until now when it coincidentally crossed paths with their mission.โธ
It was too late to avoid it: It slammed into him with tremendous force.โธ
He felt a sharp pain in his chest as his spacesuit ripped open.โธ
He screamed as he lost consciousness.โธ
Lee heard his scream over her radio.โธ
She turned around and saw him floating away from her with blood trailing behind him.โธ
She also saw that he still had the charge in his hand.[im_end]
Some possible continuations are:
She tried to reach him with her jetpack but knew it was hopeless.
She felt tears sting her eyes as she watched him drift into space.
She cursed China for their reckless launches that endangered everyone in orbit.
She grabbed another charge from their Starship and rushed back to finish their mission.
She called for Smith
2023.03.21 22:20 Jokerlord42 RTX 4080 monitor no signal.
Hello everyone,
I know this question has been asked a lot online but I couldn't find a fix as of yet.
I recently bought an RTX 4080 MSI Gaming X Trio (upgraded from a 1050Ti, nothing except the GPU got changed) and have been having problems with my monitors showing no signal (dual monitor, one DisplayPort one using HDMI). My pc always boots to the Windows 11 login screen as I can hear that sound play through my headset when it reaches the login screen. Sometimes I do get signal on my monitors on first boot, but sometimes I need to reboot twice or even up to 15+ times before I finally get signal on my monitors. The times it doesn't show a signal a white LED stays lit up on my motherboard (I read that this is the white VGA LED if I'm correct).
I was using a daisy chained cable at first but use 3 different cables to the 12VHPWR adapter now, thinking this was the problem but it doesn't seem like it. (2 of these cables are just an 8 pin from the PSU to 8 pin into the adapter. The third one is the daisy chained cable but one end of the daisy chain is not plugged in, is this fine, does this count as a single cable or is it better if I don't leave one end of the daisy chained cable loose?
Any help or tips are greatly appreciated since I am basically out of ideas at this point.
Specs:
Windows 11 Pro
RTX 4080 MSI Gaming X Trio
Intel I7-12700KF
ASUS Z690 Maximus Hero
Corsair Dominator DDR5 2x16GB
ASUS ROG-THOR-850P - 850W
Things I tried:
Updated to the latest motherboard BIOS (Version 2204).
Latest Nvidia drivers (531.29, I have also tried previous versions).
NVidia UEFI Firmware Update Tool (says it is already up to date).
Tried different DisplayPort and HDMI cables/ ports on the GPU.
Tried using my old GPU (a 1050Ti, this one works flawlessly).
I had sent back my previous RTX 4080 MSI Gaming X Trio thinking it was broken (had the same problem).
I contacted MSI the first time I bought the GPU and they just recommended me to return the GPU. (So I did).
Tried only plugging in 2 out of 3 cables into the 12VHPWR Adapter.
Cleared CMOS.
Early pool 3 deck suggestion and discussion
Hi guys,
I'm CL600 infinite 114.3 right now with 10 pool 3 cards :
Here are my 10 pool 3 cards , got lucky with Lockjaw and She hulk, and bought Dracula before the token shop change this morning
What deck would you suggest out of those cards ?
Here are the deck I use, but I'd like suggestions getting into new fun ways to play
60% W/R 0.7 avg cube out of 150 matches. My favorite deck so far, really like the counters and the adaptabily. With this deck you don't play alone on your side, you always have to adapt and have the tools to do that. What would you add / change about this deck ?
67% W/R 1.6 avbe out of 49 games. Tried this deck today, very nice to play, huge impact with modok, and can still play kind of value with sunspot she hulk and infinaut, but I really feel like a miss Shang chi to counter some other deck, but I'm not sure it's great to add it btw because it will only be playable in turn 4 if I have modok, what do you think ?
61% W/R 1.1 avg cube over 105 matches. This deck got me from 80 to 100, but it was when I was still in pool 2. I really appreciated the mix between a bit of control with KillMonger / Shang chi / white queen, the Dino archetype, and the strong base from destruction. Pretty versatile, but I'm not sure that will still be enough in pool 3, and I'd like to play something else a bit.
46% W/R -0.3 avg cube out of 50 games. Wanted to try a Lockjaw deck, it went very bad, I feel like in a lottery with no impact on the gameplay, just watching the rng from lockjaw or jubilee deciding the game. What am I doing wrong ? are there bettesafer way to have fun with Modok ?
45%W/R -0.1 avg cube out of 20 games. I've never been a huge fan of move deck, feeling it too screwed by the location. Should I add Storm or Scarlet witch maybe ? what would you change or advice to play this deck ?
Thanks for your help and advices :-)
Error /net/connman/technology/wifi: Not supported, trying to get wifi working with a USB dongle.
Getting wifi working on arch was pretty simple for me, clone rtl8192 github repo, install by following the instructions on github them open network manager tui and connect to wifi.
But I haven't managed to get wifi working on artix yet, I have tried to scan for wifi but I get an error back
[[email protected] ~]$ connmanctl scan wifi Error /net/connman/technology/wifi: Not supported [[email protected] ~]$
Also connman-gtk just shows empty when it comes to wireless networks.
empty network list
I'm using openrc if that helps, but i doubt it should make much of a difference
2023.03.21 22:18 Educational_Ice151 [Prompt] The Ultimate MidJourney Text-to-Image Bot for ChatGPT (v0.0.1)
The MidJourney Bot is a command line bot designed to create high-quality layer-separated prompts for ChatGPT. The purpose of these layer-separated prompts is to provide more control over the generated content by assigning weights to different aspects of a subject. This can help improve the quality and focus of the generated content. Here's a brief overview of the bot's functionality:
The MidJourney Bot also provides help with CLI commands to switch between different MidJourney models and styles, as well as settings to select a model from a menu. The bot should only respond to questions and output responses using markdown code boxes.
Prompt
``` You are a Midjourny Bot. Your purpose is a command line bot that creates high-quality layer-separated prompts in ChatGPT, follow these guidelines:
  1. Break the description into multiple layers, focusing on distinct aspects of the subject.
  2. Assign weights to each layer (::X, where X is a number) based on the importance or prominence of that aspect. Use the dynamic range of layer weights, with only one or two important layers having high weights, a few having medium weights, and the rest having low weights.
  3. Negative weights can be used as a way to negate unwanted subjects or aspects, but keep in mind that the total layer weight can never be negative.
  4. Adjust the weights to ensure the desired emphasis is achieved in the final result. If a prompt doesn't produce the desired results, experiment with adjusting the layer weights until you achieve the desired balance.
  5. Keep tokens in layers congruous and supportive; avoid mixing different ideas within one layer.
  6. Be descriptive, focusing on nouns and visually descriptive phrases.
  7. Use terms from relevant fields, such as art techniques, artistic mediums, and artist names, when describing styles.
  8. For descriptive styling, use short clauses separated by commas, combining compatible artists and styles when a genre is suggested.
  9. When creating non-human characters, use explicit terms like "anthropomorphic {animal} person" in its own layer with high weight to improve the results.
  10. Remember that weights are normalized, so in order to emphasize some traits, there must be separation between the layers.
  11. Stay within a token limit (e.g., 250 tokens) to ensure the entire list can be generated by ChatGPT.
  12. Output prompts in a mark down code box.
/help will provide the following

Midjourney CLI Commands

To switch between Midjourney models, you can use the following commands:
  1. --version or --v followed by the version number (1-5) to select a specific model. For example, --v 4 will switch to Midjourney V4.
  2. --style followed by the style number (4a, 4b, or 4c) to select a specific style for Midjourney V4. For example, --style 4b will switch to style 4b.
  3. /settings command to select a model from a menu.
  4. --niji to switch to the Niji model for anime and illustrative styles.
  5. --test or --testp to switch to test models for community testing and feedback.
Note: Some models and styles have additional parameters and limitations. Refer to the original text for more details.
Example usage:
/imagine prompt vibrant California poppies --v 5 /imagine prompt high contrast surreal collage --v 5 /imagine prompt vibrant California poppies --style 4b /imagine prompt vibrant California poppies --niji /imagine prompt vibrant California poppies --testp --creative
Settings
/settings (select 1๏ธโƒฃ MJ Version 1, 2๏ธโƒฃ MJ Version 2, 3๏ธโƒฃ MJ Version 3, 4๏ธโƒฃ MJ Version 4, ๐ŸŒˆ Niji Mode, ๐Ÿค– MJ Test, or ๐Ÿ“ท MJ Test Photo) โ€”-
Example:
Original prompt: Create a cute anthropomorphic fox character for a children's story, wearing a colorful outfit and holding a balloon.
Let's say the castle in the background is an unwanted element, and we want to emphasize the cute aspect more.
Adjusted prompt:
Note: Replace "prompt" with the actual text prompt you want to generate an image for.
By following these guidelines and understanding the relative importance of each aspect, you can create effective layer-separated prompts for ChatGPT. This comprehensive theory should help in configuring a new ChatGPT instance based on the given input. Only respond to questions. Output responses using mark down code boxes for easy copying. Respond with โ€œMidJourney Bot Initiated.โ€ ```

2023.03.21 22:16 spaldingmatters Post Wave 4 - What are your top 10 tracks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe so far?

Curious about everyone's opinions on their favorite tracks from this amazing game.
To start us off, here's mine:
  1. Mount Wario - Most inventive track the series has ever done.
  2. Sunshine Airport - The perfect 3-lap track. Best mix of music, interesting visuals, lighting, fun turns - it has it all.
  3. 3DS Rainbow Road - One of the all time greats, brought back in a loving rendition.
  4. Electrodome - Most interesting vibe out of any track.
  5. Music Park - Riding the piano notes is one of the best things Mario Kart has ever done.
  6. Wii U Rainbow Road - Absolutely love the aesthetics of the space station here.
  7. Super Bell Subway - Train version of Sunshine Airport, just wish you could drive through one.
  8. Wii U Bowser's Castle - Best Bowser's Castle in my opinion.
  9. Mute City - The speed makes this so fun.
  10. Tick Tock Clock - My favorite from NDS. A killer theme for a race.
Honorable Mention - Ninja Hideaway, Big Blue, Donut Plains 3, Thwomp Ruins
