Just a tip so that the reddit isn't flooded with the same question being asked 3 times a day, and also so you can find a lot more answers to your question by looking at what people commented the last time someone asked that same question.
It's not a big deal if you ask a question that's already been asked, that's the point of the subreddit, to connect badgers. But just remember you have a lot of resources here.

Im a 56 year old male. I’m just over two years since my diagnosis. I had just had my six month check up with my doctor and all my numbers are good. I live in the US. Last week I took my first international trip since my diagnosis. I did a walking tour of the west of Ireland (Western Way - 5 legs). I was very nervous because I didn’t think I would be able to relax the whole trip too worried about what I could eat. I had brought some safe food with me, but I was rolling the dice a bit - hoping things would go well. The trip started out as I thought it would. Aer Lingus did not have anything for me to eat on the way over. Pre flight I had filled out a form asking for GF food and I got back an email that said “Unfortunately, we cannot advise on the menu in advance of your trip, but rest assured that we will cater to your needs.” Turns out they didn’t have any food for my on the flight, I had expected as such and had my own food to get me through the flight. We had booked the walking tour through a company that would take our bags from place to place while we walked to each location. I contacted the company about a month out to try and ease my mind that I wouldn’t spend my walking vacation not walking - if you know what I mean. Their response was that they had notified the combination of hotels and BnB’s that we were staying at about my dietary needs. That very casual response did not have me confident that I would be OK. When we go to the first BnB, I talked to the host about my needs. She said that she had not been informed about my request - my worst fears realized. As a side note EVERY PLACE we went to eat had a menu with allergens listed on it. I had read that Ireland has the highest percentage of celiacs per population in the world. Everywhere we went to eat, the staff knew about it and were very helpful (unlike the US). Turns out our first host could not have been nicer and more helpful to me. We stayed two nights at the BnB. After I had told her of my restrictions she talked to her friend who was a doctor who was able to advised her on how to deal with my needs. We ended up going out to dinner the first night. After talking to the waiter I had a meal that didn’t cause a reaction. I will say it seems that I am luck and that I am not super sensitive. I’m learning how to deal with my new reality in real time. The next morning our host was asking me what did I have to eat last night - are you OK. And breakfast was very considerate of my needs. I started feeling a bit more at ease. After the second day walk when we returned the host took me aside to tell me that the company had told her about my restrictions but she had forgot 🙄. To try and keep it short the rest of the trip ended up being a reaction free amazing trip. All I can say is I wish US restaurants had to list their allergens like I saw in Ireland. Granted it seems I am not as sensitive to cross contamination as others, but still knowing what you’re getting into is so helpful. I went to more that one restaurant that had a separate GF menu (one place called it flour free🤣) and made it 10 days without getting a reaction. As a side note Aer Lingus had a GF meal and snack for me on the flight home. This post is long enough already. If anyone has questions - ask away.

My friends and I play for 2-3 hrs 4 or 5 times a week, we're pretty consistent in the times of day we play. For the past year or so it seems that every time we get on our first 6 games we are cannon fodder, doesnt matter what our position or loot advantage is, we just get melted or on an off chance we win a battle theres instantly a 3rd party seemingly standing by to kill us before we can recover or shield swap. But then all of a sudden, we start getting games where we go deep into it like top 2s and 3s back to back, we can win battles no problem and dont have an issue with 3rd parties. Before ppl start saying, 'duh you're not warmed up', we always hit the range for 10-15 and then play some casual or event games to get warmed up. Thats not it, something legit changes...
Something else I find interesting is I'd say 3/4s of our W's are last games played of the night
I know there was accusations a while ago that players that spend money in the game, get unfair advantage, so I'm just curious if theres a trend going on, that I havent seen posted before.

Even my teeth and tongue get pains everywhere nonstop. Pains are like a 3/10 all day nonstop all over my body. Migratory..

So, for a bit of background on me for my question, I was hospitalized a few months back and diagnosed with autoimmune encephalitis and have had lingering partial focal seizures ever since. Before getting put on an increasing dose of zonegran I was averaging 60 partials a day. Now on 20mg of prednisone and 300mg of zonegran I average 5-10 depending on how good I am with sleep and stress. When my doctor and I tried to do a one month taper lower than 20mg off the prednisone things were starting to get worse for me and he mentioned Rituximab as the potential next step (I think, I'm really hoping my memory isn't failing me on this one) because getting to 0mg didn't seem feasible without other options.
Out of curiosity, if Rituximab is what he was talking about and my memory isn't garbage, does anyone here have experience with this line of treatment? How did it go for you?

My sweet, little kitty girl (3f) badly broke her radius/ulna and had plates put in last Thursday. She has a cast and gets a bandage change in a few days. Last dose of buprenex was today. Gabapentin Q2-3x for the next 7 weeks.
Does shaking her cast indicate more pain? It’s occurring a lot more today compared to since her accident. It’s short bursts of shaking it and sometimes a chill/shiver runs thru the rest of her body. I asked my vet before surgery (bone reduction cast was on). We got side tracked before it was addressed.
Has a great appetite/thirst and is voiding properly. She’s very snuggly after I get home from work but isn’t today and is napping in her sister’s closet bed right now (she misses her, see below).
She is bonded with another cat (2f) who has been hissing and swatting at her (and me) since the surgery. I’m keeping them separated and I’m always supervising my injured girl. It appears normal from google and due to meds changing her smell. Is there a possibility my younger cat will always be like this when her sister is healed? She’s (2f) always been the more feral of the pair. I have an anxiety disorder so, I wanted to check in and hear your professional experiences. Thank you.

Then he said they wanted to stay a whole week to spend time together. I told him that it wouldn't be a good time to stay for a week unless they had other people to visit or something. I had finals until the day of the ceremony and only two weeks between graduation and starting my new post graduation job to find an apartment, say goodbye to my college friends, and move. They said that was fine and they would just find things to do in the area when I was busy. I told them it would be better to visit after I was situated if they wanted to stay longer but they insisted.
So when they get in I'm doing my finals still and my dad calls me like drop what your doing and meet me at the bar for drinks to celebrate. I said no and he said you don't need to worry about finals bc you already got the job you wanted after graduation. I still declined. After the ceremony he left to drop my stepmom with her aunt, which they hadn't previously told me and my dad wouldn't explain why.
All week my dad was trying to get me to blow off my other stuff to hang out with him. Trying to stay in my small college apartment in a sleeping bag instead of his hotel even though I made it clear beforehand I didn't want anyone spending the night. Trying to convince me not to work out my two week notice at my part time job I had in school so I could go party with him. Just in general being intrusive and stressing me out while I was trying to get situated.
The one thing he did do that was helpful on the last day he helped me move but he made comments about how I needed to relax the whole time. Then I was supposed to be dropping him off at the hotel so I could go to my apartment and unpack but he insisted I come up to his room.
He opened a beer and I said I didn't want to drink bc I need to go unpack and he starts going into this long monologue about him and my stepmom are having problems and might get divorced and that why she's not here. It ended up taking the whole night, I didn't get any unpacking done.
I realized that he only came bc he basically wanted an emotional support vacation away from her, no matter how inconvenient to me. Every year when I see graduation pictures I get upset bc I remember how one of my biggest accomplishments was unnecessarily stressful and full of boundary pushing. Him and my stepmom are still married and I haven't seen them since.

'Queencard' has maintained the second position on Vibe for 10 consecutive days. The issue is that the chart system doesn't reveal any specific numbers. Some people have mentioned that it not only counts unique listeners but also takes into account the Karaoke Chart. However, the problem is that the Karaoke Chart stopped updating a day after 'Queencard' was released.
Getting a PAK is crucial for the group because it generates media coverage and attracts interest from various brands that want to collaborate with them. Unfortunately, even if (G)I-DLE fans were to mass email the company, i don’t think they will respond.
Do you think the problem is not enough unique listeners in 24hours or not updating that karaoke since 16/may?

Hi All,
I am 5 weeks postpartum and I am struggling with feeling guilty with putting myself before my friends.
I have two best friends getting married at 10 weeks (local- no children allowed) and 14 weeks (out of state). Both friends had their wedding dates ahead of me getting pregnant.
For the out of state wedding, I am the maid of honour. Shortly into my pregnancy (15 weeks) I was deemed high risk, and eventually was on bed rest and on disability at 32 weeks. As soon as I was high risk, I told the bride that I needed to step down as maid of honour and I could not promise attending the wedding. She was disappointed of course, but she handled it well and I was extremely thankful.
I was not able to attend her bachelorette party this weekend as it was out of town overnight.
I am struggling with getting my baby to latch, she had dropped 16% birth weight in the hospital so I am still pumping 8x per day. I am exhausted recovering from a c section. We do not have parents to help babysit during the wedding due to physical or emotional distance (alcoholism and drug addiction). My partner is extremely hands on, I just still don’t feel comfortable.
The out of town bride confronted me today saying how disappointed she is I can’t make the wedding as a guest, and that I let her down. I know in my gut that for my mental health I can not over extend myself for either wedding.
I feel incredibly guilty that I am not able to do the bare minimum and I am comparing myself to other posts on here where people are able to attend weddings at similar time. I feel like I’m failing because I cant do it. I know my friends are entitled to be upset at me, as these are once in life events for them.
Can anyone relate to feeling extremely guilty by putting themselves before friends?

Before I start, I just want to ask that you spare me the comments of telling me how stupid I am-I know. My dad raised me and always told me he never was able to get big until he did steroids, and how when he did steroids, he was giant, everyone loved him, and he met my mom. fyi, all the men in my family have been very skinny including my dad and i (me especially) When I was 13, my dad gave me some pills that he said were test pills. I’m not sure about any specifics but I know they were real because I got some gyno at the time. Then, when i was 15 he gave me test (he helped me pin like 3/4 times a week) for about 3 months. i’m not sure how much but it was a considerable amount and I didn’t even workout at the time, so i just became an enraged, chubby, gyno looking cornball. It was horrible. I hated my life, I hated everyone in my life, and I was just a piece of shit that wanted to fight everyone. I had gained like 25 pounds (mostly fat) and very quickly shrunk back down to like 145 lb (at 6 ft). When I was 17, I decided I wanted to take sports seriously and started working out 5 days a week, and my dad suggested we took it up a notch and order test and tren ace. Now, I understand if you may think my dad’s a bad person (he’s done some bad things) but at this point, I was the one I hold responsible for this decision. I had a 10 week cycle of both. I took 400 mg of tren ace in total weekly (pinning every other day), with 300 mg of test (pinning twice a week). anyways i went from 150 skin and bones to 170 looking good, finally. I did post cycle therapy with natural test booster as well. But it’s been a year and I think i’m suffering from low test and i’m afraid it’ll never get better. my girlfriend and i haven’t had sex in 2 weeks and i’m not even horny. i’ve continued working out since then and i eat 3,800 very clean calories every day, with 300 grams of protein. i have eggs and oatmeal in the morning, a protein shake after, then lunches are chicken/rice then tuna/rice, then pinto beans with lean beef at night, with fruit and veggies throughout the day. i’ve just been really down recently because my dad pushed a mindset onto me that may have screwed me over for my whole life. i haven’t gained or lost any muscle since january and i’ve been working out super intensely and i’m 12% body fat. i would really appreciate some advice. if you have any questions i’ll answer them asap

Father's day is around the corner and I plan to DM a oneshot where my Dad is the 'hero' and the main spotlight. I want him to have a magic item that he received from his dad to be the source of power. I'd love feedback on your opinions whether certain abilities are "too" powerful(tho my goal is to make him feel strong) while others might be underwhelming. Or more suggestions to add to the list of possible outcomes.

I have a townhouse unit in Florida that currently has rental restrictions in place - rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days and each unit can only rent 4 times per calendar year. I'm ok with these rules. However, the Board is proposing new restrictions to include a minimum of 90 days and only a 5 units (10% of the complex) can be rented out at the same time.
This percentage rule is highly restrictive and positions unit owners who rent against each other. In essence, if I miss the window of rental opportunity and 5 other units have contracts in place for that same time period, I have to let my unit sit empty and not generating income. Can the HOA do this? These rules were NOT in place when I bought the unit, can I be held to the new rules? These new rules will also be a barrier to selling the unit if I choose to do that.

Hey mamas i’ve had my first blood drawn at 4 weeks being 9,435 and then a second draw four days later at 10,155 it hasn’t doubled at all but it still has risen. Should i prepare for the worst? i’ve already had scans showing it’s correctly placed in my uterus so that’s not a concern.

This is a long story so buckle up. I've always had a bad relationship with my mother. I'm her youngest child she had on accident when she was 41. (I'm 22 now) my siblings are both 30. She's always treated them so well. She'd never out right say she didn't love me but she'd always say "I have 2 kids I love so much" "my 2 kids are everything to me" and stuff like that. After my older siblings moved out (I was 12 at the time) my dad left her after enduring her abuse for 20 years... but he didn't take me with him. Which may have been for the best as my mom had convinced me he was an addict and I was scared of him. My mom would sit in her room and scream for hours on end calling him every name in the book. It was super scary to see because she wasn't talking to anyone. I'd just be in my room and hear her screaming like she was dying for HOURS everyday when I came home from school.
Soon this escalated to her hitting me everyday and then telling people I would hit her? She'd scratch her arms and say I did it in a rage when even when she was hitting me I never hit her I'd usually just take it until she'd start choking me and then I'd push her away because I didn't want to die. She's broken 3 of my toes pretty badly from stepping on them on with all her body weight and when I cried she laughed and said I deserved it. Cps showed up twice and ultimately made things worse as when they left she'd freak out at me and call me a liar and say im "evil and not of Jesus christ" my moms a mormon but she really doesn't practice very religiously. We only went to church sometimes so I never took it super seriously but she'd act like we were a super Christian godly household.
She would take me to so many therapists and psychiatrists saying that there was something wrong with me. The psychiatrists were very prescription happy. But the therapists always tell me when I was alone with them that my mom was seriously mentally ill. When they'd try and have her work on herself too she'd rage quit therapy and go find another one. Last time I talked to her she was telling me about how hard it is having a mentally ill child "I've spent so much money on therapy and pills for you! My other children didn't need any of that!"
I ended up going to live with my dad when I was 14-16 but my step mother took issue with me. To this day im unsure why. I was always nice to her and helped around the house, did well in school. She was constantly mean. So they sent me back to live with my mom and the cycle of abuse with her started again.
I got through my senior year and she kicked me out without notice on my 18th birthday. I was going to move out once school was out but she demanded I left sooner. So I did. I had to live in my car with everything i owned for a week before I found an apartment. She told everyone that she kicked me out because I hit her and threw a book at her face and that just didn't happen. I did throw a book but it wasn't at her or anywhere near her.
Shortly after my senior year I ended up getting pregnant. Really stupid move on my part. I still feel guilty and it's been 3 years. I tried my best to keep my birth son but i was homeless and working 10 hour days at 7 months pregnant. So I ended up asking a nice infertile couple who I knew were looking to adopt if they would adopt my boy. They did and they have been amazing. At first my mom was like "oh my daughters so great she chose life" and all that BS. (I'm not pro life. Just her) The adoption is open so we both get to see him sometimes and she's kind of like an extra grandma to him and I'm like an aunt maybe? But it eventually turned to her shaming me for being an unfit mother. Calling me fat because of baby weight. Shaming me for getting pregnant by a guy who hit me. (He didn't start till after I was pregnant)
It's gotten to the point where she legitimately tries to make me jealous by going on about how she's my birth sons favorite person. I've never seen them together and if that was the case I wouldn't care but her trying to use my baby as a pawn weirds me out so much. He's only 2! She also didn't see him for months because she told his adoptive parents "you guys seem stressed Maybe you should give him to someone better fit to parent" when the adoptive mom was struggling a bit caring for a new born because it's so hard!
She's taking my siblings to Italy this summer for a big trip and told them that she can't take me because I'm mentally ill. I told her very respectfully that I was very hurt I felt like the "redheaded step child" to which she just said I was a spoiled brat and she doesn't owe me anything and that it's my own fault I'm "miserable" and that ill never heal unless i got on medication again and stop blaming her etc. She has them over every weekend to do stuff and not me.
For the most part I'm no contact with her. I still am around my siblings. They have helped me immensely and I love them. But I just am so lost on how to handle my mom. My son's birthday is on the 3rd and she's gonna be there. I'm so nervous. She makes me physically ill to be around. She's accused me of hitting her even as an adult and runs around like she's a victim of abuse. She tells people that I hit her and her stories don't line up at all and are so blatantly fake and then says the stories I've told of my childhood are made up in my mind because I'm mentally ill and that I abused her from the ages of 10 and up. Even sometimes tries to shame me for temper tantrums I had in my terrible 2's.
Idk whats wrong with her. She's been diagnosed with autism and depression but that's it.
