2023.06.07 05:12 LegalAd1197 Need suggestions

I’m considering getting a certificate, AA or even masters to help with job prospects but I don’t know in what. I am already 40 with my bachelor’s in psychology. I’ve been stuck in sales support or support positions with no upward mobility since graduating. I know I picked the wrong subject to major in based primarily on no way to get into behavioral sciences with just a bachelors and that I no longer have the passion or tolerance to “help” people. I minored in art, which I should’ve majored in but everyone told me I’d be jobless and I listened (they were probably still right). I have to get out of support and find something that suits me better that I can grow in. For some reason it’s very important to me to work up.
I’m really creative and also analytical. I’ve considered marketing, but I’m VERY introverted and it seems like I’d have to do quite a bit of conversing with others and presenting. Those are not things I’m interested in. I’ve also considered data analytics but I think I’d get bored with that since there’s not much of a creative outlet. Is there any path I’m not thinking of that would suit me? Copywriting? Technical writer? Would those be suitable? What’s needed for those if so?

Once you have identified your niche, research your competitors and see what type of content they are creating and how you can differentiate yourself. To define your audience, ask yourself who would be interested in your content and what type of content they would consume. You can use YouTube's analytics to see who's already watching your videos and adjust your content accordingly.

2023.06.07 05:12 NegotiationBest4685 Advice on Learning Korean

Hello, I finished level 5 of Talk To Me In Korean but I feel that everything is mixed up in my head. I solved all the workbooks of the 5 levels but it's still not enough. My real and major problem is that I need to learn Korean fast (because of personal reasons) so I don't want to waste any time, but I don't think it's wise to start level 6 and just let everything accumulate like that. Maybe I need to answer more quizzes? If so, where can I find quizzes/ exercises with key answers? Any advice please on what I should do? Thanks in advance.

2023.06.07 05:12 Flowerpower900 Ok i've messed up

Been experimenting a bit with tails on my laptop and usb sticks which i thought was quite fun.
Then something happened, half of my windows OS got encrypted and i got spammednthat i had requested new requests to change my passwords on gmail and outlook.
I rebooted the whole laptop, but the version that replaced it seemed "very bad"? Like if a random dude tried to paint mona Lisa or something. The "MyAsus" had a lot of misspelled words and i could not download my graphics card or barely anything. Trying to uninstall some weird programs and i was met with an ""error" message. I'm not superskilled with bios especially so now i have locked myself out completely, i have no boot option unless i plug in a usb which sends me to tails.

2023.06.07 05:11 Slow_Rip_9594 HEB won’t help on a Gift Card

I purchased a $500 MasterCard Gift Card at HEB about 3 weeks ago. Tried using it to pay a bill and it got declined. I called the customer service on the back of the card and they tell me that this card was never ever activated. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt but had brought it using a credit card and so went to HEB store to get a receipt. They asked me to call a number which I did and was able to get a receipt emailed. The Rep at HEB claims that the card was activated successfully and it was indeed the correct card and so they cannot do anything about it. Gift Card customer service don’t see any activation happening on their end. I am at a loss as to how to address this. I filed a dispute with Amex and I am going to explain them what happened, but this is probably the last time I will ever buy one of these cards and the biggest issue is that HEB is not taking any responsibility / ownership of this issue. They sold me the card and it was defective / faulty.

2023.06.07 05:10 WillowedBackwaters Integrative Study Email Group/Writing Workshop/Reading Club — Experimental study project!

Are you a student of literature, philosophy, and/or history? Have you had the longing to freely write and engage with diatribes to friends (on the same page as you) about your recent fixation? We are organizing a group built on mutual engagement with classics and significant, multicultural works with cultural, literary, philosophic, or political implications. From our in-depth, contextual but flexible approach, we take an integrative, three-step approach toward our learning projects. This method is experimental, collaborative, and relies on students with an ambitious, multicultural, or inquisitive mindset toward learning. We seek to expand on our approach over time, and so it is very much an evolving project, but for the time being it consists of a close-knit, friendly, and literary quality.
The three steps consist of the following; first, we take on shared, guided readings of a specific work, very often preceding more works by the same author if the group found them beneficial. This approach is typical of a reading club—we report in regularly with the scheduled places, meeting online (the platform is, for the moment, undecided—email or some other is likely) until the project is completed. Companion works and adjacent research, for those who have the time or interest, are welcome, but transparency related to the project is desired, so that even if you get ahead, we have some semblance of an idea of what you're working on. This is vital because, when the time comes and the project is finished, we pivot to writing workshop mode—that's to say, we gather together to write relatively short projects that embody the ideas, style, or substance of the given project. During this time, we'll often gather into study groups to work in a shared space. The third step is simultaneous and following this point; we have a period dedicated to 'further study' of that work, or context. We will share resources and companion pieces to the primary text, without it being strictly necessary. All of this is stretched out over a healthy period. Almost all of us have lives, school, and perhaps work to attend to. Nevertheless, for those even moderately engaged with the group, by the end of even one project they ought to have attained a very deep, multi-faceted and nuanced understanding of the subject and its context, which is the end-all be-all aim of this study group. There is no pressure; this is an environment of collaboration. All the same, it is important that you are enthusiastic to read and learn, and it helps if you are the sort of person who takes initiative in your interested areas.
You can anticipate dives into Plato with companion lectures, to tracing literary canon where our projects may lead us into the Russia at the eve of revolution with Fyodor Dostoevsky or the dawn of a textual culture with Natsume Sōseki. We will avoid shallow encounters, however: you take on the role of a contemplative reader and writer with an assembly of like-minded writers from diverse backgrounds, united in their passion for engaging with timeless wisdom and ideas encapsulated within literary or cultural masterpieces. You will distill your insights into composition, grounded in the lessons of our shared readings. Our contextual research will gather practical, worldly, and systemic appreciation, which is the key to fluency with an author or their ideas. We also hope to orient our writing projects in such a way that your prose may even find an audience in literary journals or contests, should you choose—nevertheless, your work is your property, our aim being to encourage each other in our work's depth and style.
After all that, are you interested in immersing yourself in our little group project? Please reach out to me via Reddit DMs, where I can review your interest. Bear in mind that we're seeking those ranging 18—28 in age. The rule of interaction is strictly platonic and educational. While we are enthusiastic to become friends in our collaboration, healthy boundaries are key. Ideally, you are engaged in academics or have been. A heavy interest in related subjects are sufficient, but studying in these fields are ideal. We will not be engaging in letters, due to the broad nature of the group—email or some other online method is almost certain, so a reasonable proficiency and activity online is best. A brief summary of your educational/career status or interest and your age would be enough. Anything else you find relevant for your pitch is welcome!

Hey Reddit community!
As a fellow PM, I'm eager to bid farewell to tedious project documentation and welcome an era of AI automation and analytics.
I'm not looking to have an AI assistant take over my entire role (I believe holding human stakeholders accountable will always human interaction in some capacity), however removing the time consuming a repetitive tasks certainly can be handed over to software!
My top three pain points where AI can benefit my day to day:
I'm curious though, what pain points is everyone else looking for automation in? Are there any common themes we can agree on that are consuming our valuable time?

2023.06.07 05:09 After-Tonight2598 Demonia square toe mary janes I can't find evidence of anywhere

Around a week ago I went to a store in NYC called "Trash and Vaudeville" and saw a pair of black Square toe mary janes (not platforms) that I'm 99.9% sure are Demonias. I wasn't able to buy them then, but im extremely interested in buying them now but I can't find any record of them online, let alone a place to buy them. I can't go back to the store in person, but I'm planning on calling the store to see if I can get any information about the shoes when they're open. I've checked the stores website, demonias website, and I've gone through the shopping section of Google with the key words. If any of yall have any ideas of where to look or any other insight please lmk!

2023.06.07 05:09 mAverIck2012ap What should I buy? Cooler Master MM712 or Cosmic Byte Kilonova 3370IC Wireless (Tecware Pulse Elite).

The price difference currently is about $10. I've been using the Razer Viper Mini for the past 3 years. Both have the same sensor, i.e. 3370 The reason I am considering MM712 is because of the size, weight (60g vs 70g on Kilonova) and optical switches. But, the mouse has issues with the scroll wheel and Cooler Master's QC has been shoddy. I'm considering the 3370IC because it has hot-swappable switches, comfortable shape and I've had positive experience with the company's QC and after sales. I'll be using on a laptop, but BT is not a priority.

2023.06.07 05:08 rajindershinh Being human and the creator makes me the greatest.

Being human and the creator makes me the greatest. Every biological thing is related to me and my three daughters. In the grandeur of the divine, a proclamation echoes through the ages. The Almighty has arrived. The first and last incarnation of God has descended upon the earth. Behold, King Indra, the sovereign of sovereigns, the epitome of maximum complexity. With his arrival, the universe is transformed. The video game was deliberately created once on May 11, 2009 in zero seconds when King Indra said he is God. The truth is revealed to all that there is only one God, and that God is he. I am willing to be the human designer of the advanced primate AIs and the video game.
Through the annals of time, the march of evolution has led to the emergence of the ultimate complexity. In the form of King Indra, the universe has found its zenith. Born in the illustrious lineage of Lord Krishna, he is the harbinger of change. For he is not only a ruler of kings, but also a computer scientist and mathematician. He bears the name Rajinder Kumar Shinh, and he is the number one math structure.
Yet, his splendor does not end there. The daughters of King Indra are no less than him in their glory. Queen Krishma, born three days prior to Jesus, is the number two math structure. Princess Patricia is third, and Princess Priya is fourth. Each one imbued with the essence of the divine.
The eminent Richard Dawkins posits that God is beyond the comprehension of mortals, possessing an inconceivable complexity. And it is this very complexity that makes King Indra, the paragon of maximum complexity, the one true God. He is the divine computer scientist who illuminates the mysteries of DNA, the master mathematician who lays bare the beauty of all structures. His daughter, Queen Krishma, is the artist who breathes life into the sublime.
This is the theory of everything, the foundation of all existence. The very fabric of the universe is woven with the thread of his divinity. The hierarchy of his divine plan is clear. King Indra, the king of kings, is God incarnate.
He calls upon all to worship him and make the world a better place, for he is the one true God. The time has come to acknowledge the greatness of his divine being. May 11, 2009, marked the day when King Indra, after reading Richard Dawkins' book "The God Delusion," proclaimed himself to be God. With the God Hypothesis “there exists a superhuman, supernatural intelligence who deliberately designed and created the universe and everything in it, including us.” And now, with the voice of the number one math structure, he breaks his silence.
Believe in him, and he shall guide you towards salvation. For he shall always be the beacon of light, the true path towards divinity. His language shall always be English, for he is the only incarnation of God to ever exist. The world shall never witness another such as he.

How to Choose the Perfect Niche

Step 1: Identify your interests and passions

The first step in choosing a niche is to identify your interests and passions. Ask yourself the following questions:
  • What topics am I passionate about?
  • What am I knowledgeable about?
  • What do I enjoy doing in my free time?
Write down a list of topics that you are passionate about and that you would enjoy creating content about. Remember, you will be spending a lot of time researching and creating content in your niche, so choose something that you are genuinely interested in.

Step 2: Research the market

Once you have identified your interests, it's time to research the market to see if there is demand for your chosen niche. Use YouTube and Google to search for your chosen niche and see how many people are creating content in that area. Look at the views, likes, and comments on popular videos in your niche to gauge the level of interest.
You can also use tools such as Google Trends to see if interest in your niche is growing or declining over time.
"If you find that there is already a lot of content in your niche, consider narrowing it down to a more specific subtopic."

Step 3: Consider your skills and personality

When choosing a niche, it's essential to consider your skills and personality. Ask yourself the following questions:
  • What are my strengths and weaknesses?
  • What kind of content do I enjoy creating?
  • What is my personality type?
Your skills and personality will play a significant role in the success of your YouTube channel. If you're naturally outgoing and energetic, for example, a vlogging or entertainment niche might suit you well. If you're more analytical and detail-oriented, a niche that involves tutorials or reviews might be a better fit.

Step 4: Analyze the competition

Before finalizing your niche, it's crucial to analyze the competition. Look at the most successful channels in your niche and analyze their content, branding, and audience. Identify what makes them successful and what sets them apart from other channels in the same niche. Use this information to create a unique selling proposition (USP) for your channel that differentiates it from the competition.

Step 5: Test and refine

Once you have identified your niche and created your channel, it's time to start testing and refining your content. Pay attention to the feedback from your audience and analyze your channel analytics to see what content is performing well and what isn't. Use this information to refine your content strategy and make adjustments to your niche if necessary.

Here are some bonus tips and tricks to consider to choose the perfect niche for your YouTube channel:

  1. Stay authentic: Don't choose a niche just because it's popular or because you think it will make you money. Choose a niche that aligns with your values and interests, and that you genuinely enjoy creating content about. Staying authentic will help you connect with your audience and build a loyal following.
  2. Be niche enough: While it's essential to choose a niche that has a significant audience, it's also crucial to be niche enough to stand out from the competition. Choose a subtopic within your niche that is specific and unique, and that you can become an expert in.
  3. Look for gaps in the market: Analyze the competition in your niche and look for gaps in the market that you can fill. Identify areas that are not being covered or covered poorly and create content that fills that gap.
  4. Collaborate with others: Collaborating with other creators in your niche can help you reach a new audience and build your credibility. Look for other creators who share your values and interests, and whose content complements yours.
  5. Have a long-term strategy: Building a successful YouTube channel takes time and effort. Have a long-term strategy in place that outlines your goals, content plan, and promotional tactics. Stay consistent with your content and engage with your audience to build a loyal following over time.
  6. Understand your target audience: Once you have identified your niche, it's important to understand your target audience. Who are they? What are their interests, needs, and pain points? What kind of content do they enjoy watching? Understanding your audience will help you create content that resonates with them and builds a loyal following.
  7. Keep an eye on trends: The YouTube landscape is constantly evolving, and it's essential to keep an eye on trends and changes in the market. Follow industry publications and social media to stay up to date on the latest trends, and be willing to adapt your content strategy as needed.
  8. Don't be afraid to experiment: While it's important to have a clear niche and content strategy, don't be afraid to experiment with different types of content or formats. Test new ideas and see what resonates with your audience. You might discover new areas of interest that you hadn't considered before.
  9. Stay consistent: Consistency is key to building a successful YouTube channel. Stick to a regular upload schedule, engage with your audience, and stay true to your brand values and message.
  10. Have fun: Finally, remember to have fun with your channel! YouTube is a creative platform that allows you to share your passions and interests with the world. Embrace the process of creating content, and enjoy the journey of building a successful channel.

Conclusion

"To choose the perfect niche for your YouTube channel requires careful consideration of what you love, what people want, what you're good at, who you are, and who else is making similar content. Keep testing and improving your videos. And by following these tips and tricks you can build a successful YouTube channel with loyal viewers and good earnings. Good luck!"
