My gf, Jane (not real name) wants to get engaged after being together for one year. I agree, I want to propose to her and I plan to but it feels like she is adding extra pressure despite us only being together for one year. Today we went to her Granny’s birthday dinner and there her cousin, when asked showed off her engagement ring and later on her other cousins fiancée walked in and was talking about her engagement. After dinner Jane told me how she felt upset and jealous that her cousins were engaged already. I reminded her that we are on the same page and I plan on it. 22M, I used to think I was an introvert when I was a kid, stayed away from people, didn’t have many friends but as I left high school I started to realise I wasn’t… I was just a shy extrovert with anxiety😅. Nowadays after a lot of growth I adore making friends, chatting to new people and when I do make good friendships I care deeply about them almost like they are apart of the fam (I didn’t really have much of a family growing up). I’ll be honest and I hope people on here don’t take too much offence to this but I can no longer be friends with introverts… I’m sure not all are like this but from my experience it’s been a true frustration for me. All the ghosting then reappearing like nothing had happened, the gaslighting acting like I’m too needy when they’d leave me on read for a week on multiple occasions, I’ve even had some just completely stop responding mid conversation, like no bye, no sorry I gotta go, nothing. I recently had a friend who has now ghosted me for two months, I chose to just unfollow them so I could forget about em because ghosting really messes with my anxiety. So many introverted friends have given me so much trust issues and I get made to feel like I’m the bad guy. I’ll admit I text people a lot, that’s just how I am… but all I really ask is a simple “Sorry I’m busy rn” or a “I’m not in the mood to talk”… is that really too much?
Curious if anyone else has had this situation? Again sorry to anyone I may offend. I’m sure even these friends I had are still good people we just weren’t compatible as friends…

Idk how ro say this but my anxiety always peaks whenever I am in my room. My health anxiety drops down drastically when I am out or in any other room.

I’ve gone on every dating app and the same story seems to emerge. There is such an extreme abundance of men on dating apps flooding the women with likes, that they literally can’t get through all of them. The other issue is that very few women will pay for the option to search through more partner profiles. Therefore the only way to get a match as a guy is to buy all the super like options to put you at the front of the profile list, so you’re seen quicker, or buy an option where you can quickly like more profiles to increase the chance of a match.
In any case, dating apps don’t function as actually match making tools to find the right person. But then how do you find someone?

I feel like this might be such a trivial issue, but I deleted instagram a few days ago because I have been struggling with mindless scrolling and loneliness. However, instagram feels like the only place where I am comfortable showing my art, and I have a small established following. Art is extremely important to me, especially sharing it with others. I find it motivating but also discouraging when I focus too much on how many likes or follows I get. I am wondering if there is some balance here: maybe I redownload instagram only for my art account and try to limit the time I'm active on there as much as I can unless I'm posting something? I also just don't want to fall into a social media addiction again. I'm also wondering if there is an alternative platform that would be better.

So this whole situation is so stupid.. A co-worker (adult apprentice) borrowed a tool of mine a couple days ago and forgot to hand it back. For some reason he had to take the train home that day so unfortunately wouldn't make it past me to hand the tool back. Since he was at a site 200m or so from our company headquarters I asked if he could walk over there (literally 2x2 minutes of walking). So long story short he didn't want to walk that "long" way and at this point my patience was out of fuel. I wrote "either you drop it off at my site on your way home or else you walk those 4 minutes and drop it off at our company. I need that tool tomorrow as well on top og that you know it's my private tool, not the company's". He went nuts. Threatening me that this was the last time I talked like this to him and how he isn't my little buddy to command around. Wtf.?

I live in a beach town and just bought our condo last year. We bought it at the same time as the people upstairs from us so no usage was established at the time. I have a decent relationship with the owners and believe they are respectable people. Last year everything with their rentals was fine… we dealt with regular floor noise that comes with being below them and only complained directly to the renters if it was excessive. This year it’s been so many young kids. The unit sleeps 6 but on MY cameras i often see anywhere from 7-10 kids with luggage and then tons of friends come through. They have to pass by my door to get upstairs. They have parties and run up and down the stairs all night. And just general jumping around. My problem is, I just don’t know if they know this is who they’re renting to because it’s so different from last year and I don’t want to insult them or for them lose money. We’ve had to tell two groups of kids so far to be quiet. I’ve never rented an Airbnb before.. what kind of info is required? Should I tell them what’s going on? They have cameras on the steps which I know they don’t check regularly or even if they’re on but I also don’t know what is allowed as far as cameras at an Airbnb. Do people rent for their kids and then just let the kids go? How strict is the verification process so you know who’s actually staying? It’s going to be a long summer if this keeps up. I’m just trying so hard not to screw them.

I remember when I played WotLK back in the day there was an achievments panel where I could see and track all achievments in game. This is not available (yet) in WotLK Classic? I can't find it!
Also, how do I turn off the "Joyous Journeys" experience buff? Google tells me I can disable it at an innkeeper, but I don't see any option for it there.
Finally, I remember the map also used to show the level range for each zone, but I don't see this in WotLK Classic either.

Meanwhile, Gemini allows its US users to trade 98 cryptocurrencies.
The overlap between the two lists consists of 10 cryptos: AMP, ATOM, AXS, CHZ, FIL, MANA, MATIC, RLY, SAND, SOL
Those are now "Crypto Asset Securities" according to the SEC, and any exchange trading them needs to be registered/licensed with the SEC.
What does that mean for Gemini? Hard to say. Maybe those 10 cryptos will become unavailable to trade for US customers soon.
Then again, the head of the SEC is on the record claiming that pretty much every sort of crypto transaction already falls under the SEC’s jurisdiction except spot transactions in bitcoin itself and the actual purchase or sale of goods or services with cryptocurrencies.
So it's not clear that anything can be durably resolved by delisting a crypto here and there.

I personally have 7-8 characters in elite and my buddy has about 45 in. When we play first to tens i regularly 10-2 him and i am significantly better. The thing is, i’m a solo sonic main and mainly focus on my sonic while he plays a multitude of characters such as lucina and samus.
Play online smash with the intent to improve and not to win gsp. Change your rule set to 3-stocks. Because even if you cheese your way into elite you are most likely going to fall back down. Stop putting yourself down just because of your gsp and keep grinding

I got straight B-'s in my courses in Spring Semester; granted, I was going through some stuff personally which is why I couldn't give school all of my attention, but I don't think I can bring that up to potential employers as it sounds like an excuse and quite honestly, why would they care when they have so many great candidates to choose from? What does this mean in terms of externship/clerkship opportunities esp as someone trying to go into patent prosecution? I interned at a firm last summer and am working as a legal intern at a tech company this summer, but again, my grades haven't ever been this low so I have no idea what that means for future internships.
I am also a part time student and work ft as an engineer, if that has any relevance
