I use Consumerlab and I searched NMN and found studies they covered to not be accurate.
One study in China among 48 recreational runners showed that taking 300 or 600 mg of NMN twice daily for 6 weeks in hour long runs 5 to 6 times weekly increased the time until breathing begin to crease during exercise and improved power at the time point during exercise at which the person becomes out of breath, but neither dose increased maximum oxygen consumption nor did it improve the ratio of oxygen consumption to heart rate. No cardiac benefit found.
A study among overweight postmenopausal women with prediabetes found that taking 250 mg of NMN daily for 10 weeks increased NAD but not skeletal muscle content of NAD.
Japan study among 108 older men and women took 250 mg of NMN once daily for 12 weeks did not improve sleep quality or duration compared to placebo, regarding of whether it was taken in the morning or evening, only a decrease in daytime drowsiness.
Same with NR in may increase cellular energy but not at a functional level.

Hey guys been watching for a while, need some help.
I have a valid TWIC and waiting on my passport to come back (dogs chewed up mine but not my ex wife's, go figure) want to get my OS and eventual AB, working the deck and go overseas. But I'm in south central MS and don't know where to start, I have all my paperwork for my MMC but I haven't sent it in yet. As far as the STCW and such I don't know where to go. I understand Mobile is the closest Union which from this page seems to be the best thing to do. I make good money where I am working now but there is something about the water that calls to me. My ex wife, who I met on my days off, emotionally abused me .. Im not looking for sympathy but around here I don't have anyone to steer me in the direction I need to go.
Little background, I spent 2+ years on a towboat, crew change in Convent, LA, I've been everywhere from Algiers lock in New Orleans, Mobile bay through the MS sound to Galveston Galveston bay/lower MS,Upper MS, Ohio River, McAlpine lock outside Louisville KY, even spent 2 months on the Illinois River during winter outside of Peoria, IL, double locking at Peoria lock (which was a task breaking ice off the clevis for a southern boy, I also spent a Christmas in the hole at New Orleans and fought mosquitoes and wished we could wear shorts) but I know time on the river did not count as sea time, it was just the opposite. Sea time brought you in on the river as atleast a first mate

My buddy had to cut his grow a little short as he developed mold, on some of the bigger buds due to higher humidity and giant buds. We went through everything we harvested to make sure there was no mold. Now we have it drying in the tent with a small fan going around 75° and 35% humidity.
Because we had to move the timetable up, my buddy is going to be out of town for about 10 days. What is the downside of leaving it hanging in the drying tent until he gets back? Will we lose out on all terpenes and flavor by then? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Im trying to predict what's gonna happen with everyone at Castle Black in TWOW. I have ideas, but one problem keeps coming up; we dont know how the brothers of the Night's Watch will respond to Jons murder.
I believe Jons murder will cause a lot of division in Castle Black; between the NW vs the Wildlings, the NW vs Mel & Selyse... but it will also cause division WITHIN the NW. Some seem to support Jon, others appear not to. For the majority of the NW, theres no indication one way or another. But I wanna know who's on which side, so heres what I've come up with so far:

This list only includes NW brothers who are still alive by the end of ADWD. It's hard to say who supports Jon and who doesn't with certainty. So let me give a brief explanation for each of these guys and why I think they will be either pro- or anti-Jon:
PRO-JON FACTION
- Ghost - Obviously he's on Jon's side. He arguably IS Jon. And yes.. Ghost is a brother of the NW
- Samwell Tarly - No explanation needed. But Sam is far away, in Oldtown, so he's irrelevant to Castle Black in the TWOW opening
- Edd Tollett - No explanation needed. But Edd has been sent to Long Barrow along with Iron Emmett, so he isn't at Castle Black either.
- Hareth (Horse) - Horse is guarding Jon after the Shieldhall speech, right as the assassination is about to take place. If Jon trusts him enough to guard his life, this probably indicates Horse will stay loyal to Jon:
Horse and Rory fell in beside Jon as he left the Shieldhall. I should talk with Melisandre after I see the queen, he thought. If she could see a raven in a storm, she can find Ramsay Snow for me. Then he heard the shouting … and a roar so loud it seemed to shake the Wall. "That come from Hardin's Tower, m'lord," Horse reported. He might have said more, but the scream cut him off. (Jon XIII, ADWD)
- Rory - The same goes for Rory, he was with Horse guarding Jon as the assassination took place. I wouldn't be surprised if we learn in TWOW that Horse or Rory were killed in the assassination attempt. But if they survive they'll probably be Team Jon
Val, was Jon's first thought. But that was no woman's scream. That is a man in mortal agony. He broke into a run. Horse and Rory raced after him. "Is it wights?" asked Rory. Jon wondered. Could his corpses have escaped their chains? (Jon XIII, ADWD)
Jon saw the flash of naked steel a few yards away. His own bowmen nocked arrows to their strings. He turned in his saddle. "Rory. Quiet them." Rory lifted his great horn to his lips and blew. (Jon V, ADWD)
- Satin - Seems to be close with Jon. Is picked by Jon to go on missions. Jon defends Satins positions as his personal steward and squire after Edd. Satin is the only one of Jon's friends who doesn't get sent away to the Shadow Tower. Satin also adopts the old gods, indicating his closeness with Jon. Also it's clear the anti-Jon faction hates Satin. Satin probably has the most evidence of anyone to show he'll support Jon. Satin's whereabouts at the time of the assassination are not known
His friends laughed—Grenn, Toad, Satin, the whole lot of them. (Jon III, ADWD)
Septon Cellador spoke up. "This boy Satin. It's said you mean to make him your steward and squire, in Tollett's place. My lord, the boy's a whore … a … dare I say … a painted catamite from the brothels of Oldtown." And you are a drunk. "What he was in Oldtown is none of our concern. He's quick to learn and very clever. The other recruits started out despising him, but he won them over and made friends of them all. He's fearless in a fight and can even read and write after a fashion. He should be capable of fetching me my meals and saddling my horse, don't you think?" (Jon VIII, ADWD)
Whatever Satin may have done in Oldtown, he is our brother now, and he will be my squire. (Jon VIII, ADWD)
- Iron Emmett - He is picked to be the master-at-arms for Castle Black. He spars with Jon. He is selected for the mission to the weirwood in ADWD. There isnt solid proof he would support Jon, but he seems to be a prime candidate as an ally. He was sent to Long Barrow with Edd Tollett, so he isnt at Castle Black
- Leathers - Leathers almost certainly supports Jon. Leathers is a Wildling who became a brother of the NW. Jon makes him the master-at-arms after Emmett. The anti-Jon faction does not approve of Leathers appointment
"Is it true that you mean to replace Emmett with this savage Leathers as our master-at-arms? That is an office most oft reserved for knights, or rangers at the least." "Leathers is savage," Jon agreed mildly. "I can attest to that. I've tried him in the practice yard. He's as dangerous with a stone axe as most knights are with castle-forged steel. I grant you, he is not as patient as I'd like, and some of the boys are terrified of him … but that's not all for the bad. One day they'll find themselves in a real fight, and a certain familiarity with terror will serve them well." (Jon VIII, ADWD)
"How many men are enough?" he asked Leathers. "A hundred? Two hundred? Five hundred? A thousand?" (Jon XIII, ADWD)
- Jax - The same as Leathers. Jax is a Wildling who joins the NW. He isn't mentioned as often as Leathers, but given that Jon's murderers were in large part motivated by Jon's relationship with the Wildlings, I imagine any Wildling NW-brother will have to be pro-Jon
- Arron & Emrick - Two brothers from Fair Isle who are recruited by Jon. They both swear their oaths before the Weirwoods, even though they were born following the Faith of the Seven. There is little information about them, but what little we have seems to suggest they may be pro-Jon
- Pyp, Grenn & Toad - These guys are Jon's friends who he sends away to the Shadow Tower. They are certainly pro-Jon, but they aren't nearby enough to matter
ANTI-JON FACTION
- Bowen Marsh - Stabbed Jon
- Wick Whittlestick - Tried to slash Jon's throat
- Othell Yarwyck - The First Builder of the NW. He is one of the leaders who is increasingly antagonistic towards Jon leading up to the assassination. He was seen at the Shieldhall meeting, standing near Bowen Marsh. Almost persuaded to support Janos Slynt for Lord Commander in ASOS. He doesn't attend the Thenn-Karstark wedding
As for Borroq, Othell Yarwyck claimed the woods north of Stonedoor were full of wild boars. Who was to say the skinchanger would not make his own pig army? (Jon XIII, ADWD)
But others had chosen to absent themselves to show their disapproval. Othell Yarwyck and Bowen Marsh were amongst the missing (Jon X, ADWD)
"I summoned you to make plans for the relief of Hardhome," Jon Snow began. "Thousands of the free folk are gathered there, trapped and starving, and we have had reports of dead things in the wood." To his left he saw Marsh and Yarwyck. (Jon XIII, ADWD)
- Septon Cellador - A part of the council that becomes increasingly antagonistic towards Jon's command. There's not a lot of evidence to support him being anti-Jon, except he hates the Wildlings and assoiactes with the anti-Jon faction
"These are godless savages," said Septon Cellador. "Even in the south the treachery of wildlings is renowned." (Jon XI, ADWD)
- Alf, of Runnymudd - Alf appears to be heartbroken when Garth is killed by the Wildlings. Some have theorized this indicates Alf and Garth may have had a gay relationship, but there is no other evidence for this. Alf is seen hanging with Bowen Marsh during the Shieldhall meeting. He likely blames Jon for the death of Garth. He is one NW brother I feel certain hates Jon
"Who is it?" asked Owen the Oaf. "Not Dywen, is it?" "Nor Garth," said the queen's man she knew as Alf of Runnymudd, one of the first to exchange his seven false gods for the truth of R'hllor. "Garth's too clever for them wildlings." "How many?" Mully asked. "Three," Jon told them. "Black Jack, Hairy Hal, and Garth." Alf of Runnymudd let out a howl loud enough to wake sleepers in the Shadow Tower. "Put him to bed and get some mulled wine into him," Jon told Three-Finger Hobb. (Melisandre I, ADWD)

- Lefthand Lew - There is no evidence for him being anti-Jon... except he is standing with Bowen Marsh and the anti-Jon faction during the Shieldhall speech. I have no idea what his beef with Jon is, but I feel certain he is with Marsh

- Mully & Fulk, the Flea - Right before the Shieldhall meeting, Jon is told by Mully and Flea that Ghost is acting aggressively. This is obviously a warning that Jon is surrounded by enemies who will try to kill him. But it could additionally indicate that Mully and Fulk the Flea are specifically Jon's enemies. This is the only potential hint I could find that might suggest Mully & Fulk are on either side
"That'd be sweet, m'lord," said Fulk the Flea, "but your wolf's in no mood for company today." Mully agreed. "He tried to take a bite o' me, he did." "Ghost?" Jon was shocked.
- Spare Boot, Kegs, Halder, & Albett - These men are part of part of Othells builders. The builders are seen with Othell and Bowen Marsh in the Shieldhall
- Ser Alliser Thorne - Alliser hates Jon, but he isn't at Castle Black right now. Although I predict Ser Alliser will return and maybe even be elected new Lord Commander in the beginning of TWOW, some theorize he may even seek justice against Jon's conspirators
CONCLUSION
Please tell me what you think of my list! I'd like to hear arguments about why should anyone be added or removed from either list?

I (30M) married to Wife 26, she has really toxic parents. Father has been abusive and used to beat up her mom. Kind of broke all the ties with all their folks. I mean these are people who are incapable of holding relationship with any people. They literally live isolation with hardly any friends or relatives
Before getting married she seemed to be aware of this issue and said she will draw clear boundaries between me and her parents
However after wedding she is forcing me to meet them and visit them. And her mom's trying to make decisions for us now.
I got into heated argument and told her how they have messed up every possible relationship and they are trying to ruin their daughters marriage.
What surprises me is she doesn't stand with me in this whole drama, she is siding with her mom saying she brought her up and her mom's more important for her.
Just for context, we have add no fights in our relationship except when her parents try to meddle with things
My in-laws just remind me of chaos, everytime I have to deal with them I get anxious and I dread these meets with them. Every meeting ends up with them finding a fault in me or my family or how we have move away from my parents. Whereas my parents have absolutely no say in our relationship.
I have no idea how to deal with this. What should I tell my wife I have told her several times to protect me from her parents and not put me in awkward position. But she is instead telling that she'll leave the relationship if I don't make terms.
How do I deal with this?

Hi reddit. Sorry if this post is rough around the edges. I'm much more used to reading reddit posts than posting them myself. There will be a TLDR at the end, but I'm seeking advice on how to confront my bf about some things he has said recently. I'll try to keep things as short and sweet as I can but it'll probably be a bit long! For some backstory my bf, let's call him Jack and I met in highschool. We come from pretty different backgrounds. I was a very poor kid growing up, broken family dynamic, homeless a few times, and I really struggled fitting in most of my life. Jack has his own battles to but since day 1, he's always had a couple of friends, fairly good family life, and had a lot of help early on establishing himself as an adult. All of this is important because many of our problems we have faced in our relationship stem from our differences understanding one another. Onto the current problem. Jack has always been the type of man to bottle up his feelings. It's taken several years but he's now mostly comfortable telling me about his feelings, his emotions, and other things stressing him out. I've always tried to be a supportive partner and remind him his feelings are valid and it's ok to talk when he's ready. The one thing I've noticed that becomes harder is when the problem and feelings are involving me. Let's say I said or did something to upset Jack. He may tell me, and I'll apologize and try to fix the problem but if I had a reason for my actions I will tell him, and he seems to always shut down saying he's a bad bf or he's being to sensitive and shouldn't be so upset. When he shuts down he won't talk to me about anything at all for days on end, and I find myself having to bottle my feelings because I can't say anything back to defend myself. It sometimes leads to arguments that I think could be handled like adults but lead to a complete mental shut down on Jack's side. Examples of things he said and my responses? Jack is a spontaneous man who likes to go out and do things, and take vacations out of state. He said I never go out and he feels like he can't enjoy himself. I like being at home more. I make myself go out a lot and I do enjoy it but he does it a lot. I said he can go out anytime he wants but he needs to tell me ahead of time about vacations so I can make sure it's financially possible for me. I tell him that he needs to give me notice on spontaneous plans because I need time to get my things done and get ready. I don't like suddenly going out when I haven't showered or I'm in pajamas. Jack shut down saying he was being a bad bf and apologized for pressuring me, but this has happened a few times and I always end up comforting him and debating it less and less each time. Jack also recently said he cringes hearing me talk to his family. I don't have a good relationship with the near entirety of my family. I do not talk to any extended family or siblings and I have a rocky relationship with my parents. Jack's family often hangout once a week for a small dinner and it's normal for many of them to hangout at a farm one of them owns and hangout for the day on a weekend. Because of work I often miss these hangouts but lately I've been trying to come around more. I've always had a hard time talking to his family. While no one is mean to me, I feel like some of them don't think I'm good enough for Jack because I'm not as settled as an adult as him. Few of them try to talk to me and even when I try to join or start convos not many talk to me so I've learned to stay back and sometimes outright avoid the whole thing. Recently at one of the small dinners however I was talking to his grandmother about dogs we liked. When we left to go home Jack said he cringes hearing me talk to them because I'm to loud and hyper (I suffer from adhd if that means anything) I felt very embarassed and uncomfortable and I decided not to say anything about it because I knew he would get upset if I brought up what he said hurt my feelings or if I asked when else I've made him feel that way. He must have noticed because he said I looked a little upset and I was being quiet. I had to force myself to smile and talk even though I felt like crying becuase I didn't want to start an argument and make him feel like he can't say things to me. All of this has made me feel a lot less happy lately. I want to support Jack's feelings but I don't think it's fair I'm now hiding mine because he always shuts down when I try to confront him and talk. I feel like I can't say anything negative about him nor can I say how I feel in return when he says something negative about me. I don't want to go out with his family or mutual friends because I'm afraid I'll embarass us both, but if I don't go out at all it upsets Jack. Does anyone have any advice how I can handle talking to him about these things he has said to me? How can I tell Jack it's ok to say how he feels about me but keep him from shitting down when I say anything back?
TLDR: Bf says I don't go out enough and socialize enough and he cringes hearing me talk to his family. I don't know how to confront him that it hurts my feelings because he emotionally shuts down.

I know this title may sound bad but please hear me out. I am 16 and my family lives on a pretty tight budget. I’m not given much, but I am grateful for anything I do get. I was recently surprised with a 98 chevy s10 short bed. This car was bought for $750. I was so excited and even cried when I got it because I was so thankful that they took their own money and bought me a vehicle. But when I looked closer I was a little put down.
Of course there is only so much you can get out of a cat for $750. but this needs a lot. Windshield, wiper motor, water pump, Manifold leak, and tires just to name a few. There is even more things that aren’t working properly that need to still be diagnosed.
This car is supposed to be ready for me to be able to get to school in august which is about 2 months away. the problem is that my parents are very big procrastinators. I know my dad more than anyone and i know that this will not be done in time.
Also, if you look this car up, it is insanely small and feels unsafe. it has two seats and absolutely no room to the point i get anxiety just sitting in it. It is also a manual, which i know how to drive, but is so impractical for my needs. Being a new driver, a manual car is a lot more for me to focus on.
Although I am a car guy, i do not care about the visual and cosmetic parts of a first car. as long as i am comfortable and feel safe i am fine. but this car gives me neither of these things.
I currently have a part time job making about $150 per week but i only work two days a week which is hopefully going to be more soon. I want to sell the car they gave me and use my own money and whatever i can get from the car to find something more practical for my needs, but i’m scared to tell this to my father because i don’t want to sound ungrateful when i truly am very grateful. i am not one to complain about much, but when is comes to something that i will be driving a lot and spending money on gas i want it to be something i feel safe in.

I started at a new school this year and have struggled with a male co worker with boundaries. We struggled early in the year with collaboration as he would become fixated on things we did differently he would call me multiple times a day, e mail me and stop me in the hall for long lengths of time to ask me the same questions like why am I doing projects or very concerned about our content not matching up exactly it became very overwhelming and time consuming as he was a newer teacher and expecting me to take on more of a mentor role.
The TOSA for our team attempted to come up with guidelines to structure meetings and collaboration but little changed I talked with admin they agreed it was ok to step back from collaboration. Whenever I brought up concerns around these issues I was told he is socially awkward and means well.
Things were ok in winter but this spring I noticed that same co worker becoming very fixated on me he would face his chair in meetings towards me, always sit next to me, staring, then he began walking past my room multiple times a day which is very far from his and on a different floor and look in or stand outside my room re directing students I had working in the hall.
One day when coming back from the bathroom just as class started I found him in my room re directing students I barked at him to leave and he did and apologized.
I reported this all to admin and they talked with him and asked me to update them if the behavior continues and it did they talk to him again and his behavior continues and he also began waiting for me outside meetings to say bye still walking by my room and coming to my room to ask non content related questions. Throughout this I’m Being told it’s not malicious he means well and is trying to repair our relationship but it’s all becoming very frustrating and concerning that after multiple reminders from admin it continues.
Admin is taking it seriously and says they will have him sign a no contact directive which may help but we will see. Friends have suggested doing a police report and report the incident to the union. Has anyone had anything similar occur at their schools or have any advice?

Guys so its been 8 years since i did my kcpe. Back in primary school i used to be such a good girl ,always the best in my exams so everybody loved and worshipped me to some extent.
I was also very innocent even hugging boys felt like a crime. There is this one teacher that only treated me cordially like a student and if i try to remember ,we didnt really have any interactions outside the classroom.
Tell me why 8 years later..ever since i discovered my attraction to the opposite sex ive had more than 10 dreams of him over the years. I fantasize about him from time to time and its soo soo good(bad) After kcpe i got his number.like most my classmates got from any teacher to update them on their marks... 8 yrs later i still have it and have never sent a text ever. Omg i dont even like older men but with him id risk anything . Its becoming an obssesion. And he is the only teacher that never gave me special treatment just cause im bright.
Back in primary school male teachers hit on me, some, whenever they saw me in a group that was meant for punishment, always let everyone go...but this one was different..infact i kinda hated him alittle.
But its been 8 yrs i know if i saw him the attraction would immediately die. His facebook page(the only social media i know of) is blank with no pics so my memory of him is from 8 yrs ago and the mystery makes everything worse..
Its one sided thats for sure. And ill get all sorts of comments but i just woke up from another dream and decided to post here ..let all the "steam" out.

I've been renting for 3 years from a lady who lives very close to me. She asked in February if I would interested in buying her house and the house I rent as they are on the same land.
She had an appraisal done and it came back at 310k to which I said that's too high for me. She came back and said 280k and I said let me check interest rates. At the time they were around 5.5% and I said I wasn't sure so then she offered owner financing at 4%. I agreed and then signed a rental contract in March that said until July or when the house sells. In April I painted the kitchen and bathroom and began tidying up/buying things. In May she comes to me and says no owner financing. Interest rates are now up to 6.5% and I hustled to get a lender and a real estate lawyer and pre-approval. THEN I find out she doesn't want to move out until the end of July because she is running a home business and something or the other so this now begins to effect when I can lock in an interest rate. I had the real estate lawyer draft a contract and I asked for things to be split as fairly as possible in whatever is the normal way. Send to her and she sends back another contract which she signs where I am paying for everything and also liable for everything. She will not split closing costs. The way the contact is laid out, I am to have an inspection sign that I am okay with it within 5 days and she is not responsible for fixing anything if something is wrong. The termite inspection is to take place in July because closing would be August 1st meaning if I've signed I am okay at the end of June and termites are found in July I've already committed Earnest money. Also the seller doesn't want to be liable for termites found. Furthermore she has in the contract that she will not be providing warranties and I really need a general warranty deed with English covenants of Title. Also she has in there she won't make any corrections to defects I might find in the walkthrough.
I am feeling very distressed about all of this. I know 280k is lower than 310k but I feel very much like she is running the whole show. If I had known the real offer was 280k at whatever the rate was when she felt like signing a contract plus all these costs and liabilities I would've started looking for houses in February when rates were below 6% in my area. She wanted to do this whole thing without real estate agents and so I haven't had any guidance. I am seriously offended by this last contract and only really understand it because my late's father's best friend is an attorney who offered to read it. My own real estate attorney just told me "just write changes you want" instead of explaining to me everything going on. I have just yesterday enlisted a real estate agent and new lender as of today and I am honestly worried she will be upset and evict me. Maybe that is dramatic. But this whole thing is rubbing me the wrong way. I was actually happy to pay 280k for all of this because I would have both a house and a small cottage to use as rental income. But I am feeling taken advantage of here with the liability and costs lately. I just wanted things split fairly. I have instructed my new real estate agent to negotiate things fairly but I am also considering just ditching and looking at other houses under 300k. I've got a bad taste in my mouth from this experience. Other things to note - while I have been renting this cottage we've had a looser landlord/tenant arrangment than most people. I do have a formal lease but for example, there's been ants in the bathroom and kitchen now for a week and nothing has been done, there's a showerotten wood issue in my bathroom and instead of dealing with the contractor she is out of town and I am supposed to meet the contractor to deal with it. The water will be turned off while they are fixing the bathroom so I have to go live somewhere else for a week. I was of the belief that landlords had to make provisions for their tenants and I have been so understanding and patient because I have been worried about this deal falling through. There are different boundaries when it's tenant/landlord vs. buyeseller.
I guess this is both rant and an ask for advice? I am totally overwhelmed. I run a home business and need a stable place to live.

As the title says, I (33F) am getting married to my partner of 10 years (57M) without anyone knowing. Not his family, not mine. We are traveling to another state to do so. The only person in attendance is our child (7F), and a couple of witnesses we will pay to be there. I’m very excited but couldn’t help to think about the wedding. I won’t have the traditional wedding most girls want: the planning, decorations, the dress. I won’t have anyone to walk me down the aisle since my dad is not only in a different country but because he abandoned us when I was 6. I wouldn’t have bridesmaids because I pushed all my friends away after losing my best friend. My mother won’t be there to help me with my makeup (which I have no idea how to do) because she’s currently grieving the sudden death of her husband. Neither of my sisters nor my brother knows. Don’t get me wrong, we all get along, my family loves him, and his family loves me. His dad even pulled strings to make us the ones able to buy the house that touches his now 5th-generation land. My family has given him a hard time for a while. They never liked that he and I haven’t married yet, and honestly, up until about a year ago, I wasn’t mentally stable to do so. Many will think I’m marrying him because of his money or because he’ll finally give me a path to citizenship. Something I’ve wanted for 22 years. And maybe that’s why we delayed it so long, because of what others would say. We’re entirely different in every way. He’s tall, athletic with blue eyes, and super disciplined. I’m short, stagnant, brown eyes, and will eat and do anything I want without much remorse. Before I met him, I suffered a lot. I was determined to unsubscribe from life no later than 27 because my life had been a struggle. He had married and divorced three times and never wanted kids because of his failures. But when we met, we knew we had found our forever home. We planned and did treatments to get our baby girl (I’m not fertile) and have failed for the past six years on the second one. He’s helped me develop my career and has even taught me how to talk to people to hopefully make some genuine friends. He says I taught him how to be happy and gave him that last chance to be what he always wanted to be, a dad. I know people will be upset about not being invited, but after being together for ten years and acting like a married couple, I think they’ll just be happy for us. I’m thrilled; the documents won’t change anything since we have everything together and have referred to each other as husband/wife, I just felt sad that this will be my one and only chance to marry, and it will be so uneventful.
TLDR: we’re traveling to another state to get married after being together for ten years, and we won’t tell anyone about it.

So I work in an office environment during the day, and as a side hobby/side gig I perform aerial circus and dance. My coworkers know this is a hobby, and often mention how they would love to see me perform, but I've been pretty clear with all of them that I prefer to keep these two parts of my life separate and I don't invite coworkers to my shows. They're not inappropriate or anything, my mother even comes to watch, but it's something I do for my own enjoyment and if my coworkers are watching a show it's going to make me feel way more nervous/stressed and I won't have fun. My coworkers have historically all respected this boundary.
I have a show coming up this month. A newer coworker that I don't even really interact with much asked me a while back when my next show was going to be and I repeated the same boundary to him that I've repeated to the rest of the office. He responded with, "I'm going to find out and show up to one," to which I responded, "seriously, please don't." That was the end of the conversation and I thought he understood.
Well, yesterday he sends me an email saying, "can't wait to see you perform on ___ date at ___ location!" Which means he actually did track down my next show. I have absolutely no idea how.
Today I also found out from someone else in the office that he was recently talking about it at an office event that I was not at, and was trying to convince others in the office to buy tickets and join him, to which my coworkers ALSO reinforced my boundary and told him "she doesn't want coworkers at her shows" and "I'm sure if she wanted us to know about it she would have told us about it" and "if she hasn't invited us, we aren't going to go." He allegedly responded with, "well, I'm going."
I am now feeling extremely uncomfortable. Here's the thing... if he had just happened to show up at this show without knowing I would be performing or without knowing this was a boundary I had, it would not have been a big deal at all. It is an event open to the public and I know I can't control whether or not I run into people I know at these things.
But it's the fact that he asked, I said no and made my boundary very clear, other people reinforced that boundary, and he is intentionally ignoring it. He specifically threatened to and then actually did track down this information about me after I told him I did not want him there, then sent me an email basically taunting me about it.
I am feeling super icked out by all of that. I also can't understand what his motivation/intention is. In the beginning, I could see that maybe he was just trying to be a friendly/supportive coworker, but at the point where multiple people have made it clear that this is actually crossing a boundary, there's no way he can think he's being supportive or nice in doing this. So what is he trying to accomplish? I can't help but feel he's actually TRYING to make me feel uncomfortable on purpose.
I have talked to our boss about this, and she was very supportive of me and let me know that I have every right to want this boundary between my work life and my personal life and that what he was doing was inappropriate. She let me know that she would address it with him and follow up with me after. I'm not sure that she can tell him to not go, because this is an event open to the public that he is attending outside of work hours. But I do know she's taking it seriously.
That being said, I still feel incredibly uncomfortable and I'm not sure how to move forward from this. I really enjoy my job a lot, but I felt extremely anxious walking into my office today (luckily he was not around). Still, it's a very small office, so I will have to work with this guy a lot moving forward, and I'm not sure how to handle that. I feel so creeped out and uncomfortable.
Why do you think he would do this? How am I supposed to deal with him moving forward?
Tldr: coworker ignored my boundary, tracked down my information, and is coming to a show I asked him not to come to.

Please help me calm down. My partner had a vasectomy done today and I've been a wreck since. I'm trying not to show my anxiety and be supportive but I feel like I'm constantly on the verge of throwing up. I don't think I pushed him into this decision and we don't want kids but I'm terrified we made a decision with incomplete information and this is going to negatively impact his sex drive and satisfaction. Everything on the MD website made it seem like risks and complications were incredibly small but what I've read since make it seem like sexual0 impairments are very common. Like reported PVPS can be as high as 15%?! How is that uncommon? That's not a risk i would have allowed him to take. That's 1 in 6 men, meaning that it happens all the time and presumably rates are higher than reported so could be even worse. I know it's only been a day and there's no way to tell yet how he'll be but I hate seeing him in pain and I'm quietly be freaking out that there may be life long complications. I know it was his decision but I tend to be the researcher and over analyzer so he may have been trusting me to look into this stuff because I think the only reading he did was the MD offices resources. I obviously don't want to bring up my concerns now after the fact. I'm just scared.
